Kris was my stylist. I checked in with a long wait list and my turn came in 2 minutes before they close. Kris did a really great job with the haircut patiently asking how I wanted it and not rushing at all despite it being way past the closing time. By the time she wrapped up my hair cut and MVP it was 30 minutes past the closing time. Kris was very professional and courteous throughout. I would just give 5 stars for her attitude alone and the haircut being well done is icing on the cake. Thanks, Kris!!!

Just went there today!! They made me wait 1 and half hour. And there was a woman named Angela who gave me a haircut and she totally messed up my hair. Please don’t go there unless you want your haircut to get messed up.

In this pandemic era, the staff regularly cleans and disinfects the store. I was hesitant at first to get the haircut but once I went into the store and got my haircut, I was assured that it was safe. They do check your temperatures upon store entry.

I had my hair cut Tuesday by Caitlin at the Naperville, IL1 store. Due to the shelter in place it had probably been 4 months since the last time I had my haircut. She did a tremendous job and I highly recommend her as a stylist. But not too loudly because I want to still be able to visit her exclusively in the future.

Ive been here several times for my hair cut. Have to say this last visit was the best though, as the woman doing the trimming made a recommendation! I dont have much to work with in the hair department, but it helps when someone suggests how to have it cut when youre just not sure.

Every since moving back to Illinois and currently living at Naperville. I always get the most amazing customer service as well a nice haircut. The employee are always nice and greet you. All this was my first experience when I walk in. Reason, for the five star because its a comfortable place to get your hair done.

Decent haircut, stylist low motivation and appeared little attention to detail. Slow to clean between customers. Had appointment - I USED THE APP - but waited 20 min.

It was my first visit to this location, but they were faster and more responsive to request/comments. The woman that helped me was moving on to a nursing position, but everyone seemed top notch as well.

I would rather keep this place a secret. You should probably go somewhere else.Seriously, its he best salon in the area for men. The prices and service are fantastic. They have excellent stylists who work with you to meet your style and recommend whats going to look good on you.Its clear that management goes out of their way to train the staff. They are always friendly and professional. I have been going here for years and will continue - as long as the quality remains!

The atmosphere is great and very clean but the ladies dont always listen to the cut that you want. Its the fourth time my bf has gone there different stylist each time figured maybe one would listen to us. But they all end up doing it the way that they want to not the style we explained to them unless they dont know how to do it and they should say so and we could have gone else where. Just saying.

I believe this is the worst haircut experience I have ever had. My stylist her name was Brittany, it seemed like she does not care about the company, the clients, not the service she provides. All she wants is cut the hair quick and move on to another customer. When I was explaining what I want to do with my hair today she seemed so careless and unenthusiastic about the service. When she finished the hair cut 80% of what I asked her to do she ignored and did it her way. I was so mad at the shop that I did not even notice that sideburns were completely different length. I did not receive the haircut I asked her. On her desk it even says that she is a stylist of the month, WOW. This was my first visit to Sport Clips in this location and Brittany is the only reason I am not coming back there again. Good Luck to the management keeping such a careless employee.

Love the care and effort with which they take care of us. I have been coming here for more than 2 years now - buy the season tickets which makes sense with their mvp package which makes you feel pampered.

I have been getting my haircut here for the past 3 years. Yesterday was the last time. After the mouth breather was done my hair looked like Kim Jong Uns. There are cheaper and better choices nearby.

I dont know the name of the lady but in general the cuts not worth the money.this lady cant finish a cut right leaves the sideburns all messed up and dont listen to your directions. Needless to say you have lost customer. Going to find a barbershop.

If youre in a hurry and want a jacked up haircut, this is the place. The stylist seemed like she would rather be anywhere else besides cutting hair. I asked for a #2 on the sides and 1/2 long on top and am left with over an inch on top and flat spots on the sides and back from the clippers. She didnt even trim my neck hair at the end. Wont be going back.

$20+ for a hair cut? Long long wait times unless you have the line cutting d-bag app? Frustrating and not worth it. I walk out as often as I stay.

I went to get my haircut once I was done they had shaved a line to the skin on the back of my head I went back and got a free haircut I had been growing my hair out for a year and with my second haircut there they ruined my hair they cut it to short and in a very odd way now I will be wearing a hat for a month because my hair looks that bad
