Bo went above and beyond on our service call. Very professional and personable and is an expert in his craft. We were told by a previous repairman from a different company we needed a new ice maker. This was not the case. Bo made a few adjustments and fixed our ice maker with no parts needed. It was refreshing and actually eye opening to have a person come in that does their job at a high level.
