Pricilla is nice and amazing worker. She got me my first job and keep me feed and was straight forward, was very professional and even when I’ve seen her get yelled at she does the right thing and moves forward Rebecca is great hard working person that cares for employees and takes care of said persons needs. Nadia is a great addition to the crew there and helps anytime she can and is very nice and helpful when you come in. Great group of hard working women. They are identical In work ethic and Independent women who can run a good service to the nampa community.

I was contacted about my resume on indeed and was invited to apply for an open position, after applying they contacted me for an interview however it wasnt an interview at all, they just had me watch videos and get signed up, never heard back from them after that and they are the ones who contacted me. I would have loved a follow up, even if it was just the client decided to go a different route, I would have liked to know they at least sent my information to the client. I am a very professional person, and I have worked for staffing agencies before and to be honest this staffing agency seemed, like more of a labor ready than some where you would go to hire office staff. The staff was also very unprofessional, making everyone wait to get assistance to fill out and do required tests while they talked about personal stuff in front of everyone. Thats what instant message is for, so you dont make the whole waiting room feel uncomfortable.

They attended me very professionally and additionally they were very friendly and understanding and did their very best to help me with my needs.

I applied for a position via Indeed, I received an email stating IES wanted to interview me for said position, asking me to choose a time and date which I did. I arrived for what I thought was an interview, only to be told I had to do their application as well. There were several others in the office, she told me I could do it at home, no apology for the fact that I drove 40 minutes for an interview that didnt happen.

Went to apply for a specific position or something similar. Filled out all the orientation paperwork and met with a staffer reinforcing the job and area of work I wished to pursue. She told me to check back with them every couple of days. After two days I called and was told to not call, that they would contact me. The next day got an e-mail asking me to return for an interview. I scheduled a time for the next day and prepared. When I arrived, they tried to put me through the orientation process all over again. When I told them I had already done that step they simply said OK. No apology for wasting an hour of my time or gas getting there. When I asked for an update on the opening, they had to ask which job I had applied for. Needless to say my worst experience with a staffing agency.

These guys got me a job so fast. I recommend to anyone who is in need of a job. They will help you find the job that is right for you. :D

I had went in to finish orientation online, as I was doing my work through their computers one of the ladies at the desk was FaceTiming their boyfriend while I had my hand raised for help. Every time I go in for assistance they have poor attitude when all I’m asking is for assistance and cut me off as I’m explaining what I need help with and never fully let me finish speaking .

They’re amazing facility, and there two desk clerks are super sweet and willing to help me change my password 3 times with out complaining, definitely will be suggesting them to every one who needs work!

Communication is nonexistent in this company. Dont waste your time. Seems promising at first but they have no idea what theyre doing. Theyre the ones supposed to keep you updated but they dont keep track of anything!

Went to them for a summer job and had an awesome experience. The ladies in the office were so nice and helpful and were quick to find me work. Definitely will be going back :)

Not really know how these people had gotten my info and reached out to contact and ask for a review, unless just cold calling vultures. Years ago used an agency similar to this, would not have used this one in any instance, BECAUSE THEY ARE SOME 800 MILES FROM MY HOME. Fuel prices are low but come on. Hands down the best staffing agency in town. The girls in the office are so welcoming and really helped placing me into the perfect job. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they work really quickly. I filled out an application and registered within their office on a Tuesday fast and easy! and by Wendsday I was already working. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! They really live up to a professional standard.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, BilingualBeen with this temp agency for a while and I recommend them to the extent of recommending my own family to seek employment here as well. They help you find the type of work your looking to get into whether it would be a certain field (light/heavy duty work), or from daily work to short/long term assignments. If a company your assigned to runs out of work they are able to notify you when the same company you worked at has more work available or if your simply unsatisfied with your assignment they will help you find a different assignment to work on. Huge thanks for helping me stay employed!

I went in there and went through the process a few days ago, I was looking for Temp-Hire work and while going through the process i heard nothing but complaints and rude things about clients stating their stupidity and their records and even took it to the extreme of personal appearance in front of not only just me, they acted very casual while doing this so i assume this is their everyday routine. One girl was talking on the phone about having several temp hire jobs to fill and when i was done with the process she said shed call me if she had any jobs..Like i couldnt hear. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If your looking for a good temp agency maybe go to the Boise IES or any other temp agency, unless you enjoy being the center of gossip from full grown adults acting like freshman girls in high school.

Agency screwed me rather than helped! Had a job but the agency offered me a better paying, so I had quit my other job completed all the paper work drug test etc then after i quit my job for their Bs job, they call me and tell me that it’s cancelled?? Terrible

I applied for work and never got any through them. Never returned my phone calls for followup on possible work. Was told by actual employees on a place needing workers and get told by ies staff that this place isnt hiring. Not cool ies

IES truly met my employment needs, Ive been with IES for about 6 months and was recently rolled over to a full-time employee, I recommend IES for anyone seeking employment, whether seeking temp or full-time positions. IES will keep you employed year round,

If you are not speaking Spanish dont come here to be placed at Lippert Components. They tell you at Lippert 1 min or 5 min after your 8 hours are up that you have to work Mandatory overtime while the management goes home.At Lippert ComponentsIf you work hard during the 8 hours they will intimidate you that you need to go faster and you are not fast enough.Many of the meeting are more Spanish then they get in English.Meetings are to be translated quickly and the same not told different to different groups.Lippert pays lower and expects more then you can do in many departments. Not all.Overtime is voluntary and should be given more warning even if it is mandatory.Be aware before you go here
