I just called for a the charge of a service call.I was given very thorough information and the lady on the phone was so sweet and kind. Im in tears as Im writing this. I have never been treated like she treated me. Told her I had to check with my husband as he handles our money. She completely understood. Went on to tell her a story about Sears that made me very uneasy and more things going on in my life. She told me to keep the faith and God is looking out for me. Me being a Christian just had to post this. When we can afford to get the oven fixed I will definitely be calling D &BDear sweet lady I hope you read this. You have touched my heart and thank you so much for making me feel better and going to have a better day because of you. God bless you

After first using this service a few years ago I made sure I saved the number. I called them again last week. Completely satisfied all around.

I purchased a place and the kitchen oven and one of the top burners did not work. Greg came and resolved the problem with the oven at no charge to me. He explained that it would work fine and did not need to be replaced at the time, but would need to be in the future. He ordered the part for the top burner and kept me informed via telephone on the progress of the order. Very pleasant to deal with and certainly knew what he was doing.An added bonus is the receptionist who is fun to talk with.

Very impressed from the timely call back, squeezing our repair in the same day, and the great Tech, Greg. Highly recommend and will use D & B again!

Guy was here for 10 minutes and told me Whirlpool washer is not worth being fixed. Also said he gets a lot of calls on them and they are junk. I would have more respect from the company if they told me that over the phone. Just wasted $75 on this service call. Beware!

Have used 3 times for refrig, washer and oven repairs. Greg has been our service person each time because after the first experience i now ask specifically for him. Very professional, knowledgeable, fastidiously clean and explains the process and costs in detail so no surprises. And the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend.
