They did such a great job. I had my toes and fingers done. The place is super nice. One of the nicest nail salons Ive ever been to.

Neat clean. (Manager asks clients for temperature reading with a temperature forehead gun. At least they care.) Full set with gel overlay in glitter. Neat, quick work exactly as asked. I was a little sad no jewels or air brush. Where problem was: The pedicure was good she used a liner bag for water and catch dead skin but the cut shape was uneven, not square when I left, I had a raw spot on my toe when I got home and the pedicurist didnt to the floor I asked to match nails from their own sheet so they appeared discolored. If they fix those small adjustments would be better score. Everyone wore masks, the place is cute but I felt a little un-polished. The price matched the quality

Excellent adherence to Covid19 safety protocols while offering a wonderful, relaxing much-needed pedicure. Friendly staff and a stylish atmosphere. Looking forward to returning.

Done a great job in doing gel nails. Good selection of color but for normal polish and for gel polish. It was very quick (not even 30 minutes) but thorough and I am happy with the result.Salon is clean and the staff is friendly but not very chatty.

Id never had a peddie before. I thought my toes would be shiny. I didnt know you have to ask for that. I feel like someone should have asked if I wanted shiny toes. Id have paid extra.

Really disappointed with the service that was provided. Went in for a manicure, to relax and unwind and just ended up being upset with the service. My $35 manicure took a total of 30 minutes. No time was spent cleaning up my cuticles. I sat down, nails were filed ever so slightly and she began coloring them. She applied 5 coats of nail polish and left my nails looking thick and uneven. Nail tech needed to blow her nose, so I had to refused the hand massage after she wiped her nose with her hands and didn’t wash them. She honestly didn’t care much about making sure I received good service. I was just glad to see that the little girl next to me was at least getting a better manicure. I guess its a hit and miss with which technician you end up getting, but needless to say I am not going back.

Worst pedicure ever. She put the base and two coats of polish on each foot all together. The exfolliation and massage were very quick and not good at all. Shop is not very clean. She used the nippers like tweezers pulling off skin around my nails. Never coming back! Plus all the positive reviews sound fake if you read them.

Gel pedicure was ruined when the gal put oil on my legs.didnt know until I washed my legs at home....they shine no more. When she removed the old gel she doused my toes in acetone that burned my skin. I has a 50 gift certificate. Total was 45 bucks for a pedicure the guy at the front assumed the rest of my 5 bucks were supposed to be a tip for the gal who did my toes. I had already tipped her by the way even though she did a bad job (im just a nice girl) so she gets 5 more of my dollars cause I just wanted to leave.....never again will I go back. Waste of money .

Easy to get last minute appointment for two people. Very clean. Staff was friendly and good.

Very unhappy with this place. I set up a Mother’s Day pedicure for my wife and daughters and they had a awful experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, even made my wife bleed cutting her nail and also my 8 year old was cut while they used the clippers as tweezers. The staff even openly complained about other customers and got mad at my wife when she noticed they had painted someone else’s hair in the nail polish. That’s nasty! Never again!

I wondered what present to made on my life and I decide to surprise her with visit on nail salon Bella Nails Spa. My life was very happy from my present. She choose to make gel nails. The end of result was very impressed. :))))

Hello, my daughter had a prom and we went on this salon for art nails. My daughter wanted a lot of violet flowers because her dress was violet. The nail artist polish the nails and painted the nails. I very like the nails my daughter too.

My nails are so shining and colors I like it. The personal is professional give all of them for make them customers happy. :)

No problem getting a reservation for 5 of us on a Friday afternoon. The place was nearly empty. It all seemed clean enough. My mani pedi was just ok though. They didnt ask my pref on nail shape and went for round before I could ask for square. I was done in 40 minutes... Fine if I was in a rush but didnt quite feel like the treat yoself I was looking for. $35 for the mani pedi.

I have been to this salon many times. There is always a friendly, courteous greeting with a short wait time. I love how the mani-pedi came out and hope to try some of their other services.

I was very unhappy and felt as if the MANICURIST and the women who did my waxing scammed me. I have used this nail place before and PAYED each seperately. Yesterday they would not allow me to pay SEPERATELY . AT THE END of BOTH SERVICES I was told I owed 60.00 FOR both. I was a little more then shocked. Their prices posted said it would have been 50.00. I played 60.00 and had another 20.00 in my left hand. I was CONFUSED and asked if the 60.00 included TIP. He reached out TOOK my 20.00 informing me in ENGLISH that ten for him and 10.00 FOR HER. HE QUICKLY TURNED AND WALKED AWAY. All 4 times in this nail salon they have charged me different amounts . I am very angry and feel that I was scammed and set up.I will never recommend or go back.

I feel if your going to own a business dont assume another race dont know how to translate or speak your language omg worst i e ever felt getting my nails done they ALL were in deep conversations about one of my toes !Never will i return i feel ashamed of rude people who think they can run a business and think they should judge a customer

WARNING!!! Ive been getting pedicures for 40 years...when I left the shop barefooted, I went home and sat for another hour, got up and put my flipflops on and polish was still wet...ruined. i went back, took another hour of my time and not to mention the gas to drive across town and TIPPING TWICE got it fixed. When I left after waiting an extra 15 minutes longer than they said to went home barefooted, put flipflops on 2 hours later and polish was still wet. OLD POLISH!!!! I went back for a refund and they said no. They said as one polish went dry... REALLY???? Not only are they terrible massagers they do not back up their work. I highly rec ok mend going anywhere else but there!

Passing through town, I had a mani/pedi. They did a great job! Very professional and clean.

My regular manicurist is out of town for 4 weeks so had to substitute. Today I went for a fill with gel Polish. Manicurist insisted on a new powder DIP product. Costs more than regular gel and nails look terrible. Seriously my nails look like a kindergarten ericksen did them. So disappointed.

Had a pleasant experience during the actual service bit less than 6 hours later, the polish began to peel off. When I called to complain I was berated, told it was my fault and hung up on.

My nails look great with gell polish. The nail artist is really expert.

Made an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours! When I asked about appountments they acted as if I was stupid! My nails werent how I wanted but I had to leave. I called to tell them and was treated as if it was my fault! Terrible terrible customer service and my nails looked horrible! I wont ever be going back there to get my nails done!! Lympy, as if I did them myself!!

Place was ok the first time....but the guy did it the last time and it was by far the worst experience ever in a nail salon. He didnt listen to anything that I asked for and did what he wanted. So angry....will never go back. It was painful too...

Wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Very poor service. Charged me 90$ for a mani/pedi and had to go back the next day because my nails were already popping off and my toes looked so crappy. Dont go here, theres better places in town.
