I cannot stress how amazing the staff is here!!I went in for the first time in 10 years and obviously needed all kinds of Dental work.There was a staff member to hold my hand through the anxiety and the Denist was the sweetest woman I have ever met.I have never felt more relieved or at ease at a dental office.

This is the first dental office my son has ever felt comfortable going to. The Dentist and the rest of the staff show so much compassion for what he goes through, they completely understand how much anxiety just going to the dentist brings on for him. Excellent quality service and super friendly staff from the front desk to the dentist himself. Great looking office and equipment seemed very new and cutting edge. Also found out that they do it all in-house from implants to bridges etc... My evaluation and cleaning for the first time was better than I had in years. Very thorough cleaning and kept the patient (me) very comfortable and super attentive to my needs for rinsing and making sure I knew what was going on (like play by play) as the hygienist cleaned, which I found to be a great touch. The dentist I can tell cares deeply for the kind of treatment he recommends as one of my family members was having difficulty with what would need to be done to fix her teeth but was reassured by his positivity and confidence (great accent to boot) in stating that he would make her teeth would look better than before and that he treats his patients like he would his own mother (family). Love this dentistry and looking forward to my next visit.

All staff and Doctor were great. I felt at ease there while they prepared my teeth for temporary crown bridge until the lab gets my permanents made. Dr gave me options on what kind of treatments were available and explained the pros and cons of each so I could make an educated decision on proper treatment.

Dr. Wade and Eduardo are the best. I was always scared and did not like the dentist just because I have had bad past experiences with Dentists. As soon as I met with Dr. Wade he was so professional and explained everything to me in detail and his bedside manners are great. He did not judge me or give me a lecture on how bad my teeth were but instead he was ready to fix my teeth up and give me a beautiful smile. Ive had alot of dental work done here and am very pleased with my work and have had no issues at all. Dr. Wade was very gentle and would check to make sure I was okay and had or felt no pain. Eduardo the dental assistant is so great as well very professional and he really takes great care of the patients genuinely. I always enjoy going to dentist now and am always pleased with all the staff and their attentiveness to their patients. I would definitely recommend this dentist! I recently had cosmetic dentistry performed at Castleview. Everyone there is so nice. I have had dental anxiety since is was a child and everyone there made me feel extremely comfortable. The dentist completely understood and made sure to explain everything move he was about to make and ensured several times throughout the procedure that I was still comfortable. I will be recommending Castleview to everyone. I still have a ways to go before I’m completely finished but I’m ok knowing that I’m going back to The Castleview Team.

I really like the way everyone treats you, the dentist is exceptional, very caring and really treats you like a human being, all the people there treat you with compassion and are very genuine. I would recommend them to my family and friends😊❤

I sit here a little over a year and a half later and I am sorry I ever trusted this Dentist. My front tooth that he put a Crown on chipped after 10 months. Supposedly he guaranteed it would last for 2 years or he would fix it at no cost to me. I waited a little while to go back to him because of Covid-19. When I did he wanted to charge me. I left angry. My 2 front teeth are not straight, the 2 lower crowns are discolored and have been from the very beginning. Where my partial broke off he implanted a piece of bone and that side aches constantly. I have always taken care of my teeth and I am so sorry I trusted this dentist. He is a hack. He charged my insurance company $11,000 and me $7,000. I hope others read this and think twice before going to him.

Great people and professionals great attitude and understanding towards customers. Right now my pain is better after removing 2 teeth. But I like to wait for a week or two to see how Im doing. But right now all good. The stuff took very good care of me.

It was 30 mins delayed & wasnt ask if I want to add flouride on the bill. Bill was already done. Good that I saw it before paying the deductible. You should politely ask your patient before charging. Flouride soared from $25 to $40! What an increased!

Do not go there, first they quote you a price and after you pay they tell you this and that are not covered by your insurance and charge you more money. Second I had a bridge done and less than two years the bridge broke today went in they want to charge me $1500 more, please stayaway

Update: well it was good until it wasnt, my partial came in didnt fit hanging out of my mouth, also rough spot so Eduardo sanded it and went through the tooth and puts in in like nothing happened. I looked at my smile in the car and it was horrifying so I went back in. I then called Mia office manager yesterday promised once again to call back and of course no call. I need other crowns done,I can tell you where I wont be going Castleview!!!😡😡😡😡I was in need of emergency services and from Fadi who answered the phone so kind and helpful my experience was 10 plus. They got me in the same day however my insurance wasnt showing in the system, that didnt slow down the care or services.Im normally terrified at the dentist but ALL the staff put me at ease, Dr. J Martorell was very informative and professional and only cared about my dental needs not the insurance snafu. My boss knowing we had coverage but unable to use it gave them a credit card to secure services ASAP, the office got me back in next day for treatment.Doctor J was the most gentle dentist Ive had in years, constantly making sure I was comfortable and at ease, Eduardo his assistant was just as kind and caring and gentle from the minute I walked in. They joked and teased which made me feel relaxed from the start, I wouldnt doubt they call tomorrow just to see how Im doing.My husband also with dentistry fears is ready to make an appointment based off my services today.I will never change dentist even if I move out of area although they have 8 offices.This is a dentist Ill look forward to seeing on future appointments. Immediately impressed by staff!In my search for a different dental group experience, I came upon Castleview Dental. And I am so happy that I found them! I am 56 years old, and I have a pretty good set of chompers, but I needed some important work done, and I no longer trusted my dental group to put my needs and desires before their policies. I was so discouraged that I went without care for awhile. Then I found Castleview Dental, and I am so pleased with the entire staff. Everyone at Castleview Dental is attentive of MY desires, questions and needs. I had a deep cleaning by Jennifer their Hygienist and it was a great experience! How many times does that happen? I love this place. The dentist, hygienist, assistants, front desk and even billing gal. They seem to love their jobs and good at what they do. I think they are a diamond in the rough so to speak. Doctor O and her staff are amazing. They will make sure you are pain free. I had two crowns that had to go in and they were not perfect. She would not settle for these. The most horrible place to be treated the lab work is the most horrible they send me My dental upper and lower and Many times they did the same try to put something in my mouth that belongs to someone else’s from September of last year and still have not finished my dental work I. Asked for My money back and they ignore me and some times they said is in the mail. Think before you go in.

Excellent experience. Employees are super nice and friendly. The dentist is extraordinary. My dentist happened to be from Spain and therefore bilingual which i thought was great. Office is clean. Work is state of the art and fast. You can have a whole new look in less than a months time. They even have easy finance options.Highly recommend by me.

I went to this dentistry 3 years ago and saw Dr. Zara and had a great experience with two wisdom extractions. Since then have not needed dental work till today when I went in for another extraction from a new Dr witch recommended a bone graph witch I declined and due to that he declined to extract the tooth. Also this new Dr was pressuring me into bridge work when I clearly stated several times Im looking for an implant! Poor service now due to Dr Zaras absence

Unbelievably fortunate to have had my dental emergency taken care of by Dr. Martorell DDS and staff. I was traveling for work and away from my regular dentist. I called 1 800 dentist and Castleview was the recommendation. Castleview handled the emergency as though I were a relative. And though I was in a rush and would have been grateful for just about any standard of repair, they gave me the same high mark of quality as their regular patients. Dr. Martorell even strengthened my dental work with zirconium. Now I feel confident and awesome! Thank you Castleview Dental Care!

Alicia the hygienist is amazing .. It took a few weeks to get an appointment but definitely worth the wait !!! She is so professional and did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning. I’m usually always uncomfortable and in pain definitely not with her and my oral health has improve since I’ve been seeing her definitely top care here!!

I had gone in for a consultation for cosmetic dentistry and saw Dr. Martornell for veneers which the actual appointment with the dentist was great. But its the billing office staff that had me very confused because I had asked for an estimate of all of the 12 teeth the doctor had requested and a copy of my quote they had given me 12 teeth were highlighted but they had only quoted me $6900 for 6 teeth instead of the whole set as I was in the process trying to get cash for them I get a letter in the mail saying my entire treatment is $11,000 so I call confused says I was only billed for 6 teeth but I had asked for the entire treatment when I had left. Very misleading in billing great dentist dont reccomend the customer service whatsoever and this is why they wont get my money not that hard to be honest do not reccomend take your money elsewhere if they cant be up front with billing.

Staff was very nice and professional, I didnt wait long to be seen, the office was very welcoming and clean, I would definently recommend them.Went back to get my bridges started on I was so impressed that it was painfree!! My gums were numbed so I never felt the shot to numb my mouth, and staff are so great I cant put it words how happy and satisfied I am with the care and service I received here.
