So much to do there. Did circuit training, played racquet ball,spent some time in the weight room and then played pickleball.

Crabtree is a great place for both children and adults. There are a boatload of sports programs for kids and have great coaches. I did a tour of the gym and was impressed by all the equipment they have. The pricing is reasonable, with several options to pay for membership without auto-deduction from bank accounts. Friends who have memberships tell me that to cancel is easy unlike most of the bigger franchise places that make it almost impossible so they can milk you for every dime they can.

An older gym with older equipment, but always impeccably clean, staffed by friendly people. There’s plenty of room and it’s never crowded; our favorite place for a morning workout!

Went for the first time the other day and was blown away. The staff were so kind from start to finish. We did not encounter a single person who didnt make us feel welcome. They have racquetball, basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, badminton, and lots of fitness classes. They also have a very diverse weight room that has a machine or free weights for everyone at every fitness level. And they gym wasnt so full you felt like you couldnt get things done. The Cardio room has a bit of everything, including machines that I had never heard of that I was super excited to try out. I cant wait to go again!
