I went for a basic pedicure, gel polish. When I arrived they said they were able to take me in and to sit down. The lady didn’t put a plastic till I told her I refuse to sit down without a plastic in the tub! She then placed a plastic and turned on the water and walked away, the water was burning hot ! She did not make sure it was a temperature to my liking and comfort. I told her it was way to hot, she said “yeah, yeah I turned it off” . Was very rude about it. I then noticed she used the same wet towel on my feet from start to finish, did not bother to grab me a new towel after she was done scrubbing my feet and what not. She continues to use the wet towel and lays it down where my feet are placed . While she is cutting my nails and polishing them my feet would not stay in position due to them sliding off with this wet soaked towel! She continued to be very rude as the service went on, every time my foot would slip from position she would man handle my feet (meaning with force and frustration) and place them back into position. I told her it is because the towel is wet . Her whole body language was just off . I did not feel comfortable at all. I had chosen a red color for my toes . Her work becomes worst very sloppy after that. I voiced out that she had gotten red polish on my skin and kindly asked her to clean it . She was not understanding me. The gentlemen who worked there knew English and I had asked him to translate . He did, she “cleaned” it but not completely. She had red nail polish all over her fingers and hands while working on me . It was just a mess . I again voiced out that there was still polish on my skin and that red stains! No one listened to me after that . At this point I was frustrated for having a bad experience. She then did layers and layers of polish on one big toe so that nail looks lumpy . She would not do it layer by layer and dry as she went . She kept packing on more polish ! The other big toe looks like I need a fill already ! She did not paint it all the way down the base line of the nail, not to mention my toe nails are all different length, some long some short, she did not file or trim evenly at all. Save your time energy and money and go else where . These people are rude, I remember going here once for my nails, and over hearing other people complaining about their horrible service! Never again.

HORRIBLE experience, I was hurt by the technician, technician is very clumsy and there is no hygiene what so ever. My gelish polish is all around the nail! Never again. Plus the salon door cut straight through my foot and I started bleeding! This place needs to be worked on or some other person might sue!

It was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back. Tim did my nails and did an amazing job. He really did. First time that I haven’t come home and picked at my nails after having them done. Two weeks later and they still look as good as they did the when I left. The salon is very clean and staff was very nice. They are doing their part in social distancing as well, which I very much appreciated.

I had a gentleman who did my pedicure today. I chose option number 2. He was really good! I was able to relax and read my book. I will definitely be back.

Hello, I was in Wednesday 12/11/19 to get a fill. Diane was nice and she did a great job with my fill the only issues I had was that she told me that she can do a design on my nails that I showed her on my phone, I was in the impression that she was able to do it because she said she could. I was pressed for time. The designed wasnt what I showed her on my phone. So, I told her to remove the design and to put glitter on my ring nails. I thought she was going to use the sliver glitter that she was using on my nail already but she used red glitter when my nail polished was burgundy didnt ask me what color I wanted. I should of told her but I was pressed for time to pick up my daughter and I didnt want her to remove it. I just wanted to get done. Then when my nails were already painted and dry she files them and you can see that the nail polish on the sides was scratched and the nail polish was coming off my nails. I wanted to let you know. Because, Im not sure if I will be returning back or referring anyone there. And, I checked the price before I went and it said for a fill was $18 & up. Not sure why I was charged $35.00. My nails werent that long

They made me wait like 40 minutes they were rushing because the salon was closed technically because of everything that’s going on so I’m assuming they didn’t want people to see that there was girls and they’re getting their nails done there was two people working and there was like six ladies getting their nails done and they were just rushing I hated my nails I don’t like the way they shave them in the color looks really messy and she charge me so much more just because of the fact that there’s not a lot of nail salons open so I think they’re upping the price I paid $100 in total some SUPER short nails with regular color and cheapest pedicure. Never coming back.

I love Daniel and mom they stayed open later than needed to finish me and my sisters nails the best people to ever do my nails so sweet and genuine that you forget you’re paying for a service and end up making new friends! Wonderful and clean!

Needs a wider selection of polish and my nail broke right after..plus they quoted me a price and it was higher when I left so idk about this...we pay good money for nails and pedi

First time trying this salon out and I was impressed! The man who did my nails took his time and was very meticulous. My only complaints were that he only did one top coat on my gel nails and normally people do two coats and then set it in the UV light a little extra time. He also nicked me just a tiny bit when pulling off cuticles but it didn’t hurt at all and I only realized it because there was a tiny dot of blood when he started painting my nails. Other than that it was very good! They are definitely priced on the higher side with $35 for a gel manicure but the job was well done. I will be back and try a pedicure next time and update my review then.Updated review: I give this place 4 stars. The pedicure I received was well done and lasted a long time. However, the last manicure I received here was not well done and my gel polish chipped in less than a full week. Their prices are too high to pay for a manicure that doesn’t even last a week.

Very welcoming, professional, and considerate of your time and budget. They offer to give you a cold hot neck compress. I got the cold one because it so hot out now days.

The best pedicure and manicure in town. Great pricing too. I’ve been having my nails done for years and have finally found the perfect salon. No more jumping around from salon to salon. Clean, great nail service, friendly staff.

Called at noon, she politely suggested we come in at 3 for two pedicures. Showed up at 3, called and she said wait 30 minutes, for the pedicures to be at 3:30. Came back at 3:30, called again and she just completely canceled our appointment. Completely disappointing, unprofessional, do not come here.

Love their dip manicures depending on who is doing it. Theres one lady there that has done pedicures and manicures for me and has cut me every time.Prices are great and salon is clean

I got cut six times during my dip manicure. The first lady who helped me completely missed shaped my right index finger and smudge the polish. At least an older guy was nice enough to try and fix the girls mistake, he made my right index finger bleed even worse than before, and now I have bubbles on some of my nails. I am never going back!

Due to COVID-19 shutdown, nails salon must close but this salon is still open business to spread disease to the community.

Decent prices, good quality of service

Terrible job the guy who did my nails it seems having no experience for doing pedicure, he didt know how to file the nails, wastage of time and money, I am never going back. If i have the option I will rate the negative.
