I have had manicures and pedicures for the past 30 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have found! The only other place I liked this much was in Manhattan over 20 years ago! It is always clean, fresh and inviting!! The people who work there have always been courteous and professional, my daughter and many of her friends are hooked as well. Although I do make my appointments, they do the best they can to accommodate walk ins..If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend this one!!

Love Tutti! All of the women that work here are very nice, and always make me feel very comfortable! They do a great job, and I have been coming here since Tutti in Nanuet opened! The front desk is always very helpful, and have enjoyed getting my nails here for years!

I really enjoyed my recent visit to Tutti.Upon walking it, I enjoyed how spa like the decor was. Very clean and bright, which I enjoy. Their staff was attentive when my friend and I entered and directed us to the polish section to choose our color for our pedicures. I liked how they organized the nail polish by color family in an interesting style. But one thing I did question (in my head) is why Essie and OPI plain nail polish had different price points. Ive gone to some upscale salons in Bergen County and havent see polishes distinguished by price that way.Other than that, our service was clean, efficient, and done well. Plenty of space to chat and relax. I would return for another pedicure at this establishment!

This isnt my first time going to Tutti and before this I have had decent experiences. I usually just get a Gel manicure. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. My nails are already chipping 4 days later and I have a foot fungus. Together $70.... Expensive and truly a waste of money.

Ive been here many times but wow! This place never ceases to wow me, and Ive never had a better nail salon experience elsewhere. This is now my ultimate favorite salon to go to, especially now that theres a new and better manager this year. The place is so clean and well managed, and the employees are so kind and friendly, especially Sarah. I recommend that you should go to this salon at least once and I think that youll definitely love it there.

Terrible experience and customer service . Claims store close at 9pm but at 7:00 pm there are no technicians on duty, salon empty 1 customer waiting lady on front desk says they cannot take me becouse there are no tech to do the job, so what’s the point on closing at 9:00pm?!??- Not the first time happening went there few other times same story 1 hour before closing time they don’t take you in for a simple nail polish manicure, it seems they cannot wait to close the store .I will never go back there it’s waist of a trip for me and they don’t do a good job anyway, ladies are always in a bad mood . When I had the fortune/misfortune to get the nails done there they are always rushing through it. Appearance is not all, I don’t care if you have chandeliers and big flat screens on the walls if you cannot keep up the service to your clientele . Not appealing to me . Will never go back there again

At first glance, its a nice salon. Very clean. Between my bloody cuticles and my lumpy, uneven nails, I am not impressed with the final result. And after all that they had the audacity to harass me for a tip. Absolutely never again.

I go here regularly because they are very clean and hardly any smell of chemicals.The staff is gracious and they do a wonderful job. 👍👍👍👍👍

Had an excellent microdermabrasion facial. Such a relaxing shoulder massage included. My face felt amazing.

Ive been three times for a mani. One time I was in a huge hurry and I came around 8:15 pm. Initially they said they were too busy to fit me in, but then they changed their minds when I explained I was leaving town the next day. So kind to fit me in. Made my kids busy/comfortable with the tablets to entertain them. All I worked with were very polite.

I typically dont get manicures, but when I do this is my go to spot. Very clean, hospitable, and spacious place. Go see Sonia.

I decided to give this place a try and glad I did. No truth to the poor reviews I read. I have come 2 times so far Maybe new management? Friendly staff. Great mani and pedi. I love that they use super clean method for doing pedicure. I highly recommend and hope others will try

Today I stopped at tutti, I have one if my nails broken, this ladies here felt my hands cold and started with a nice hot tea, they refinished my nail that was done in another place, massaged me and mekr me feel sooo comfortable that I wanted to spend some time there but they were closing, with the service I received today I dont understand the negativity of the prior reviews, rude people is everywhere and is so disappointed but I rather focus in a great experience and well done job, thank you and keep up the good work

The lady who works the front desk is destroying this business. She thinks she know what shes doing but she is pushing loyal customers away. Ive been coming here weekly for 2 years and referring so many friends and family but due to my experience lately I wont be back until things change. Also, I tip generously each time (20-25%). Lately, if I give them $50 for a $35 service, the workers TIP THEMSELVES from MY CHANGE! Thats absurd! So then I started to use my credit card. Yesterday is when I decided I am done. I usually see 3 specialists who are all great (Eunice, Gabby, Sonia). I told them Id wait for whoever finishes first. Eunice finished first, but when she heard Im only doing a manicure, she went to service the woman getting a mani/pedi. They told me to wait for Gabby to come back from lunch. That is NO WAY to treat a loyal customer. That is the most stupid business decision making Ive ever witnessed. Its too bad because they were so good their first year-now they just suck.

TERRIBLEI went after work around 5:15 pm (they close at 9 pm). When I first walked in there was no warm welcoming, it felt very cold. I needed a gel tip fill and pedicure. I normally go to Very Nails in Mahwah, but decided last minute to go somewhere new. When I was getting my pedicure I was so uncomfortable, it hurt so bad because the guy doing my pedicure was stabbing my cuticles and when he was cutting the corners of my big toe he lift the nail without clipping it off. He barely soaked my feet and very little massage. Once my pedicure was finished, i needed my gel filled. No one helped me off the chair or brought my bag over. I sat down and Sophie was very cold towards me. Not welcoming and nice at all. She was very rough with my nails and cuticles because they are still throbbing. While she is starting to do my nails she says I need a new set which I did not they just wanted to charge me more as if a $60 fill was not enough. To top it off before I am even half way done with the fill the manager comes over and asks me to pay/tip before they are even done. I was in shock....All in all awful. If you are going to pay that amount then you should be given the best service and even just a welcoming smile.Mark my words I will NEVER go back. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars.

Beautiful place but the people are sooo cold. This was my first time at Tutti and sadly it will be my last. I went there tonight (5/10/19) and saw Dana. I have been going to pinkies in nanuet for years but since they were busy today I decided to give tutti a try. Felt unwelcome. The girl who was doing my pedi decided to wear 3 pairs of gloves.. like I had the bubonic plague lol..I asked for special pedi and she just did a regular one as if she didn’t want to be bothered. won’t be going back there anytime soon. BTW my mani and pedi were inot that special, and the massage suck! It takes a lot for me to write reviews but I felt I needed to write this one because my visit was really disappointing 😢

Full disclosure, I had never been here before tonight. I work full time and have two kids under 2.5 so I thought this would be a great place if its open a little later than your regular nail salon. Well...If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is supposed to be open until 9pm. I walk in at 8:20 and ask to soak off my color gel and get a new color gel mani. There are two nail techs and one customer currently being serviced. She turns me away because she says she has one more coming. I said, Theres two of you. She says, Yeah, but shes not done yet, motioning to the other tech. Sooo I guess my nails cant soak while Im waiting for one of the two of you to feel like doing my nails? Never again...poor business practice turning away a new customer without even trying to accommodate.

I thought that the workers were nice and very kind the lady I had was wondering if I would like water she made sure I was comfortable and the price was reasonable $35 for a manicure and pedicure overall if you are on the edge of going I recommend going here

I really enjoyed my expierience at Tutti Nails and Spa. My friend and I came here for a birthday mani and pedi and the ladies working there were so nice to us. They filled our gels and were very understanding about any confusion we encountered. They took their time with massages and such. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Awlful pedicure. The lady was so rude and i had to ask her to remove my previous black nail polish specs because she was painting light pink over it. She spent 30 seconds massaging my legs and the whole thing was over in under 15 minutes. They told me i could not tip on card and when i asked follow up questions the lady just ignored me and gave me the worst attitude. I tipped anyway because i work in customer service and think its right...but for a preg mom of a 18 month old trying to treat herself this place was the wrong choice. I have never had a pedicure so short and unattentive and i am by no means high maintenance- i get one maybe twice a year. There was one other person also so it wasnt like it was busy. I guess if you want a 15 min quick half done nail painting this place could work. Would never go back and i work across the street. Im actually embarrished i have sent my employees there for staff rewards- will not suggest to my associates anymore out of convenience.

Just wanted to share my experience from yesterdays Mani & Pedi. Solely factual.Arrived about 4pm, no wait and was escorted to a pedicure chair right away. After about 15 minutes, the fire alarm started to go off, and i was informed that it was nothing it happens everyday. it continued for a good 20 minutes and no one did anything to stop it. After my pedicure was finished I stepped down from the chair and almost fell having slipped in a major puddle of water that had leaked out of the pedicure tub. I had worn a pair of leather Frye booties, and placed them next to the tub. They were now both soaked from the water leaking. The young lady took my shoes and stuck them under the hand dryer to dry them.She also did my manicure in which she clipped all of my cuticles so short that at least 3 fingers were now bleeding. It came time to pay the bill which i was absolutely outraged that they had ruined my good boots, and made my fingers bleed and I still had to pay the bill. The manager came over and apologized but did not offer to comp the bill or even give me a discount. I sat in the hand dryer for 45 minutes waiting for my nails to dry. Watching the water stains dry in my boots and having wet fingernails i was slightly crippled.After paying $60 for by far the worst experience I will most certainly not go back and absolutely not recommend this salon.

Went to Tutti nails at 4:45 with my daughter and wife in Nanuet we walked in and all employers just looked at us. Not one person said can I help you. I want to treat my wife and daughter to a mani pedi they never came over they just said We have a wait my wife asked how long they never answered her. No answer just went back to doing nails. My wife waited 5 more minutes. A white lady came in and they got up asked her how can we help you.I was there once b4 and spent $150 bucks so I thought I go back. Never again...Yes I am a black man...

Just got a pedicure and gel manicure here. The service was okay, I mean the lady was rough with my nails and services very overpriced. The reason I reviewed 1 star- when I tipped the girl she stopped me, added up my total and demanded more tip money. I have polish all over my cuticles and she had the nerve to do this infront of the entire salon. Im mortified and never going back.
