This was my first time using EcoClean Carpet Cleaning. The estimate and scheduling of the appointment was quick and easy. Sam (Technician) called when he was on his way. When he arrived we walked through what needed to be cleaned and he was very knowledgeable. He didnt try to add on additional services. Once the job was done, I walked through and he made sure that I was happy with everything before he took the payment. I am very pleased with the results. I received a call before my scheduled appointment and was asked if they could come early due to a cancellation which worked out great for us. Upon arrival, Dan was friendly, professional, and explained the carpet cleaning process. Before starting, he asked if there were any problem areas, and if we wanted any extra cleaning services (Scotch Guard). The cleaning went very well, the cost was reasonable, and we will use EcoClean again the next time we need carpets cleaned.

Sam H. cleaned our bedroom, hallway and stairs carpeting. He is a hard worker and did a wonderful job. I like that he explained what he would be doing and took the time to ask me what my expectations were for the job. Our carpet is bright and clean again! Excellent service. Can’t say enough. I had a sewage leak and found them online along with another company. The other company (well known company, not a small mom and pop) tried to take advantage of my situation and price gouge me and pressure me into going with them. Eco Clean was the opposite. They gave me an honest assessment of the situation and cost. They didn’t care if I went with them. The cost for the exact same job was thousands less. Once I hired them, they kept me updated, arrived on time, we’re professional and courteous. They did not let me pay them until AFTER the job was done. The other company wanted payment up front (for thousands more!) I usually don’t write reviews but I have to rave about Eco Clean. It’s hard to find vendors you can trust online. One proved that to my by price gouging but Eco Clean was honest, fair and brought a great deal of respect to the industry. Highly recommend.

EcoClean did a fantastic job! Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating as they were able to fit us in despite a very full schedule. Terry arrived promptly and listened to my requests. He did an outstanding job as he was personable, thorough, and offered additional suggestions on how to protect the carpet. We weren’t sure if we were able to save the carpet; however, Terry made it look brand new by the time he was done. We plan to use EcoClean again (Terry) every year, excellent customer service with excellent results! Wouldn’t consider using anyone but EcoClean for our home.

I called Eco clean and they were able to squeeze me in on the next day. They were not only on time, but were able to come early. I had some things I wanted to add from my original quote, and they were able to accommodate. Also, I had a sectional sofa they recommended I not do because it could ruin the feathers. They could’ve done it anyway, potentially ruined the couch and taken the money but they were good, honest guys. I told them my wife and had our first child recently and I really wanted to get the carpets cleaned for better health of the child. They then recommended some other services such as sanitizing and assured me the chemicals were ecofriendly and that’s what sets them apart from other carpet cleaners. From this experience, I can tell you there’s a lot more that sets them apart. Mitch and Terry were very professional, competent, hard working, and kind. I could tell these guys really cared and did their best work. My house smells, looks, and feels incredible. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for quality service that doesn’t break the bank. I plan on calling them again next year. 😁

Never using EcoClean before I saw a clip of their video on Instagram and reviews from customers. Booking my appointment online today was the day they arrived. Emails were sent letting me know what to expect and would be called by a technician letting me know when they would arrive. They did exactly that and the tech arrived when he said he would. Elvin was my technician and before he started, Elvin explained all about EcoClean, their mission, carpet knowledge and why EcoClean is truly a great company. Elvin went to work and zeroed in on certain areas of concern and protected my furniture that did not need moving under my direction. He was professional. I will use EcoClean in the future and will suggest that if your carpeting needs cleaning, call EcoClean. Drying time is about 4-6 hours compared to 18-24 hours with other companies and the carpet feels soft and not scratchy and stiff. Thank you EcoClean.

The work performed was excellent. The scheduling was somewhat challenging. I got an e-mail on the morning of the cleaning and said if I ordered some additional services I would receive a 20% discount. I ordered the cleaning of two sofas and 2 chairs. When the cleaning crew arrived they said they did not have time to clean those additional items at this time and I would have to reschedule. A little frustrating. The cleaning of the carpets that they did do were done excellently and professionally. I would use them again.

After reading all of the reviews left by other customers, I was really excited to leverage the services offered by EcoClean. Ill start first by saying that the quoting, and invoicing services were top notch with EcoClean, and the professionalism and demeanor of their staff was was great! Where things took a turn was in the quality of the service provided. Im not sure if its the solutions used by EcoClean or the equipment but I pointed out 3 separate areas where there were stains on our carpets, and sadly all 3 still remain to this day. Are the carpets cleaner, Yes, the certainly are. However the 3 main reasons (spots) I paid for this service to fix are still staring back at me each time I walk through my house. Overall, great employees and great customer service, the service itself however left much to be desired.

Ecoclean is the best! Elvin and Corey were very professional. They came early but called first when they were 20mins out. It worked perfectly for us. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallway, staircase, and living room. Estimated about 4-8 hrs to dry and was correct. They explained their process when they hit difficult areas. Only one disappointment with this company.This was the first time trying EcoClean. When I scheduled the appointment I was give a eta of 11am-1pm. The estimate that was emailed showed eta 11am-1pm after calling the company around 1pm. Because I had not received a call and no one was at my home,immediately received a call from the actual technician assigned to my service. Hestated his work order shows eta is scheduled from 1pm-3pm.The story short. It was 3pm when Sam and Corey, arrived. They did a really good job. Very polite,, and professional.The screw up with scheduling is the only reason I cant give them 5 stars.

Technician was great - 5 stars. Communicative, respectful, and committed. Not as pleased with company The owner tried canceling service *when the technician was on the way* because the company was receiving calls for emergency flooding disaster service. Didnt seem to matter that we had an appointment and our own emergency reason for needing carpet cleaning, or that we were paying the minimum $150 for a tiny, 30 minute max job. Owner didnt even have the decency to call us personally to cancel. The technician came to the rescue, though, and stood up for us since hed already called to say he was on the way.

Gone! All the spots are gone and my carpet looks fantastic. The furniture also looks and smells great.After years of having a dog- you would never know.

Sam was punctual, attentive to my needs, and was genuinely concerned about getting everything clean the best he could. He explained what he was doing and showed me the areas of concern and addressed them accordingly. I wanted clean carpets/rugs and I got them. The furniture was moved and cared for and when you have someone like Sam doing the work, it just made it an easier, pleasant experience.

Second time I’ve used them - still great. Highly recommend. They got out an impossible stain 4 weeks after having the carpets cleaned. Amazing work!

So my original review was 3 stars.. Didnt say anything bad about the company, but overall wasnt insanely impressed with the end result. I had to ask for couches to be moved, and noticed later a small Ikea storage cube wasnt moved to be cleaned under. ( I was told they moved up to a 3 seater couch, and that room was the only room with 3 items to move alittle). They refunded me all my money. I didnt ask for a refund, but they did it. I would try them again just based on the customer service I was provided. Unreal for soemthing like that to happen now a days. They have great reviews and I can see why. I must have just had them in an off day. 👍🏼

Sam and Noah were great. Our dog grabbed a bottle of blue food coloring from the kitchen and got it all over our carpet. They came out the next day. They were really knowledgeable on what cleaners to use. My wife thought we would be buying new carpet but it all came out...then they put down scotch guard.

I chose EcoClean to clean the carpet and upholstery in our home as they were transparent about their pricing and services. The scheduler also offered some great insight on the service that I could expect once the technician arrived onsite (most fees were already included etc). On the scheduled cleaning day, Alvin, our technician, arrived on time, explained the process and service thoroughly and any recommended services but certainly didn’t pressure us. I was extremely satisfied with the service as Alvin was able to get several Stains out of our carpets and upholstery and was super friendly. I would highly recommend EcoClean and will be using them again.

I have a 10 year old stubborn Chihuahua who has done quite a bit of damage to my carpet through her well performing bladder. Terry, my technician was the most professional carpet technician I have used . He was friendly, polite, and had a very professional appearance!.After showing him the areas of carpet he asked good questions i.e. how old the carpet on the stairs etc . He explained how best to treat stains and what the natural wear and tear over 17 years can do . After cleaningthe carpet stairs and everywhere else just brightened up the rooms !
