Your hygienist, Chris, is an amazing asset to your organization. She cares for the patients and continuously instructs them for better hygiene. I would recommend your office to anyone. Darla is also a valuable employee. She is well suited for the job.

I wanted to write this review, especially for those who are looking to switch dentists, moving to Murrieta and veterans. I have been going to Dr. Prais for a couple years after moving here from Orange County. My husband who is a veteran, has tried a couple other dentists in the area, who where not great and it was hard to make the drive to Aliso Viejo for my dentist. Our sons dentist is a couple doors away from Dr. Prais’ office and I walked in to see if I could make an appointment. The front desk is awesome, they will make sure to get you in for whatever dental work you need, in a timely matter. They will also give you opportunities by text, to get you in sooner if someone cancels an appointment. They also adequate enough time for the hygienist, Dr. Prias to see you. You will never feel rushed and you can ask them any questions.I’ve had Christina as my hygienist the past couple times, I’ve been in for a cleaning. She’s absolutely amazing. She will help you work on any issues you have and help any concerns with your oral hygiene. She also will explain everything to you that she’s doing. They also have a new laser light to help kill bacteria under your gum line, that I would highly recommend.This office goes above and beyond, to show you what dental work needs to be done, with pictures, real time video and explanations of the procedures. They also care about any history of medical conditions, surgeries, etc. They really make you feel like part of their dental family and treat you as such.If your looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Prias and his staff.

Dr. Prais is very caring and gentle. The staff is always very nice and polite. Honestly the best dentist hands down. I have experienced many others and I just appreciate the compassion they show and the great dental work they perform.

Jeff is not only a wonderful Dentist, but he truly cares for his patients. Every time my mom has a procedure, he calls to ensure that she is feeling well, and that she hasn’t had any adverse effects. She is so impressed by his professionalism and caring attitude, she can finally get all the work done that she’s put off for far too long. Excellent doctor and staff. Today was my second visit and when I walked in Darla said hi Vanessa and checked me in. The technicians are so nice and Dr. Prais is fantastic. Also, they don’t make you wait. You get right in!

My family and I relocated back to the Valley and were looking for a new dentist. I saw so many great reviews for Dr. Prais and his staff that I made appointments for my whole family. Dr. Prais is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He and his entire staff are extremely professional and personable. My wife and I have been patients for several years. We are very happy with all services provided; from cleanings to crowns and all in-between! Our eight year old granddaughters fears were gently assuaged by the doctors patient and gentle manner as he examined and treated her. Highly recommend for those with young children!

I have always been terrified of the dentist. I have had horrific experiences in my past. Dr. Prais and his team take time to listen to you. They care that you are comfortable and they take time to explain. Throughout my procedure they were constantly checking in with me to see how I was doing, did i need a break. Dr. Prais explained what he was doing and what I could expect all along the way. I was aldo pain free during the visit and after! I highly recommend Dr. Prais and his team. Office personnel are polite and friendly and everyone is professional and caring.I wont loose sleep about going to the dentist any longer!

I went into the office today to get some fillings done and a cleaning, I was pretty scared of the numbing anesthetic because of past bad experiences with dentists but it didnt hurt at all, they were very gentle and everything turned out amazing. The filling color matches perfectly, you cant even tell theres a filling there. Chris did an amazing job on my cleaning and it defiantly feels a million times better than before. Thank You to the staff for a great dental experience.

Dr. Prais is the best dentist in Murrieta, hands down. His office is absolutely clean, his office lady, Darla, is such an understanding and nice lady. He is very calm, not pushy, tells you what he recommends and is very nice. My to children love going in there. When ever I leave there, I leave feeling they have my families best interest at heart.

Dr Prais is fabulous! He will not do any work that is not absolutely necessary. Other dentists may replace a crown to do a filling or because a piece cracked off. Not Dr Prais. If he can do the work without replacing the crown, he will. Hes the most honest dentist I have been to. I highly recommend him!

I used to dread going to the dentist and dental hygienist. I look forward now to the friendly faces and professional experience. I have TMJ so they use a tens unit while Im in the chair. Yes, a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Almost pain free dentistry!!!

I hate dental offices, even when I was still in uniform, the only way I’m going to the dental clinic is when my command mandate me to go.I even told Ms. Darla that I hate going to the dental office.Dr. Jeff Prais office is different. It’s comforting, not because of the office or clinic set up, It’s the people that works there. I’m overwhelmed by the character of this place. It’s AMAZING!.

I was a patient of Dr. Chapton when he retired and Dr. Prais took over the practice. Wasnt sure what to expect from the new Dr.. I have gained enough comfidence in him to allow him to orchestrate my full upper implant replacement. Dr. Prais has also done routine fillings etc.. He and his whole staff are a real pleasure to work with. Im a permanent patient now.

My family has finally found a dentist and staff that we are really happy with, and highly recommend!Some of the former complaints my family had were about wait times in other dentists lobbies, dental chairs, and overall technique and care. One son hated drills, the other hated shots, my husband just hated going to the dentist.Dr. Prais and his staff have won them all over. No fear of drills, shots, or complaints about wait times anymore. My only complaint is that theres not enough time to even read the cover of the People magazine in the lobby from the time I arrive until Dr. Prais is ready to see me. Just kidding!Seriously though, one of my sons previously would ask for sedation during dentist visits, and recently told me he experienced no pain at all during his last visit, and was in and out of the dental chair in 50 minutes. I have been afraid of dentists most of my life - at least the part of my life I had teeth. Thanks to Dr. Prais, I still have my teeth and dont need a valium to walk into his office. Dr. Prais is extraordinary! He is gentle, caring, performs expert procedures, is a wellspring of knowledge on dentistry and healthcare and actually listens to me when I speak. I know - sounds too good to be true, but it is!Dr. Prais staff is excellent - also very caring and helpful. Izzy, the hygienist, is meticulous!
