Good group with hard rolls. I was visiting for the weekend and dropped in on a Sunday and got about 8 rounds no gi in during open mat. Good music and welcoming people.

Visited this gym while in town for the week and much appreciated the welcome from Coach Frankie and all the fellow practitioners. This gym has excellent instruction and even better people. I highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Dropped in for a no Gi class while on vacation. My first impression was everyone is very friendly and nice. Yet I noticed the mats were not that clean, the first place I sat down to stretch had a line of dirt and hair on the mat spanning about 3 inches long. I get that some dirt and hair sneaks by but that was a bit more than sneaking by. Also the instructor curses very frequently in the adult classes. I personally see no place for it in instructing, but it’s his school and I wasn’t telling him other wise. The other problem I had was duringthe lesson the instructor talked about a girl he found hot for a good minute or two and brought up her looks in correlation to her gentails and that wasn’t needed. My rating is as it is because it was still very good teaching and very friendly people and I truly think the head instructor is a really nice guy and I wish him and his school all the best. Sadly I can’t in good faith give him 5 stars
