Kind courteous staff. Mr.Lyle was the best. When I arrived he opened the gates right up for me and allowed me to go get my stuff from my car and was so kind about everything. He let me know my insurance company was coming to get the car and would take it away. Thank you for all you do there and especially on a Sunday.

I helped my friend retrieve items from their totaled vehicle after an accident they had a few weeks ago, and the employee working there was really helpful and patient.She worked with us as we went through the wreckage to find my friends ID so she could release my friends belongings. She was very professional and thoughtful while we worked through the stress. Our friend had been rushed to the ER after their accident and was still really shaken up and unprepared.Thank you again, to the woman who helped us that Saturday.

After bringing the title and paperwork dated that same day from the d.m.v. I was still told I couldnt get my belongings out of my car. This place and the people there are clowns.

Needed rides for 4 as our car was broken down on vacation the day we were leaving. I had 3 grand kids with me...no money for a taxi or uber because we exhausted all funds for vacation. They said well you need to get your keys to 3rd st garage where we took your car!So we walked from 27th to 3rd. There was no concern for our situation and they could have helped...they didnt have time. They should have passed up this job instead of taking my insurance money...and let a wrecker service who could accommodate 4 (under the circumstance, out of town with kids with me their Grandma). The lady on the phone was rude and without understanding. I called my insurance company and told them that they should not be associated with such a horrible company.

DON’T NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE!The “owner” is a rudest human being you can imagine.Out of nothing she decided that it’s ok to yell at me like I am her pitbull that “greets” customers!Out of nothing she started to threaten me.They got a very nice car towed into their “establishment” and obviously the “owner” of this place wanted to keep it due to circumstances. Oh well, not with us and not with our lawyers!!!!The employees was nice and kind of helpful but still I hope that this business will get closed because the way they handle it- unacceptable. And that good employees will find a way better place then this stinky place. I understand that city works with them when they are needed but come on - you can’t talk to your customers like that.

Towed my today loss vehicle. Instead of accepting the title as payment, I had to pay the tow bill and gone then my title. $260 I thought was a bit stiff but they have you so what can you do

Would leave a zero if possible. Rude staff and smelled like rotting corspses.

After promising me a truck in 15 to 20 minutes they lied about not being able to find me to take a more profitable call. Left me on the side of the road for hours.
