The woman on the phone was very polite. We were able to schedule same day and when our power went out we were able to easily reschedule. Our gas oven needed a new igniter. We were quoted $80 to come out and for the repair plus the part. It was cheaper then we thought it was going to be. We got a call before they came out. When he got here he had to really fight to get to the igniter but he did it, he did not give up. I absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

They sell a mix of old and new furniture. We bought a brand new fridge there and the price was really great, and included both delivery and installation! They had some real cool antiques, including a large jukebox and self-playing pianos! The guy working there set the piano to play a song for me! Theyre such nice people. I would definitely go there again!

Bought a really nice washer for a good price with a warranty, friendly service, same day delivery! Delivery guys took great care bringing the washer in and hooking it up. I will be buying all my appliances from then from now on!

Made an appointment with them to stop out and check the seal on washer. They gave me a window of time 1130 to 1p I waited till 145 then had to go somewhere. They called me at 210 to tell me their truck had brake issues. You would have thought they could have called in the window of time they gave me to tell me they would be late. Poor communication skills, bad business practice.

Very happy to have been given Olsons name by another company that doesnt service Samsung appliances. They were very quick to squeeze me into the schedule, needed to order a part, but didnt pay until they came back and finished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. Good service is hard to find, glad to have found a new go to.

Called this morning with my dryer not heating up. They scheduled me between 4pm & 7pm. They called again with a cancellation, and made it sooner. Dryer is fixed running like a champ. The repairman was very professional, and fast. I will 100% recommend to everyone.

Would not recommend at all. Been waiting on a part for our refrigerator for two weeks now. Ordered the wrong part three times. Was told they would be here at noon, never showed. Called the next day only to find out they had receive the wrong part. which is fine, didnt have an issue with that. Was not happy they never bothered to call us. Finally showed up, but never called so we werent home. Was eventually called on the 3rd, we returned call a couple times plus left a text letting him know he could just drop the part off, we could put it in. No call back. Called today Monday to find out when he would be out to put the part in that would literally take 15 minutes. The lady at the desk told us we were on the top priority list which to me would mean first thing in the morning? She informs me she would call him to see when he would be here. Figuring she would call me back and give me a time. Nope, two hours later I call back only to be told again I will call him and push him along. two hours later, another day wasted sitting around waiting, not even a call. I just wanted to know what time to expect him. So, not happy again, I call to see if she had a time for me? Only to be told would it help if I drop the part off My response was no, what would help is if you would call me back and let me know what the f@#@ time he is coming out. Well she didnt like my response and hung up on me. I dont get why it went from top priority to just dropping my part off. Now mind you the repairman took our refrigerator part with him, which we need to plug the other part into. Otherwise wed just order the part we need ourselves. Not happy being spun by this place.

My 7 year old Frigidaire upright freezer kicked a breaker and stopped fuctioning. Upon resetting the breaker, the compressor and electronic temp panel werent functioning. In checking around on a Friday evening, no services were available.I stopped into Olsons store on Monday 10/19/2020 and Eric advised it sounded like an internal circuit board failure. He arrived at my residence within an hour to diagnose the problem, which he confirmed was a circuit board. He created a jumper wire to have the compressor circulate even though the bad board prevented the freezer from cooling.Olson contacted me on Tuesday and advised that parts from China were not being shipped. He was able to locate a part somewhere in the USA. Eric stated they would send it to the store, but not quickly. He stated they would be out on Tuesday to install the new replacement circuit board.Kurt arrived at 1 PM and installed the part and checked & re-calibrated the freezer.Im impressed with the employees (all family members) commitment to resolve my freezer issues as quickly as possible. I will quickly tell all who are in need of an appliance repair to seek them out.The price was more than fair, the service both prompt & professional, and the concern for performing a good job seemed very important to all I came in contact with at their store.I will highly recommend this store and their employees.Larry LeBel

Couldn’t find any appliance repair then I came across Olson’s I read so many bad reviews about customer service I was skeptical. Not everything goes smooth in this type of business people need to be more understanding. My experience with them was completely professional. They came out right away had my washer diagnosed and had the part ordered in less than a week! The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly enough to remember I worked 3rd shift and scheduled my appointment early in the morning when my part arrived very happy with the customer service. They only charged me $80 plus the parts obviously but I feel like that is very cheap idk how they make money? I feel bad I didn’t tip but I have no reason to lie about my review I am a hard customer to please I’m never satisfied when I pay for a service and Olson’s made my experience perfect!

The staff was both pleasant and professional, and thats a pet peeve of mine in customer service. The part for my washer is no longer available, but I was able to buy one from Olsons at a reasonable price. They removed the old washer free of charge and installed the new one, also checking to make sure that the cycles ran properly. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning should I need appliance repair.

I would have given less than one star but thats not an option. This was by far the poorest service I have ever received. In January, I brought my grandmothers carpet cleaner to them to see if it could be repaired. I had a sneaking suspicion that it couldnt be, but I figured a second opinion never hurts.9 MONTHS later, after numerous phone calls and promises of call-backs about the machine, they finally said it couldnt be fixed. There was $45 deposit, they refunded $30. And then seemed shocked that I wanted the machine back. Broken or not, Im not paying them to steal my grandmothers belongings.So, they grudgingly handed over the box of disassembled pieces and half of a machine. As I am looking over what they gave back, there are numerous parts that they stole.Dont ever use go to this business because they are crooks.

The repairman was kind and had my dryer fixed in no time. Everyone I talked with at Olsons was very nice and had amazing customer service. They even called to inform me that they were running behind. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

8 months ago I had Eric come out and had a wonderful experience. See below for original post. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Had the same problem with my washer, took a week but Eric was able to come out (on 8/22) and replace a part. Apparently didnt test the washer afterwards because that same day we tried to use it and now shakes out of control. Called Monday (8/24) and was told maybe Tuesday (8/25) but most likely Friday (8/28). Fine. Gave them my wifes phone number, they already had mine and never received a phone call, and never showed. Called Saturday at 11am when they opened (8/29 Today) and was told oh yeah, we missed a service call yesterday. Sorry about that. Well be out today. He has another appointment in your area. Called again at 2pm (because they close at 3pm) and double checked if they were coming out and was asked are you willing to take a late service call? Eric will be out between 4-6:30pm tonight. Once again, no call, no show. All I want is an honest answer. Are you actually coming out? Am I doing something wrong? Is my money not good enough? Is it possible for you to call someone back? Im overly frustrated as my washer has been broke now for over two weeks, Ive paid to get it fixed, Ive called and called and called and never received a call back. How do you run a business like this? I hate giving bad reviews and Id love to talk to the woman who schedules appointments but theres no one to take my phone call now, and I dont really expect a call back since that doesnt seem to be a service they provide.Original postCalled and got a same day appointment. Absolutely amazing first class service.Technician was skilled, friendly, and professional. Due to a busy schedule they came well outside of business hours to get the job done and try to hold their schedule for the following days service. Job was done efficiently with no impact to the rest of the house. Came in under quote due to a part not being needed! I bought a used refrigerator online and didnt know it had a freon leak and it quit working within a couple of days. Of course this happened during covid and when it seemed almost impossible to find someone to come fix it. I called Olsens and they were able to squeeze me in within the next couple of days. The man was very courtious and informative. Came in patched the leak and got the refrigerator back in working order. It ended up costing way less than I anticipated and he got it done quickly. Thank you!

I walked in and asked for a simple dryer. No bells no whistles. Something you put clothes in and press the button and go. Also asked for a reliable unit as Im not trying to fix it. Guess what I got. No hassle. Was told this is the machine I want and need. Delivered it for free and took my old one away for no charge.

We had Olsons come to fix our refridgerator because the freezer was too warm and the refridgerator was freezing things. They came in a timely manner the first time and the repair man was friendly and unfrozen a drain . unfortunately that didnt resolve the issue and when I called to have them come back out since they have a 30 day warrenty on repairs suddenly they were too swamped. I waited another week and called back and still they said they were too busy. The lady scheduling repairs told me were going to put you off until next week since you can deal with your problem. Okay so yes if other people have fridges not working at all technically I can deal with it but still her attitude was very dismissive.I can tell you how much produce froze and went bad during the weeks of waiting for them to come. The following week I called again and she scheduled me an appointment and the guy never showed up and they have never called me to apologize or reschedule. Will NEVER use Olsons again.

While I understand pandemic is going on, and things happen. But to the lady who answers the phone, you were initially nice and apologetic the first time about getting priority calls for fridges but said Thursday the week before can get me in. And a week later no call no show. You cant find my information when I call about my apt. Then go on to say we have to do fridges and freezers first and you go on to get upset that the phone rings constantly everyday cant bother to call a potential customer back to reschedule .. Welcome to customer service you need to learn some skills and adjust your tone when talk to customers. Also wth kind of appliance repair only goes out to to service if they are already out in the area as she stated. HTF DO YOU MAKE MONEY . i live right in the area which is why i called .. But hey what do i know.-Wow, unseen by demanding customers, you really cant tell the difference between customer service and being a reliable company. So, you say BS to make yourself feel better for how you acted over the phone.

I was very happy with the service I received for a washing machine repair. They offered late hours so that I didnt need to take time off of work. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to make sure that it worked (ran through the wash, spin,and drain cycles). They charged per repair not by the hour, so there were no any surprises with the bill which was very reasonable!

Eric troubleshooted my washer intermittent water leak and found the problem (small hose leak) right away. He also installed a new gas hook up and exhaust for my dryer at my new residence. The gas stove that came with my new residence is old and the burners would not always light from the pilot automatically. Eric adjusted the burners and it works fine now. All work was performed expertly and economically. I would highly recommend Olsons to anyone needing an appliance repair. Great service at a great price.

My washing machine stopped spinning so called another local repair service, they were not able to fix the problem so referred me to Olsons. Olsons was able to come out that day and within a couple of days had the part and was fixed for much less than what others were going to charge. I would highly recommend them and will be using in the future for any repair needs.

Had inop chest freezer, they called and asked PROBLEM, said over phone they knew issue and ordered part, came out 2 weeks later and replaced, charged over$160, it worked for couple hours and quit again I called and several times over 2 weeks they set a time to come out but never showed up each time. Had to pay and someone else repair. Kept getting excuses that were busy, not a reason to not show up or call when make an appointment.

I have used Olsens Appliance many times and they have always given me a fair price and went out their way to be helpful and courteous. They fix the problem and do not overcharge or overstate issues in effort to get more out of you. Great company.

Eric came out at 6PM on Saturday evening and fixed our dryer! Fixed it very fast and did a great job! Very nice guy and would hire agian!

Ordered a dryer from Olson’s and four months later he still hasn’t finished installing it even though he has been paid for the labor. He is unresponsive when we call him or says he’ll come by but doesn’t, or shows up whenever it pleases him. Terrible service!

My washer broke and they were able to get to me in less than two hours. Prices were fair and my washer now works!

Been waiting for a month would give time and date for when they are supposed to show up and never did at least 5 times .

Worst company ever. They don’t stand by anything they say. The rep called me and told they would be out at noon. My husband called and asked where they were and they said on the way. He calls back an hour later and they said we have to reschedule because someone came out at 9:30. The guy on the phone then argues that he never said noon and he said 9:30. It’s pretty hard to get those times mixed up. I’m not sure if he was knocked over the head or something but it was completely and totally unprofessional with how he wasn’t even trying to solve the situation and argues with me.

I paid them $65+a$15 TIP to come fix my whirlpool washer ...guy comes upstairs and says yeah its running fine ...went to use it same problem occured ...called for my guaranteed second check up and was blown off twice now....never again will I do busimess with them

We were told that the part needed to fix our dryer was no longer made. Contacting Samsung we found this was incorrect.

They disappeared! The initial visit went very well and the technician diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and said the part would be ordered and he would return and install the part. That was on November 15th. Today is December 14th and I have called without ever talking to a person but left several voicemails and got almost no response. The owner did call and left me a voicemail, but when I called back, I got the answering machine again. After that, I got a phone out of order... where did they go????
