I just had my first appointment and cleaning. We did all the usual fun stuff like X-rays and photos, but Dr. Diez is the first dentist that was as thorough as she was and she was so great at explaining everything! Let’s be real, dentists can be scary, but you truly feel like you’re in good hands at this office. My cleaning was great as well. Everyone was so nice and helpful from booking and throughout the appointment. Looking forward to my next visit. (Did I really just say that about a dentist appt?! :D)

I am a new patient of Dr. Diez. She was highly recommended to me by some family members. She and her staff have already far exceeded my expectations in the three visits that I’ve had in the past few months. Her staff always makes me feel welcome when I arrive, and Dr. Diez spends that extra time with me explaining the treatment, process, etc. I am super happy with this dental office.

I am so glad to be back! After retiring I had to make a change. I just went to see her earlier this week and she and her staff have not changed in how they welcome you, address your concerns, and make you comfortable. Years ago at my first appointment we were talking and found out that we grew up in the same area - Imperial Valley. Farmers and Ranchers would say Jolene came from Good Stock. By golly...they would be right!

After five years of avoiding the dentist Dr. Diez & her staff changed my life! From the first exam Dr. Diez showed how much she truly cares about her patient’s physical and mental health as well as how they feel about going to the dentist. From the first phone call to my first visit I give Jolene 5 stars ! If there were more stars I would give her more ! This is the best dental experience I have had. I came here almost ten years ago for cavities, a chipped tooth, and removing a baby tooth that never fell out. Every single time I get examined by a new dentist I get compliments on what excellent work Dr. Diez did for my mouth. They taught me how to have better hygiene at home so I only need to get my cleaning and check up every 6 months and have never had to do any additional work since seeing her. I don’t live in the area anymore, which is why I switched dentist’s. However, if I ever need dental work beyond teeth cleaning, I would drive back to her to get it done. Her office is warm and inviting. The team genuinely cared about my dental health and having a positive experience. I highly recommend this office for any dental work.

I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Diez made it super comfortable on my first visit with the exam. At my second appointment for a cleaning with Kate (Who is also amazing and kept me informed the entire time.) Dr. Diez came in to see how I was doing. Something she didn’t have to do. The entire staff has been amazing so far!

Fantastic office and staff but of course, Dr. Diez is the best. She answers all my questions and provides professional advice but does not push an agenda. Dr. Diez is experienced and knowledgeable. She also has great referrals for work she doesnt take care of herself.

She is very acquainted with my sensitive gum areas and uses desensitizer and various techniques to clean my teeth thoroughly while avoiding as much discomfort as possible. I’m 62 and have had extensive dental work all my life and I can say without reservation that Dr Diez is the best dentist out there. I can honestly say now I look forward to my appointments! How good does the dentist have to be to actually enjoy going? I wouldn’t go anywhere else, now that I’ve seen the best.

Always a great experience. Have had 2 fillings done and both were painless and comfortable thanks to Dr Diez talking me through every step of the way and the silicone like mouth piece that kept my mouth open comfortably throughout the filling. Night and day difference from a previous dentist experience which had cardboard pieces to keep my mouth open! Cleanings are also very thorough and educational.

I was seen right away and no other people around within six feet. All wore masks and gloves. I felt safe through the whole time I was being seen. These are nervous times for me and leaving the safety of my home is very stressful, however I feel that Dr. Jolene is taking the necessary precautions to put my mind at ease with safety and proper hygiene.

Jolene has been our family dentist for over 15 years.She earned our business then because my son, who was 9 at the time, bit a hard piece of candy that broke his tooth.He was in excruciating pain since the nerve was exposed, and we found her name through a google search. It was a weekend night and she was at dinner with her family, but offered to meet us at her office.She was able to address the situation with a temporary fix, until we could bring him back the following week for a permanent procedure.Service like that is priceless and we have been loyal ever since.She has built an excellent environment and is top notch in my opinion!I would not consider going to anyone else!!

I had cracked and broken off a piece of my tooth crown, which was jagged and sharp. On very short notice Dr. Diez made a spot for me to come in to the office despite being busy that day. She fixed the jagged edges and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. However, I had the crown placed at my current dentist almost two years ago so another would be out of pocket expense, unless my current dentist takes pity on me (which she will). However its nice to know that Dr. Diez offers a warranty on her work, which I would have benefited from if she had done the original crown placement. Now that I have moved further away from my current dentist, the switch to Dr. Diez will be easy. The staff is also great in getting the broken crown pics to my current dentist. well deserved 5 stars. My family loves this dentist. All four of us--me, my husband, my 7-year-old, and my 5-year-old--have had nothing but positive experiences going here.
