I got a detail today. Worst detail ive every seen. I only say that cause I used to detail and didnt have the time. Prob great for a quick wash and vacuum. Go somewhere else to detail. Seriously a joke. Didnt even clean rims. Didnt roll down windows to clean. 175 bucks. They just gave me a good start so I can do it my self. Not even worth arguing cause of my time. They just suck at a good detail. Carry on

Love this place so I decided to give there detail department a shot.. got all of there services offered plus I was charged extra for having a 3rd row, very pricey detail. Besides areas being missed there was also damage to my car, here are some Before/After pics along with the damage and missed obvious spots.. the carpet cleaning was great, but overall the attention to detail was a miss. I did not have time to really check the vehicle because I was already there for almost 3 hours, I just wanted to get out of there..

Came to wash my car, run through the tunnel, Started vacuum my vehicle and young guy shut off power power of business because he said he have to go ! I ask him, so why are you make me pay for the car wash so I would go somewhere else. He just state he had to go !! Worst customer service ! I wouldn’t spent a dollar at this place. Very low quality of car wash.

I recommend buying the monthly fast pass its worth it in the end, if your a frequent visitor to car washes. Every location has a different feature and unlimited use of the vacuum makes its nice not having to rush around your car before your time is up. More services are also provided. @$10 each car wash or @$25 a month unlimited 🤔....

My car was still fairly dirty after the most expensive wash they offer with interior detailing included. Seems like the quality has dropped a lot since my last visit. Interior was also still dirty and not as clean as I expected. Still debris that could be vacuumed and a lot of smudge marks left inside and outside that I rubbed off easy with a rag.That being said its a great car wash just not nearly as good as it used to be and cost to clean wise its not a very good deal anymore.

Elias & Jorge were great! I was referred to them due to an unfortunate situation, that a truck sprayed my car with spent oil and diesel. They worked hard with solvent to get it off. Cant say much about the parties involved, but Supersonic employees Elias & Jorge are super heroes! They stepped up and got a home run!

Supersonic has a great group of people, but go to the one on state st or the one in Sandy. Their stuff is newer and just does a better job.

Nice employees - but - I paid for a exterior car wash that they didnt do. I paid for carpet & upholstery cleaning that were so-so. Carpets were much better, but the back bench seat doesnt really look like it was touched. They dont touch the plastic surfaces unless you pay extra., Which I wasnt told. I at least would have expected to have the two dead bees and a dead fly vacuumed from inside the front window.. I paid $80 & gave a $25 tip. And I will still have to do half the work myself. Almost thoroughly disgusted.. This was my first time here, and needless to say- I Will Not Be Going Back!!!

I am all about customer service, and I am willing to pay extra for a good experience. There was a young man that helped us that was polite, well mannered, and helpful. After a very bad week, meeting somebody that seemed to earnestly care about people was a true delight. It was my first time at this location and it will most likely NOT be my last.

This car wash was open nice and early so that I could stop in before work. A bird had left a large deposit all over my car. The worker worked on it before my car went through, and told me it it didnt get everything off I could go through again. Wish I would have had time to use the free vacuums.

I was a little disappointed that they did not remove the trash from my car when they detailed it but other than that it was all good

My sister borrowed my van for a road trip. She took it here to get scrubbed out. The floors werent done when we picked it up and I couldnt leave it there still but they gave me an full detail to bring back any time to get it done.

This car wash along with other supersonic car wash locations are a waste of money. They do not take care of their equipment. 90% of the time something is broke and not working properly. This location especially has had issues with the dryers not turning on till you are almost out of the tunnel so half your truck is not dried off. They also love closing early. I’ve been numerous times and they have the tunnel closed for no apparent reason early. I don’t care if it’s only 5 minutes till closing. Today July 5th pulled in at 6 pm and already closed most likely didn’t even open since they think they’re a bank or government business. I’ll be canceling my membership this month. I drove down the street to rocket car wash that has way better service and equipment. They have a longer dry time, complementary towels, and even air wands to blow out your windows. To top it all off they are even open till 9:00 PM an hour past SuperSonic. Also $5 cheaper a month on their top monthly package.

This is super overpriced- the right side of my car didn’t even get washed, (not sure how that’s possible) and the vacuums are awful. I just wasted $9 dollars because now I need to go somewhere else and get the job done for real. Don’t waste your money here, you are better off washing your car down with a hose or going to a gas station.

So its a pretty good car wash. I have a monthly subscription there, and really the only reason I chose this one is because it is conveniently located near my office.That said, it doesnt matter how long the line is... because there are so many entry gates, the line goes relatively quickly.It does a good job of washing my car, so I guess really what more can you ask for?

I really like Supersonic. The employees are friendly and work hard. My only complaint is that I wish you would have a standard practice of your employees using a CLEAN DRY cloth to clean the windshield. I so often have to go back and ask them to clean it again. Thats one of my main reasons for having my car detailed. Otherwise, great service.

Not the best of Utah in my opinion but a lot better than Rocket Express.

This is my go-to car wash because its down the street. But its right off of the freeway so I can wash my car real quick on my way to somewhere or on my way back. Its never super busy which is nice. Ive never had the full detailed service but the car wash and self-serve vacuums are more than enough. Reasonable prices as well but Im from California and recently moved to Utah so everything seems cheap to me. Def worth trying out for yourself! The employees are very helpful.

On the spot free area of the drive thru car wash it needs repairs did not spray properly on the side l/s spinning roller it moved the sidview mirror in cannt get the clean window or vaccum service anymore im handicapped I cannt do this myself you cost to much I can get the same thing you do for less money

Love that this place still does full service washes. The Sandy location does not. Sadly. When I’m short on time, it’s good to go full service. ...but recently, I discovered it’s under new management and the prices for the 5-book passes have DOUBLED. So maybe I won’t be back. We’ll see. I’d imagine lots of customers stopped coming after double the cost.

My car was still dirty after it had gone through. I also paid for a full detail and there was no one to do it, such a waste of money. There was no one to talk to about it, and the phone line went straight to voicemail. I do not recommend.

Wow! Get your oil changes here! ESPECIALLY if you have a supersonic fast pass. They give you 20% off! I took my Rover in, and they did a fantastic job. It wasn’t very busy and they got me right in and right out. I watched them work, and they knew what they were doing.

The Latin gentleman that tend to my car are business and quite professional. They perform a through job and pay attention to detail. They are to be commended for doing an outstanding job.

The prices have gone up quite a bit through the years if you wanted shampoo your carpet its around 35 if you want to do you have your upholstery its an additional amount nearly the same so instead of being one price like it used to be its all these separate prices

Car wash is great. However vacuums sometimes dont work well. The reason for 2 stars is because for the second time within the year while drying my car and attempting to vaccum, the lawn mower guy passes by next to where cars are parked at while blasting its machine blowing dust, dirt and leafs at me. Not only me, but other cars and I had to run and move before it covered our cars and ourself in dirt and dust.

Quick and simple. Love the different detailing you can get. The quick pass pays for itself in justb2 visits! Highly reccomend for anyone wanting to keep their car in great condition!

Its a decent car wash. I go in to get my car washed here almost every Saturday. The fast pass is very convenient and affordable. The car wash itself is decent. It doesnt always get all the bugs and road grime off the car so if you really want your car to shine, you need to put in a little extra work. The free vacuums are nice to really clean the inside too.

The inside of the car could have been wiped down and cleaned better I had to clean it more when I got home. They missed some places as well as on the wash and wax. But it was ok.

Paid $31.95 for best car wash they had and interior service and still had to come home and finish the job. Seats were not vacuumed nor was the floor. Floor mats were not removed to vacuum the carpet. Door kick panels and jams were not even wiped down. Very disappointed in the service this time. So much for paying the extra money for the interior wash.

I always love going there. It did the best detail work. And always has an amazing attitude about what they did.

I bought the top unlimited wash package here, not because I cant wash my car anywhere, but because I was told of the great care taken when cleaning a friends car inside and out. So far, Im undécided whether I will keep the package, I dont need the inside cleaned most of the time, but I always want the exterior dried, and ESPECIALLY the rims/wheels cleaned. Honestly, the only reason I pay for the full service is so that the car is fully dried and the road dust is cleaned from the rims/wheels.Other than that, its a great wash, I will give it a few more tries to see if this gets resolved. And will revise this if it was a one time thing.

A bit more money than other car washes, but. . . I still go there for the convenience, nice employees, and mostly great vacuums. The car wash seems more gentle on my car than other, cheaper car washes.

Terrible job on the inside that I paid for and tipped, I should have know ASAP it only took long enough for me to get seated then it was DoNe, unfortunately it was not till I got home they did not vac, the at night the windshield had a really bad reflection to the point it was dangerous from other cars lights, may have use dirty rag super disappointed, the manger on first call was rude second time better!! Going back today we shall see what happens??

They installed new automatic entry like the rest of the Supersonic locations. Last time of was at this location they was using the older way to enter car wash. I like this because I dont have to do anything with my automatic pass which is worth it. I pay one monthly fee for unlimited car washes. Im so busy in summer so I can only wash my car 4 to 5 times a month but in winter months this is when I use it the most. I wash the salt dabre and dirt off all the time in winter months.

The rinse cycle cycle doesnt get all of the soap bubbles off, which are then sprayed along my car in the dry cycle. Otherwise, convenient, professional, good experience.

They do a pretty good job. The track is wider than most so its better for trucks or wider wheels & tires.The wash does not clean rims at all. The full service guys really dont clean rims either.

I love the ease of using the fast pass and the wash is really good. The dryer isn’t as good as it leaves quite a bit of water on the car.

The hours posted are 7 am to 7pm. This location is not open at 7 am most days. It’s frustrating to want a wash and then have to leave or take time to drive to another location. Van Winkle and Taylorsville locations open on time.On December 23rd I emailed their customer care and asked about hours of operation. It is now January 7 and I still haven’t received a response. We care? Maybe not. You decide.My advice, I wouldn’t plan your day around this location opening on time. It’s obvious that management does not care to open on time because it’s now 7:45 and still not open.

If you want terrible customer service and a horrible car wash go to Supersonic Car Wash in Murray, Utah. The rinse cycle was not working today (8/11/20) and they were still operating! After our 1st car wash, we notified the attendant that the rinse didnt work and he informed us that the pressure rinse hoses had burst. He recommended we try going through the wash a 2nd time to see if any more suds would rinse off - if not, he said to pull over to the interior cleaning service area and the employees would wipe our car down.We did as he recommended and when we spoke with George, the manager on site who informed us that there was nothing he could do and that he wasnt going to make his employees work for free by wiping our car down.This is terrible customer service, especially for loyal customers and we will be canceling our monthly car wash pass!

I went and tried to get my car washed on 12/3/2020 and I got stuck in the wash at the first part since the roller had gotten stuck/jammed. I was told by the kid operating the control that when he came into work that morning that the tunnel was down so in my mind it would have made more sense to stay closed for the day. I ended up waiting about 15-20 mins before they were able to get the wash moving and then it was like almost half the wash was not working. The dryers only turned about half of them on. So I had massive water spots on my car and had to drive all the way to the one on 7th South and west temple to get my car washed.

I had to renew my automatic renewal. Go figure.

I have gone here for years with no problems. On my last visit my vehicle went in undamaged and came out with the roof trim lifted up. I immediately reported it to the manager and filed a claim. They said they would contact me, 5 days later without hearing from them I called them and 3 days later received a denial claim. It was a $100 dollar part that has now been fixed out of own pocket. On the value of customer satisfaction this would have been a valued E&O claim. I will never be returning to this car wash with my 3 cars!!!

40 min wait for a full service is not a problem when your car is being work on, but sitting on a line for 25 min in the sun after coming out of the wash waiting to be hand dry and detail is not good, now my black truck has water marks everywhere, super short handed but they should manage times and comunicate between employees and realize that two people cannot work and detail cars when they are too busy. 21 dlls for a wash that looks worse than a 8 dll gas station machine . Not worth it !!! I was really considering to sign up for monthly passes now that the snow is coming but with this experience no thanks

Paid $12 for a wash and my car looks terrible. Soap still on the windows under the rain guards, overall still looks dirty and it also scratched my car. I decided to try this place because it was on my way home from work. Honestly the Chevron by my house is only $9 and it looks 10 times better. Wont ever come back, USERS BEWARE!

Great car wash, loved the vacuums right there so you can get your whole car looking great! I got the fast pass because I drove back and forth to Idaho almost every weekend and was so nice to wash my car multiple times a week at almost any hour of the day and only pay a small monthly fee and never had to wait in line

When its busy your line goes out of your Lott and into state street, then out on the the 215 east off ramp... I think its gonna cause an accident/ wreck.

Have had multiple time going to this place with vacuum is not working or have had poor suction, management won’t let you come back another day when they are functioning. Disappointed when the back of the vehicle consistently isn’t cleaned. Those are just some of the problems. The thing that is making me go elsewhere is when I bought a monthly pass and was told that I can use it on multiple vehicles (because they don’t do fleet deals of any kind) Phillip at Murray location told me to take my cars elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years. That’s ok quick quack has a way better wash anyways. Super sonic will be out of business in 2 years. ✌🏼

Love this car wash. Its the best in the city. I usually get the $20 full service, inside/out wash and they do a great job of wiping down the outside of the car, and detailing the inside. Fast and efficient and friendly service. They offer a variety of levels of washing/service, and you can get on a monthly plan to save some money. They offer free follow-ups in the week in case the weather gets nasty just after your wash (check with the location for details on that).

This is by far my favorite car wash. Friendly service, great value, and free vacuums or a comfortable waiting area for full service.
