My tenants used this company to clean carpets and Ive attached photo to show poor quality of their work (vacuumed up after they cleaned, never has this happened with other carpet cleaning companies). I strongly suggest you dont use. When they received photo, they left me a message and indicated theyd put a lein on my house in first communication with me.I hope we can come to amicable resolution of them servicing again as they indicated they would. Ive used other companies in the past that did a much better job and were actually professional. Not sure how theyve been in business this long based on how they treat their customers.

Great price, small appointment window (and on time), I followed the pre-appointment instructions and the carpets came super clean. Bye bye dust mites, hello clean air for winter.
