Friendly service and excellent nail care. My daughter and I come from El Cerrito because of the attention to detail on our nails and the cleanliness of the shop. They are also very good about following Covid precautions. I feel very comfortable going to get my nails done during this time. Highly recommend :)

Kenny was great. He did a full set of gel nails replacing a disaster of dipped nails from another salon. He was gentle, thorough, and explained what he was doing and why. Fair priced and on time for the set appointment. Its been 2 weeks so far and my nails are doing great and still look terrific! Thanks Kenny!

I just went to this shop yesterday and will definitely be coming back! This place is so clean and carries a huge variety of colors to choose from. My nail tech Anna did an amazing job. She was very kind and pleasant to me. I absolutely love it here and will come back very soon.

We LOVE this place. Some of the people who work here are from Napa Nails. Anna is the best and has always takes great care of me. She remembers her clients and their families and greets everyone with a smile.They take their time and really make sure that theyve done a good job!

Im a Napa resident and enjoy going to this salon with my local friends. Its spacious, very clean, the chairs are comfortable, and they offer a competitive menu of services & prices for the area. I knew a few of these beauty techs from another salon downtown, and was happy to find they opened up this new location on their own. The owners are very friendly, and professional service is why I keep going back!

11/9/2014The short version..I should have checked the reviews first before getting my nails done at Just Nails. I received an acrylic full set. I pointed out that one of nails was crooked before the acrylic was even put down. I received an inaudible response. More like a grunt. I thought ok shes the expert perhaps I am wrong besides she isnt done right. She proceeded with the acrylic starting closer to the middle of my nail than to my cuticle. She pulled the acrylic over my nails including my crooked nail which created bubbles! Ive not the slightest idea why I stayed for the entirety of this.. At this point all I wanted to do was get out of there! I mean she already wasnt listening to anything I had said. Payed $40! Plus, she started so high up on my nails that I should have went to another nail salon to fill them in. Once home I covered them up with nail decals instead.Lasted only four days when they started coming off. What a scam! Just Nails is no nail salon!
