Andy called to see if we were available earlier than our scheduled appointment. Immediately diagnosed the washer problem, fixed it quickly, and was very reasonably priced. Very courteous, personable and professional. Made out A List of repair professionals.

Our refrigerator stopped working and we needed some help ASAP. We ed in the afternoon and they gave us an appointment time between 5 and 6. Showed up around 5:30. Was able to diagnose our problem right away and had the part needed on hand. He gave us the option of installing it ourselves to save money but we decided against it and had him do it. He was very polite, friendly, and respectful of our home, and even helped walk my husband through some things to watch for on our refrigerator because he mentioned he rapairs this model quite often. Overall, very honest and would definitely recommend.

Andy fixed our faulty dishwasher, and we found him to be punctual, polite and highly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem efficiently, ordered the correct part and returned very quickly to resolve the problem, and he priced the job fairly. This has been such an amazing day - not only did Andy save my Sub Zero refrigerator, but he also saved all the food inside it.
