I do not recommend this place at all. There is no understanding or customer service. I asked for my nails to be done with the same exact design I had going in which was a small heart. The nails I came in with done from a different place was a good example of exactly what I wanted. The woman said she could do it and she got frustrated with me when I was not happy with the design. I tried describing the way my past nail lady has done it and she refused to do it that way, getting more frustrated. I was not happy with the design and I had to remind her at the end of my nails to file the inside down. She said next time remind me before the Polish so that it doesnt ruin the Polish. But I have never had to request that to be done. She later charged me $10 even though knowing I was not satisfied with the designs. It looks like a three-year-old drew broken hearts on my nails.

The woman who gave me a pedicure had an I dont care attitude and didnt introduce herself, talk much or maintain eye contact very much. She could have just been having a bad day. But my generally generous tip reflected the service I received. Also they talked quite a lot laughing among themselves in their own language. I know this is common in nail stores but I find it quite rude.

I took my 7 year old in and she got a mani-pedi. I just got a pedi. The lady doing my daughters nails asked her if she wanted flowers on her toes without even consulting me, the person paying. I let it slide but then my daughter was whisked away for her mani while they finished my pedi. My daughter told the nail tech 2 times that she didn’t want flowers on her fingers... the tech painted them anyway! It cost $35 plus tip for my 7 year old to get her nails and toes painted. Complete rip off... they also do not use clean equipment. This morning both of my big toes are infected and extremely painful. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Usually you can get in and out in a hurry, and the place is clean. Some of the ladies are better than others. I generally have an acceptable experience here.

I was in there and there were two ladys working in there that I have never seen before. They were the only two working which I thought was strange. Both of them were so rude, I asked for Wi-Fi password and they said Idk it. The also told me just a few minutes. I waited over 40 minutes before walking out. Total waste of my time. Horrible experience.

Ill stick to my Vallejo Shops...for a gel fill and gel color change on my toes it was 50 dollars. I get a gel fill and full PEDICURE at unique nails in Vallejo for 50 dollars. I wont be back. Over priced for the services.

The people there dont care about costomer cervice they care about getting more money out of you .! The lady that did my nail was about to leave them all square big and ugly till i said to file them down and the she said it was going to be 5 dollars more ! Why ? When she didnt even ask me what shape i wanted in the beginning.! They dont even say hi or bye they do ask how short you want the nail thank god .! The lady next to me was unhappy about her nail color and they wanted to charge more to changue it .!. 45 plus 5 tip for a bad experience.!
