Its my first time at Niki Moon. I wanted to cut my hair from long layered to short pixie. Bella, Senior Stylist did my haircut. She is very keen on understanding my requirements and made few suggestions prior to the haircut. Bella undoubtedly is a master of her trade and her expertise reflects on the cut she gave me.. The salon is clean and following Covid-19 regulations. The professional working there are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am happy that I made this choice.

I’ve been going to Samantha at Niki Moon Salon for a while now, and she is the BEST! A while back my hair was so damaged/fried from going back and forth with my hair color and from bleaching too much; it was a mess. Fast forward to now after going to Samantha since then, and my hair is long, beautiful, and HEALTHY! I always leave the salon 100% happy with my hair (Samantha won’t let me leave otherwise! 😁). She always explains exactly what she’s doing with my hair and what each treatment does for my hair, so I’m always comfortable and at ease while getting my hair done, even if I’m trying something new! So long story short, Samantha and Niki Moon Salon have made me a customer for life! 10/10 recommended.

Amanda K did my hair and it came out absolutely perfect. I came in to do a full red hair color and haircut. I told her the specific length that I wanted with my haircut but the style could be made to suit my face. She gave me probably the best haircut Ive had in years. The salon is very clean and it keeps customers away from each other which is great. Minimal contact with other people. Ill definitely get my haircut again by Amanda. Would definitely recommend.

Brynn did an absolutely amazing job at taking what I had in my mind and really making it come to life! Honestly might be the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back and get some color. I tried this salon because of all of the raving reviews I read and they were right! Very friendly, didn’t make me feel bad for waiting so long to get a hair cut or *ahem* trimming my own hair lol. The place is very clean and I love the atmosphere. I’ve always been a little nervous (mild social anxiety) about going anywhere in public even before the pandemic, but the staff have been kind, professional and I felt at ease here. I have done a couple haircuts with Allie, and today was my first time getting a balayage done. I’ve always been nervous about lightening my naturally black (weird straight-wavy) hair. I love everything about this salon. The atmosphere, the professionalism, the knowledge base of stylists, the quality of the work, the free coffee. It is clear that the owner heavily invests in the continuing education of her staff. They are always on top of the latest trends. Their consults are thorough: not only helping you understand if a style is right for your look, but also if the level of maintenance is right for your lifestyle. Ive used two stylists in my time there and am beyond thrilled with both of them. I used their color services this past weekend for the first time, and the result exceeded my expectations. (Shout out to Grace!) Im also in love with the Davines product line and use several of their products daily. In addition to this, I have pretty severe allergies to most liquid soaps, requiring me to bring in my own shampoo bar, for my stylist to specially prepare her tools/space before I come in, and letting me read the ingredient label on any new product to be used. Theyve always been incredibly conscientious and gracious about this. I know Im safe in their care and dont have to worry about accidental exposure. Thank you Nikki Moon! Customer for life!

I made a request for an appointment online and received a call from them the same day to confirm it. The lady on the line was friendly and courteous. As soon as I got there, I was asked to call them and let them know I had arrived. And once they were ready for me, I was asked to come in. Appreciate the safety protocols they have in place due to Covid. Glass partitions have been installed between each hair dressers station for social distancing. The staff as well as each client was masked the entire time. I went for a haircut done by Kristin, she was friendly and chatty and listened carefully as to how I wanted it to be done. She did a great job with the blow dry as well. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Got a haircut here for the first time with Samantha, and I love it! One of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. A little pricey but definitely worth it, will be coming back for sure.

I got balayage done and unfortunately it looks nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. It also was not blended well at all. The stylist was super nice and professional, unfortunately just the service I got wasn’t worth my time nor money.I chose not to go back to Niki moon salon to get it fixed simply because I’m not sure if they’ll be able to fix it. I’d rather just go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.

I am very thrilled with how my blonde hair came out! I’m very impatient which is one of the reasons I don’t usually like to go to the salon, and Maritizia was fast while still achieving the desired look I requested. I will definitely be coming in every 10 weeks now. Love my cut, too. Prices are very reasonable while still having a high end feel and easy parking. Also appreciate they were not aggressive about trying to sell me product. Awesome salon.

I had my haircut here and didnt love it the first go around....Props to this salon for proactively reaching out to their clients to see if they are happy after( I was a new client too)... I let them know and I came back a couple days later to correct the cut I was looking for... They were very responsive and empathetic and they got me in right away. Im not one to complain so I felt weird going back, but they made it simple and a good experience. I walked away very happy with my cut and will be back to see the second stylist!

I go to Krista for my waxing services and she is always really wonderful with her waxing services. I booked a facial and cant wait to experience that. This salon is gorgeous! I was there today to have someone fix my hair after another stylist did a horrible job at another salon. Kristina was my stylist and she was fantastic! Hilarious, fun, and did a great job on my hair. Its absolutely beautiful! I will be returning!

This was the most professional and comfortable salon I could imagine going to. I dont frequent salons much, especially for hair coloring, but my experience with Amanda and all the rest of the stylists were incredible. I would recommend this place 10 fold and I will be back for future colorings or cuts. Everything between cost and asthetics were magnificent across the board.

This was my first visit here at Niki Moon salon. The reason I chose this location At first is because I was looking for a salon open early enough for me to get a bridal updo for my wedding that day. So my appointment was at 9 am. The girls were super nice the whole appointment. From the greeting, to my stylist, to reception and checking out. Kate O was incredible. She was kind, sweet and her hair skills are amazing. She made it look so easy . So good, I booked another appointment in March. Thank you all for your time!

I was really nervous trying someone new and all I can now is their is no place like Amandas chair. Her shampoo skills were out of this world, her shadow root was on point and she was specific on cut, and highlights. If you are looking for a new look and a new chair Amanda is your Gal!

This salon is designed beautifully, everyone working here is very welcoming and friendly. I made an appointment to get highlights done and my hair stylist Maritza did a great job with them, I will be making another appointment soon. The hair products they have used have left me with super soft and great smelling hair. Was very pleased with my experience here and my hair afterwards. Highly recommend!

Never reviewed anything before but it was so bad I needed too. I had Marista (I think that was her name) she didn’t even part my hair correctly. Also, horrible customer service, when she came up to me she didn’t even say hello. During the haircut, I was a little teary eyed, I’m proud of myself for not crying. When I got into my car, I was sobbing for a couple minutes becaue of how bad it was.

I found this service on Google and decided to give it a try. I tried to call to make an appointment but was displeased by the unprofessional service. I have no desire to go back.

Everyone who works there is so kind, and the overall salon experience at Niki Moon is superior to any salon I’ve ever been to.This week Grace did my cut and balayage, and I have never been so happy with my hair! She took the time to listen to everything I wanted and made my hair into everything I asked for and more. It looks so natural and healthy. She is very sweet and does exceptional work. I’ve been going here for about 3 years and I love it.Maritza has done my hair since day one and it’s always perfection. She’s knowledgeable about styling and coloring. She listens to what you want done. And I never feel pressured to do something I don’t want to.I’ve also used Krista for eyebrow dying and waxing as well as for facials and microdermabrasions. Another slam dunk here. Love their spa services and my skin always feels so fresh and healthy after a visit.

1st timer here. Absolutely loved my experience!Booking was easy online. They dont take walk-ins so call or book online.Their system is a little different. They go by levels. The higher the level of the hair stylistt/artist, the more experience and thus, more expensive.The decor is the best too. Such a beautiful setting to get your hair done. It speaks for itself.What a busy place too. Lots of stylists and clients are there, even on a Tuesday afternoon. However, you still get personal attention.So glad I decided to get my balayage done at Niki Moon Salon! It turned out better than I expected.Thank you, Samantha!! ☺

I saw Kate for the first time to get a trim and she was great! It had been almost two years since I got a haircut so I was getting pretty scraggly but still wanted to keep most of my length. She was very thorough and made sure we were on the same page about how much to cut off. I didnt feel rushed at all because she walked through the steps of what I could do with the front pieces of my hair + adding textures without layers - which is exactly what I wanted! I cannot believe I have never given a review to the one and only salon who turned my blonde locks into silver. I went from Goldilocks to magical silver/lavender hair done by Tiffany. It was a process that was for sure to go from a medium blonde to silver but it was so worth it. I first had a consultation with Tiffany so she could get an idea of my vision of what I wanted my hair to be. We discussed colors and tried to find images to compare what my vision was for my new do and what was do-able. I waited three weeks for my appointment of when I could go and get it done and it was a long process not going to lie. We had to strip my hair color and then we applied bleach twice to ensure it was as light as possible. After we lightened my hair Tiffany compared my extensions I had brought in - in the shade I was trying to achieve with her hair mixture. Bringing in the hair extensions helped Tiffany create the perfect shade to match my hair to and it did not disappoint. The color was absolutely beautiful with the silver with hints of lilac throughout.The interior of the salon is cozy from the moment you walk in the door and they offer drinks as well (I usually go for a glass of wine) during my hair appointments. Tiffany made me feel comfortable through the whole process and my hair looked great during my road trip

For the past few years Ive had my hair styled at Niki Moon. I wouldnt change a thing. My haircuts currently are with Kate. Besides making me look good, her technique is consistent and adaptable. The new salon environment adds to the overall quality of the experience. Well worth the time and money. Highly recommend.

I just started going to Niki Moon Salon and Spa over the summer for lash extensions. Paula is great and I love my lash extensions. The salon has taken COVID cautions to the max and I have felt SO safe. We have to call to enter... Once we enter, we get our temperature taken, sign a waiver, we are asked the usual COVID questions, we use hand sanitizer and then go our way. I highly recommend coming here!! GORGEOUS decor!

Bailey is very unprofessional. She doesn’t listen to the customers. She always too busy and taking 2 customers at a time. Poor customer service.

I have had my hair done by Niki for years. Cut, color, Keratin, I have always been very happy with her work. Her salon is gorgeous, relaxing, and very clean. I’ve also had facials by Krista who I highly recommend. My teenagers have their hair cut by Serena and Kate, who are great with their age group and they always leave looking wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and very competent, you truly cannot go wrong.

I like it when my hair(cut) is easier to maintain, and I like to get the cut refreshed no less than every 10 to 12 weeks. Ann helps me achieve that every single time. Ive been getting my haircuts with her since over a year, and my experience has just gotten better and better. She understands very well what suits my hair. I get so many compliments on my haircut every time I get it refreshed. Love it.

I recently moved to the area and had to make rounds of finding new places to schedule regular appointments and services. I’m very picky about just going anywhere to get my hair done so I did my research and found Niki Moon. I was a bit nervous at first but was pleasantly surprised after my first visit. The salon is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Allie does my hair every 6 weeks or so and she always does the most amazing job. I’ve also had a spray tan and it looked great. Will likely be trying out the aesthetician for waxing and/or lash extensions next. I will be frequenting this salon for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend; if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Amanda was absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous at first scheduling with a junior stylist but figured Id give it a try anyway. As far as Im concerned, Amanda should definitely be a senior stylist! From the beginning, she asked me what I wanted and listened attentively, then she made suggestions that she thought would make my haircut even better. She was thoughtful and taught me so much about how to take better care of my hair since it was very dry and lacking life when I came in. The end result was gorgeous, she exceeded every expectation I had! At the end, I asked her what size curling iron I should use and she even went above and beyond to show me how to curl my hair after finishing the blowout. She was so kind, attentive and skillful. The salon in general is beautiful, incredibly well kept and high end. Their customer service at the front desk was wonderful as well, the girls were super helpful and kind, offering me a drink as soon as I walked in. All in all, I highly recommend Niki Moon Salon & Spa and Amanda! You wont regret it.

So after reading a lot of good reviews I decided to go there for my haircut and I loved it !!! My hair were very long and I wanted something like a long bob. Stephanie was my stylist. She was really helping and gave me great advice on how to manage my hair. She did a fantastic job. All the staff was super nice. Attaching 2 pictures after the experience with my beautiful stylist. I am really happy and will definitely be going there again !

Krista gives amazing facials! Super knowledgeable with everything and her hands know exactly how to move. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud! They have a beautiful ambience that is very soothing as well. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment and drove two hours to this salon on a gamble (based on previous reviews), which paid off in spades! Received an amazing haircut by Gabby! She took time to listen to what I wanted (and what I didnt want & why I was willing to drive two hours to find someone that could blend layers into long hair). Gabby gave me precisely the cut I asked I for (and havent been able to find since moving to Central Illinois from South Florida). I couldnt be happier! I came here with the intention of visiting just once because my regular stylist didnt have any availability. However, my first experience sealed the deal, and I have officially made the move to Niki Moon.I personally see Brynn, and she takes great care to listen to what I want and manages to execute perfectly. From what Ive seen, the rest of stylists are very much the same.Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Theyre always genuinely happy to see you, and incredibly attentive.The overall vibe of the place is sleek and clean. Great place to come by and relax for a bit. Could not give a higher recommendation. All of Naperville and the surrounding towns need to be coming here for their salon and spa needs!

Love the atmosphere here. The decor is a rustic chic vibe that I really like. I see Gabby for balayage every couple of months and she does an excellent job. Shes actually the only stylist Ive ever gone to see consistently in my life. Ive also had some waxing done here as well.

Not only is the location beautiful and tastefully decorated, but the staff is friendly and service is great! I needed a transformation and Jacqueline was AWESOME! I wanted to go from long hair to short. When I told Jacqueline about a hair cut Id had before she told me she would be more than happy to do that, but that the style was becoming out dated, and she then recommended a style that is current and that would also be flattering. I love my new hair, and have been compliments about it all week!

Wonderful salon!! Bella is one of the most talented stylists that I have ever been to. My entire family has been seeing Bella for years! She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I get compliments on my hair often, in fact I had a random lady take a picture of it yesterday so that she could try to replicate it!!! The salon atmosphere is extremely welcoming and that includes everyone from the desk to the shampoo area. Everything is first class.

Ive been to Niki Moon three times now in a little less than a year. Its been a pleasurable experience every time. I go to Niki and to Heather. Heather most recently cut my hair exactly how I wanted it based on a picture and my basic description. My color is always perfect. Everyone that works there is super sweet. Everyone here is incredibly sweet and nice, always! Bella has been doing my hair for a few years and my hair looks incredible and feels great every time i leave her chair. Tiffany did my hair for my reception and that was amazing as well!!Krista is my go to esthetician and she’s so great as well! Super sweet and very knowledgeable in the products and steps being used. My skin is refreshed and healthy after leaving her!The salon is clean and adorable. Literally every experience has always been so spectacular here. I love it here! You will not be disappointed here!

I moved to Naperville less than a year ago and was lucky to love the first salon I tried (this one!). Anastasia is such a lovely spirit and super talented. She just took me from medium to short hair and Im in love with the cut... she really listened to what I wanted and made me feel great about the change!

I have been going to Niki for my haircuts for a few years now, from before she opened her own salon. I have always been happy with the cuts I have gotten from her, probably for the first time ever. Before Niki, I was never satisfied with my hair. She understands that I want something simple to style and dont want to spend a lot of time doing my hair. Her cutting skills are excellent and as a result, my hair always styles well, even with my lack of skills!My husband always talks about the difference between ability and talent. That many people may have the ability to be taught something, learn it, and may be able to do a decent job. But some people have an actual talent for what they do. So the education they receive is enhancing their natural talent, not creating an ability. People with talent are far better at what they do and can make something complex seem simple and easy. Niki has talent.

I always have an amazing experience at Niki Moon! Serena is my absolute favorite stylist and always has great ideas for my hair! Everyone is extremely personable and attentive. I won’t trust anyone else with my hair. Thanks ladies!

The shop is always clean and everyone,yes everyone from the receptionist to the stylists are so accommodating. Ann DeLeon and the support staff at Niki Moon did a timely and excellent haircut. Ann listened to what I wanted, and she did the cut per my request. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I am so thrilled with the salon home Ive found at Niki Moon! Im a regular to Jacqueline now for my balayage and cuts. I get compliments on my color everywhere I go! All of the stylists truly take the time to consult with you about your hair- they treat it as if it were their own! The salon itself is beautiful and the girls up front are always so helpful. Love the glass of wine they greet me with at the end of my work day :) I could not recommend this salon more highly. Congrats Niki Moon, because you ladies are doing it right!

Love Tiffany! I have very curly hair- spirals. Low density and sparse in some areas! Tiffany is awesome! Im always happy especially when I give her creative license! I felt welcomed by her on day one. My fellow woc you know how that can be.The new salon is beautiful.

Great haircut as per usual. Tiffany gave me a great cut that always makes me look professional and well groomed. For a mens haircut its a little on the higher end price wise but you do get what you pay for!
