I called on Thursday looking for someone to repair our washing machine. The call was answered by a man who sounded like he may have been asleep or high. But giving him the benefit of the doubt, I continued to schedule an appointment with him. He said he would be out on Monday around noon. I called Monday at 11:30 to confirm, but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail and did not receive a return call. 12:30 came and he hadn’t arrived so I called again, and again no one answered. 3 o’clock came and went and I called again with the same result. This is perhaps the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. If you decide to risk it with them I would strongly urge you to schedule another appointment with another company so you don’t have to continue waiting.

Unprofessional and rude. The owner Mike sends out his technicians that don’t want to be there. They complained about fixing my washer and how it’s difficult to work on a Samsung washer. (Get a different job?)Tech told me I would need to replace the control board assembly but they won’t replace it if I buy the parts myself. Mike, the owner, on the other hand says it’s fine and provides a reasonable price but does not show up for a scheduled service appt and dodges my calls. Not sure how they’re still in business the way they treat their customers! Stay away from these guys!

My Kitchen aid refrigerator was leaking so bad and i called Ace appliance, they fixed it very fast and my fridge is working normal again. Great company !!! 5 stars from me

Great service. I called about my double oven problem and Mike came right away and fixed the problem.

My LG washer was making noise a lot and i had to call someone to fix it, i searched online for a service company and i have found Ace Appliance there, they did great job and my washer works normal again thaks to service guy called Mike i think.

Called to confirm my appointment earlier in the day and I was told that I would get a call back, which he never did. Then, he never showed up. I called 15 minutes after the appointment and one hour after the appointments with nobody answering the phone.NO CALL BACK TO RECTIFY FROM FRIDAY, NOW MONDAY!

I was having trouble with sub zero refrigerator and ace appliance was the great choice for me, they fixed it that day i called them and i would like to recomend them to everybody!
