Originally I was unhappy with the outcome of the service I had received. I put this in a review and immediately got a call from the owner of Dunkley music!! Mark took the time to listen to my frustrations and quickly remedied the situation, even better than I hoped or expected. I am stunned at the level of customer service, the care for the community, and the individual attention I was given from each of the employees I had contact with. I cant say enough how impressed I am with the way this business is run. Its no wonder they are a foundational part of the Idaho business community. Thank you so much Dunkley music.... Im almost speechless 😊❤️

We went in with our grandchildren to inquire about rentals & the manager, Shelby, was very attentive. She showed my boys every instrument they requested & gave them tutorials on how to make sound. After telling us about their warranty, we were hooked! Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience, Shelby & Dunkley Music! We cant wait to get our instruments soon!

Would not recommend. Very unwelcome vibes. Zero chill music store vibes lady just wanted us to leave the second we got ther. The lady I dealt with was rude and tried to gouge me for my money.

Had the unfortunate experience with a different local music place instead of going to DUNKLEYS FIRST!!! As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed. No credit check needed! I love going in here, mainly for Deborah! She has the store so well-organized, and really knows her stuff. Shes always attentive (but not TOO much) and helpful. She needs to do some training for the employees in their other store!

I go here to get my cello fixed and repaired. They are very reliable and helpful. Over all, this is the best music store I have been in.
