The only company willing to come out to tow a car at 8pm on a Friday night; 3 other companies just hung up when I asked them if they could tow us. It took 2 hours to get to us because he was towing a car at the time & had 2 more calls in front of us, but he came & did an excellent job.

My tow truck driver was the sweetest and went over and beyond to help this out of towner

These are great people. I drive a taxi so I end up dropping people off here to retrieve their car all the time. They are very friendly, fast, and courteous. I have dropped people off here before and before I finished writing the trip in my logbook they were driving off in their car. Like I said great guys highly recommended even if you need a tow.

Called for a tow they said 20 mins waited and waited. Called back no answer. Waited over 2 hours. Called Best choice towing they came within 15 mins. I would not recommend All Star to noone.

Battery was dead, call for a jump. Prompt arrival, quick service. My battery died 4 or 5 more times while trying to get to autozone. Guy(dont remember his name) came back everytime very quickly and made sure we got to auto zone. So I could get my battery replaced. Thanks!!

Best on the beach I would recommend them to anyone. A friend of mine Ryan M told me of the experience he had and i never would have believed it without needing their services my self.

I have now been waiting for almost an hour and a half for my car and still currently waiting, I had to call them to get an update after 40 mins .they should have notified me that my car was being switched to another truck, but they didnt. I left the guy an hour and a half ago...my house is only 3 miles from their location and is currreny only 5.5 miles from my home....this is ridiculous.

Tow job was extremely fast and professional, however a couple complaints I have are: 1) I was told on the phone the tow truck would be at my location in just a few minutes. Had to wait nearly an hour before it showed up. 2) Was never given a recepit for the tow job. Many insurance companies reimburse for tow jobs (including mine) with a faxed recepit.

This place is a complete SCAM. Shady business owner and crackhead employees. I recommend this towing company All Star Towing to nobody!

The worst experience EVER. After waiting for them for several hours, I called to get an update on how long more I will need to wait. At this point they informed me that they decline the service. Horrible company, will never eve think about using them again.

The owner, Jay, is awful! No one trust him!
