Murray used to be the best site, and was until they quit spraying cars and whenever they gave up looking professional on site. Basketball shorts, bed head, almost seeing girls bums with how short their uniform shorts are. Kids come through here, its not a pleasant thing to see, for anyone and definitely doesnt set a good example. Should be ashamed!!

Did not brush the bumpers like they have always done in the past. My car looked like they just wet it with a waterhose. Will never use their service again.

It’s a less than mediocre touchless car wash. It cleared the windshield of bugs but not the bumper. For $20 I expected they would have scrubbed the rims and wheels and added tire shine and hand dry, but nah. The car is clean but again I expect CLEAN. Learn better do better. I’ll be back and will expect way more for less.

You get what you pay for. I dont live near one anymore, so I get a wash when Im in Murray. Just seems like they dont care about the true cleaning. They use to really scrub the bugs off now your lucky if someone sprays off the grill...

So i came through the car wash bought the most expensive car wash and. My tail light got ripped off the store said they were doing an incident report never sent it in when i called about it they said the are not responsible due to the car being over 10 years old even tho they broke the light trying to put it in would not recommend at all terrible place to deal with fought the for over 3 weeks about the car

Accually the cleaning has been absolutely terrible it doesnt even look like I went through. I wish they had the old manager back he got things done they dont use the brushes there used to be a guy on each side washing the bugs off the grill and bumper now All they have is the guy giving the line up of the cars sprinkling the pressure washer across the front of the car not even looking where hes spraying. seriously I just went through and you can see the wipers in the back looks like I went through a dust storm and turned on my wipers so I can see. Im on the managers special have been for as long as theyve been open the convenience is nice but Im seriously thinking about leaving and finding somewhere else 👎👎👎👎

Been going on and off to this location for 5 years. I think this will be the last time. I selected the $15 dollar wash with a dry and shine upgrade($3)...the pre wash is now a joke...no more brush just a quick spray with the pressure washer. The tire shine only sprayed on the right side of the truck and it was spotty. My windshield, wheels and rear bumper were still dirty after the wash. The worst part is the bugs left on the front of my car...almost as if I didnt go through the wash. Also, I never got the dry and shine option that I paid for...the rollers sat there and didnt move. Im only giving two stars because they used to do a better job...this past wash was a 1 star wash.

I have been doing the monthly car wash package but during the winter I canceled it. About a month ago I reinstated my account. It has been a big problem since doing so. Everytime I go to wash the car it says my account has been cancelled. So I have to sit there and wait for them to verify it is in good standing. They tell me we are sorry for the inconvenience and clarify that there wont be a problem the next time I come through. I go through again and the same old problem. Then the attendant says to me its the sticker so he puts on a new one and says to me there wont be a problem again. Go there today and same old problem. I had to pull out my phone and show him my bank account and show him that the payment came out. Over and over this keeps happening. Very frustrating to say the least.

The $12.99 wash club is one heck of a deal. At that price, you get a wash a day (at any of their multiple, convenient locations), so with two trips it’s virtually paid for itself. For those of you who may worry about scratching or damage, have no fear. I’m pretty particular about my truck, but I’ve been running it through the FL wash since I drove it off the Toyota of Murray lot- in fact, I see several local dealers using the wash on their new vehicles. The staff at all locations is always so friendly and helpful, and the free vacuums (along with cleaning rags and cleaner in non-Covid times) and floor mat cleaners make the FL value all the more exceptional. They charged my car twice and had to pay 70 dollars for the car wash never going back.

The super dry cloth brush at the end of wash has grease on it. If you have a white 2021 Silverado, like me, you will see black smears about a foot high on passenger side,including your aluminum wheels. This stuff is not easy to remove. Why is this option even offered when the staff knows this is happening.

Paid $12.99 for best wash and the back of our vehicle didnt even get wet! The guy who was supposed to clean the windshield did one little swipe of the brush leaving a lot of dirt that never came off. I wont be back.

$15 wash, nice weather day. Left finish line,went straight to Lowes in Murray, got out of my truck, dirt across entire rear bumper, tire dressing spotty on all 4 wheels. I believe this was their next to top of the line wash.

I got the 9$ car wash after I ran my finger across my hood and their was dirt on my finger and this wasnt the only place that was still dirty

I pay monthly to be able to go as much as I want during the month, which costs a dollar less than paying to go two times, so its SO worth it for me. Love the FREE vacuums, and window & all - purpose cleaners available as well as the floor mat cleaner machine. Their new cloth dryers work great too. *My only suggestion is that they would spend more time washing off the bugs from the front of my car prior to the automatic wash, rather than spending time wiping my already-clean windows. Other than that, its great! I LOVE having a clean vehicle and this place sure helps!

I took advantage of the manager special and purchased a package where I can wash my vehicle everyday if I want to. I had many questions and the staff was knowledgeable of each package they offered. Our Finish Line Car Wash in Murray, Kentucky is a fabulous place to get special treatment for my Katie car. The people there are wonderfully helpful and very careful as they prepare Katie to go through the automatated system. The wash is thorough, and the spray-on wax is very effective protection for Katies paint job. Water beads off her and it lasts until the next wash at Finish Line. The price is very reasonable and much cheaper than trying to do it yourself. I am very happy with this location and its staff.

When I used to work here quality was the main goal and assurance of any wash or detail that came through, now everytime I and many people go through bugs are not addressed, the car ends up still extremely wet even after purchasing the most expensive wash, and a lot of the staff don’t seem to care about the overall experience

I have been a finish line member for some time now and yesterday (6-26-19) and today (6-27-19) have been the best and worst experience. On 6-26 I spoke to a manager named Jennifer. Best manager there in my opinion. She helped me above and beyond. Helped me more then any other manager there. (Murray). However today 6-27 I went to wash my car. I was able to flag down a guy before I went into the tunnel and ask home to spray down my wheels good before because I had a lot of break dust. The guys rolled his eyes said ok then barely sprayed anything and nothing was clean. WOW I PAY $35 a month for attitude like that. Haha. No sir.

Had to drive around to three different vacuums because they didn’t work at all And I got my car cleaned here and my outside mirrors were still filthy the wash didn’t clean them at all quite unhappy

We were traveling through Murray on vacation and decided to wash our car. We paid for our car wash with cash but didnt get the change back we were due. We reported it to the staff and before we left they gave us the change back we were owed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car, which was pretty dirty, came out very clean. Mieh, had to come home and do touch up afterwards. machines dont discriminate bird droppings that need extra tlc. Best part was the use use of vacuums but if there was a little more personal touches it would go a long way.
