Wednesday night I got a sns manicure and gel pedi 78$ plus 10$ tip I spent. I don’t mind spending the money if my nails look good and last. The place is clean and big I wanted to like this place Friday morning my two nails chipped I came in the owner with an attitude asked who did my nails. She rushed me to go pick the color so I did she grinded the sns polish to the point it was burning I asked her to melt it with attitude she placed my two fingers in foils and completely forgot about me for 30 min. When I asked what was going on she said I needed to wait because not all the nail techs knew how to do sns . A worker came and took the sns off and scrubber my finger with the left over foil with an attitude. it’s a shame that the unprofessional attitude of the owner and staff and the quality of polish will not make me come back. If you own a business know how to treat your customers

Elena is the best Nail Technician I have ever gone to. She takes her time with my gel manicures and ACTUALLY cuts my cuticles. She is super friendly and exceeds my expectations every time I see her. I highly recommend Victoria Nails and Elena!

Victoria Nails never disappoints! it doesnt matter who I go to, my nails always turn out great. This is truly the only place that has ALL great manicurists. Vanna is wonderful with designs and so is Tiffany! Jimmy is so detailed and makes sure every nail is perfect. They are friendly and greet frequent customers by name. I moved to NJ but will always travel to Victoria Nails

Im a total creature of habit.... So happy I won a GC here in a tricky tray. My deluxe spa pedi was amazing! The girl who did my massage was amazing not to deep but perfect. They used hot stones too. Waiting room needs a little help. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this Salon I moved away from it and still travel the distance just to see my guy KENT he is amazing and can and will do anything you want! He is the only person who I can show a picture of what I want to and he does it better than the picture! Trust me ive tried other places no one can compare!

Ive been getting my nails done here for over a year and they are the best. I go in without an appointment for nail emergencies and will get seen right away. Quality polishes, Priced right with a loyalty program?? What more can a girl ask for. I would name my Nail Technician... but nope... go there and figure out who works best for/with you!

The only person I trust with my nails is Vanna at Victoria Nail and Spa. Such fine and detailed art, strong manicures that last for weeks and always super nice :)

Honestly is my first and last time coming here. I want to go see my wife decided to get my nails and feet done they did not do a very good job with my heels as I still have callus Honda. I had to come home and finish off scraping the rest of it.

I’ve been to multiple nail places in the area and I personally think this ones the best!! My tips always look good and they always stay on for awhile. Tiffiny does an amazing job!

Professionalism. Clean. Nails last over 3 to 4 weeks

First time i went it was very fast and nice. the only thing i found weird was while they were doing my nails, the lady started doing her own nails! also for my second time, i was waiting and a worker ran up from behind me and grabbed my nail polish. crazy! they also never clean around your nails so u leave there with nail polish around your nails! just awful!! they don’t even manage to paint your whole nail. awful not going back for awhile i must say 🙄

They have a beautiful salon, but boy, did they hurt my foot. I couldnt walk on my feet for days until it healed. I wouldnt go back.

I am VERY picky about my nails, and I went here once with a friend (because I am from NJ). The staff was great and the salon was very nice. However, even though I always get gel, this one time my REAL nails are breaking and the polish chipped in a week, whereas my gel manicure usually lasts at least 3 weeks. I believe this was due to how the owner aggressively removed my previous gel manicure. This made my nails very weak. I am extremely disappointed in the results and now I have to get another gel manicure earlier than expected. If you are close to the NY/NJ border, go to Elite Nails in New Milford or Nick & Van in Oradell! I am never coming back to Victoria Nail and Spa. I wish Kent the best though he’s a cool dude.

I was very happy to try a new place, in a new town but this is not a place you want to try. The lady was super rude, dont ask them to fix something because they will treat you like you are requesting some gourmet meal. On top of that the place is messy and the workers doesnt pay attention at all if they have a frequent customer there.

Had an appointment with Peter. His thumb nail was long & sharp & he used it to push back my cuticles resulting in cutting 3 of my cuticles without even apologizing. Will never go back there again!

Reception was unfriendly. Manicurist did nice job but was unfriendly. Wax specialist was anything but. Got Wax on my clothing. Left Wax all over my legs. Would not return.

They were having a special, $40 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. but it would be $10 extra because I wanted French. after everything was done the girl told me $56 JUST for my manicure and an extra $22 for my toes. I got completely ripped off and the girl who did my nails named tiffany was extremely rude to me. who charges $78 for a pedicure and manicure? Ill never go to this place again

Service is always fast and fair. Crew members are extremely respectful and nice. I havent had a complaint for the past year, until Mrs. Lisa did my nails twice badly-to my opinion. First time was late, was her last customer I assume she was tired. Let it slided by... Then prior to thanksgiving I needed a simple manicure, she acted like she was doing the job. I told her I am going to a wedding Saturday, please want them simlke but clean. She said yes, yet I found myself in Victoria Nail salon Friday having someone else remove my cuticles 😤 I recommend this place for their service in general, I will remain a customer and just make sure I say no to Lisa.

PURE GREED!!  Never fails when asking for arcylic fills theyll insist you need gel nails.  I say,  no thank you. Been there, done that!  I like my acrylic nails over gel.  Still persistant that I need gels.  Keep saying, no thank you!!  Everytime, I get acrylic fills should be $20. But, they charge on what they feel they should get that day.    Strike 1.Then in a huff, Victoria Nails says you have gel polish OPI.  I said, okay lets go to front and find a polish for acrylic.  Victoria Nails says, polish is fine to use.  Strike 2...for telling me it was gel polish when it wasnt.  So theyre now calling my bluff!Go to pay for my acrylic fill charged me as Gel nails anyway of $35.00.  Strike 3.Went to front desk to question about charge was told $26.00.Then when I questioned why I was over charged  as I just paid $35.00?  Story now changes stating for removal of fills/gels. Never in all the years I had my nails done did I ever pay extra for removal of fills when Im requesting a fill.No where on their brochure does it state price charge that says removal of fills/gells extra $15.Told, theyve lost a customer.  Not good customer relations at all.  Didnt try to make an attemp to fix the problem.They priced me as a gel and they used the removal as an excuse  in order to pay $35 gel nails.  Where as acrylic are $20 for fills.Place needs a good cleaning!  Keeping up with general cleanliness, as theyre skipping on the sanitizing and disinfecting. You see dust  particels in the fans, and bottles of primers, and oils are never cleaned.Never do I see your manicurist cleaning her work station with Lysol, Clorox.  You can see that their work station is visibly dirty.Trained manicurist should be proud of their credentials hanging.  Not one is hanging in any station.Nail files are fairly inexpensive and they get covered in the dust from your nail. There is no way to sanitize a nail file so every salon should be using a new file for each customer but they dont.If you discover they are reusing nail files, file a complaint. This is a quick way to spread nail fungus or bacteria.If you are paying for a manicure or pedicure, you don’t want polish that has been thinned with acetone. Some salons do this to make older, thick polish easier to apply. Polish gets old and thick from being exposed to air. Thinning them out helps cut costs but that comes at a price. Your manicure will chip quicker!STAY AWAY!!  Find a place that caters to you and your needs.  Not just for the almighty $$$s and keeps the Spa clean at all times.

They are absolutely phenomenal! A true gem in Rockland County! The place is incredibly clean, spa-like setting, and the nail work is unmatched in Rockland County. Ive been going there semi-religiously since May 2013 and wouldnt go anywhere else! Vanna is amazinggggg!!!!!

If you have money to waiste go ahead however if U dont feel like waisting money find another place, I went there and asked for round nails I got half square half round and one hand has longer nails then the other, and bleeding nails, and the lady was extremely rude. Would never go back ever
