I was extremely pleased with the service and the honest evaluation that I didnt need the ducts cleaned but the coil of the furnace was the problem. He also cleaned my dryer vent and Im amazed how much more efficient my dryer works now.

I just had my dryer vent cleaned by Lowes Air Duct Cleaning and I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Bruno. He called ahead to let me know when to expect him and did an extremely thorough job cleaning my dryer vent. I will definitely use their service again.

Technician was professional a courteous.

While the actually cleaning seemed to go well and he showed me before and after pictures of the ducts clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of his work, there were a couple of issues that I had. One was not putting the furniture back the way he found it and the second was leaving a door open and allowing one of my cats to escape. Ive now been up all night posting to social media, printing flyers, scouring the neighborhood and contracting with a pet recovery service (to the tune of $59) to try and get my cat back. In all the years I have lived in my place and with all the workmen that have come and gone, never once have any of my cats ever escaped before now. It has me extremely distraught.

Julio was friendly and efficient despite the 91 F temperature outside. The ducts and drier vent were cleaned and he was wrapped up all within the specified time window. Thanks for the work Julio.

This is for the cleaning process and not the workman...I just had my cleaning done - The entire package (duct cleaning, dryer vent, sanitizing deodorizing). The workman was very courteous and knew what he was doing in terms of cleaning the duct. I believe, there is some gap in the overall process. A huge gap -- So, First they blow the vent cover and the vents opening with forced air Thats a huge problem, It allows for the minute dust which accumulates around the vent to spread all over the house. We pay for the clean air and when the job is done, the vent is clean but the dust is all over the house...I have sinus problem and really IT HURTS.

Great experience with them. Milo and Steven( sorry if I spelled it wrong) were very polite and explained the process to me step by step and even showed me everything throughout the process. My experience with Eugene was great. He did a wonderful job considering I had never had my air ducts and dryer vent clean. Lowes was worth every penny. Eugene did a amazing job.

The communication leading up to the appointment was great. They were on time, clear in their actions, and worked hard the entire time. The before and after pics were a nice touch and the junk that came out was incredible.

I had Lowes out to clean the ducts for a home I purchased. I cannot tell you please I am with the results. First of all, I shopped around and they beat all the competition. Second, they were on time and provide pictures as they cleaned each duct. Finally, extremely courteous, clean and informative. I will hire them every year!!!!

The service was not good as I thought it will be based on the reviews. I had to asked for the before and after pictures. I felt he was in a rush and that he did not have experience doing his work.

Did not reconnect dryer vent and left it messy. Took two of us to get it reconnected and back in place. However when advised of what happened immediately contacted me and satisfied me.
