Ace came to fix my furnace quickly on a Saturday morning after my call. They did a great job and got it running.

I had been working with DTE (under the home protection plan insurance ) for MONTHS to get my mothers furnace up and running. Once it started getting too cold for them to stay there while waiting for DTE to figure it out, I called Ace. I only wish I had done so sooner. The technician was knowledgeable, kind and so respectful to my mother and compassionate about what she had been going through with no heat for so long. In the first trip he got her up and running enough to get by until her part(s) came in and after his work yesterday morning, her furnace is running like brand new. I am forever grateful to them for their expertise. We were truly getting worried wed have to replace the whole unit. But they assured us they could get us heat. ...and they did! DTE couldnt manage that in 11 weeks. Thank you, Ace Heating and Cooling.
