Bowen heating and cooling first helped us in 2017 when our furnace needed to be replaced. Set us up with a deal through dte and got us one of the best furnaces out there. Now 2018 our water heater needed replaced and again bowen heating and cooling came out to check our problem out. Gave me 3 different options and recommended what they thought was needed. I own an Adult Foster Care home in which the furnace shut down completely and for good, forcing us to evacuate the home. This is a situation that can have a massive ripple effect on the people that live there. After calling around, any place we could contact was 2-3 days out before they could help us. Until we spoke with Don Bowen. Don initially also told us he was booked solid for 2 days, but after explaining the situation he took it upon himself to personally come over with one of his guys and they installed a brand new furnace for us that same day. They stayed until nearly 7pm to make sure the job was done right. They gave us a fair price and were professional, polite, and thorough. Highly, highly recommend them.

One of their completely incompetent drivers just killed a motorcyclist at apple and Milliron, I will never use this company ever, the driver turned right into the path of the motorcyclist!! Probanly texting and driving!!!

I am 70 years old. It is December 29, 2017. Barely above freezing. I called for help and said I didnt get my check until the third but it was already 64 in house. They did not care that I was elderly. They said sorry cant help if you cant pay for service when we come, which would be after hours $140 per hour and $70 per hour after that plus any parts that may be needed. Who has $230 or more in pocket to just dish out. Most prominent businesses bill you for at least 30 days. So I called Bishops and they are coming in two hours at regular rate and billing me. Their comment was we cant leave anyone without heat in this weather. So there you have it! Either you care for your customers or your pocket book. Enough said.

Flawless water heater install.

Came home heat wasnt working, called around Bowen was able to send someone out within a few hours. He knew right away what the problem was. Had it replaced and working within an hour. Also showed me how to check the pilot and light it.

Cant build an estimate online to have my air ducts cleaned.
