The touch less, assistance on drying and tire shine is nice. They also offer some interior cleaning. Manager is nice, but some of the other employees take to long to come up to you and water spots get left on the car or too much tire shine gets applied and not wiped leaving some to fly on to your car as you drive. You can tell who enjoys making a car look good vs its just a job. Also please get a belt system instead of a rail, the rail will eat the inside of your wheel on any car wash with a rail! Please get a belt system, more people are and it works great!

WOW! I believe this to be the best quality, and certainly the best value, car wash I have ever received. We are in from TX and my Denali REALLY needed some attention after our cross country trek, and it got it. The staff was so detailed and got into every nook and cranny. I could not recommend this service enough. I would happily have paid double without blinking an eye - TREMENDOUS QUALITY AND VALUE.

I’ve been using prompt car wash for their fast and convenient services! My car has been in and out of the shop for the last few months for maintenances, and we’ve been planning our move that I forgot about the auto billing. I called in and the phone was picked up immediately. Alex helped me cancel the subscription and refunded me on my September charge. He’s in contact with corporate office to see if I could be refunded for the 2 months prior that it was not used. Very PROMPT customer service all around :)Highly recommend for car wash, detailing, and customer service.

The monthly fast pass is well worth it in Utah where cars get dusty quickly. The owner is attentive and the employees do their best to get the cars clean in a reasonable amount of time.

Wow. They did a fantastic job. My car probably hadn’t been cleaned in a year and they did a lovely job. And for only $32! I showed up 15 min before closing (don’t be like me) and they were so nice and friendly despite me being the last car. I really appreciated it.Also! They do brushless washes! My car has never felt so good.

When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed several points of damage to the interior and exterior.The primary issue was damage caused to a motor on my driver-side power seat.That same day, I also discovered multiple points of damage to the trim on my cars windows.Alex, the manager, spent many hours taking out the seat and trying to reassemble it, which was a struggle because he has very little mechanical experience. He eventually bolted down the seat in a fixed position.Alex promised to meet up with me to review copies of surveillance video in an effort to see what went wrong.Throughout the following week, Alex proceeded to ignore my phone calls. He later said this was because he was busy and short staffed.When I finally got Alex on the phone, he said the surveillance video had been deleted but that I would need to take his word that the car was damaged before I brought it in. I found this to be incredibly dishonest, given the fact that he previously made a promise to save and review the video with his customer.To be fair, Alex so far has not charged me for the detail and has left the ticket open.I told him I would be happy to pay for the interior detail, but I also expect the business to repair all damage. Of course I would be willing to update this review if Prompt Car Wash eventually makes things right. In the meantime, I am filing a complaint with the Utah Department of Consumer Protection.Ive attached photos of the external damage.

I got the #1 package. The customer service was great. Everyone was really nice. The car wash and detail was disappointing however. For almost $40 I would have expected more attention to detail. I understand my car was a challenge, person I got it from took their dogs everywhere in it, so I would have been okay paying extra. But there was still dog hair everywhere.

My family and I always go to this place to get our cars washed and detailed and they always do a fantastic job. Their customer service is always professional and friendly. I always tell friends to go here when they ask for a good car wash/detailing service.

I like this place, it’s hard to find places that wash your interior well. I am impressed with the wait; the guy told me 30 minutes but it was more like 10. The workers are nice. Alex is welcoming. The wash was well done; given I did the preferred and I have an Akita that sheds a lot.

To be honest, it wasnt that bad. I think every full service car wash can do better but I would recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely recommend this place. The staff is so friendly and do an amazing job.They really pay attention to detail. The túnel brushless wash is my favorite, it does not scratch the paint nor do I have to worry of getting my windshield cracked with the brushes most conventional car washes use. The price is soo affordable compared to other detail and car wash 🧽 places. Honestly these guys are really good. If you are in the Murray area come check them out.

18/10 would recommend.I threw up in my car this morning (disgusting + extremely stressful) and called Prompt after Googling car detailers in Murray (my husband did wipe things down the best he could beforehand, we’re not total monsters). I spoke with one of the managers, Tyler, and he was extremely helpful. He said that while they were booked out until August, he would give me a call if they had any time to squeeze me in today, given the circumstances.Got a call a few hours later and brought my car in. He walked me through my options without trying to upsell me and we essentially created a custom package of just what I needed.When I picked up the car it looked/smelled awesome! I had gotten my car detailed a couple months ago,and the previous service had left a film on the plastic of the speedometer/gas/etc windows. I asked if he knew what might take it off and he said there were a few options and that he’d look at it free of charge.He tried three different solutions/scrubbed at it for a while, and even though it didn’t come off completely, it’s now a million times better. I drove off very happy…until I put my seatbelt on and got a whiff of my earlier misfortune. I drove back and spoke with Tyler and he said he’d look at it again and see what he could do.He spent quite a while on it because every time he put the seatbelt back and then pulled it out again it would come out smelling with stuff on it. He worked at it until it came out clean and no longer smelled, even using an odor neutralizer on it. Again, this was free of charge, and he said we could try a couple other things if I have problems with it in the future.I know this review is long, but I just felt like Prompt really went above and beyond. It can be stressful choosing a business because you can’t always trust reviews, but seriously trust me guys: this is the place.

Best value in the Salt Lake Valley! Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. An owner is ALWAYS on site working hard right alongside employees. They are meticulous and consistent. On busy days it can be a longer wait but that is only because they put patience and quality work into each car and spend the same amount of time regardless of how busy they are. Worth the Wait!:)

Haven’t had the chance to go hear yet but the person who answered the phone, I believe her name was Meg, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will absolutely be taking my business here and recommend others do the same.

The service I have received has been great so far. Their wax could be improved though, doesnt seem to last very long. Otherwise, great service dirt a good price.

I have been using Prompt since 1994. My grown daughter that has moved away from the Murray area still comes to Murray to use Prompt. I have watched Prompt grow. I cant say enough about how great this place is.

This was a full detail on a rental vehicle-2020 Ford Expedition Max limited. We were traveling. Two stars are given, because staff was, for the most part, polite and the manager went above and beyond in personally bringing a cart and helping to move the pile of luggage and tools from where it was unloaded in the vacuum bay so the workers could see what needed attention. Despite having everything clear of the vehicle for them, the various workers seemed to mill about in a rather disorganized manner haphazardly wiping or vacuuming here and there without a coverage pattern, some just stood around watching the others work-attention to detail they did not have. The third row and half the 2nd row seating would not have been done at all, had I not pointed it out and manually operated the seats to give them access. It had to be pointed out several times the numerous spots that were not wiped, crumbs that were not vacuumed, (when things were still missed I finally had to grab the vacuum and do it myself), 4 pairs of my sons socks that had fallen out of his duffle were tossed in the trash, while bits like a food wrapper, napkin, and empty drink cup were not, an ice cream spill in the 2nd row passenger door cup holder and drop on the front of the center console were not wiped, windshield streaked on the inside, road grime left on rocker panels and bottom of the inner portion of the doors, etc.When paying for a full detail, with all the add-ons, such as floor mat cleaning (which also had to be pointed out as still needing to be done after they indicated the detail was finished and the car needed to be moved outside), one would expect a detailed vehicle without having to point out all that had been missed.A few suggestions would be:First, there ought to be at least 2 QC personnel who can oversee detailing has been completed and if a re-wash or more attention to detail is needed, they can direct it being done, while they apply finishing touches as they conduct a final wipe down. Secondly, have more than one lane running with two separate crews to increase productivity, efficiency, and maintain flow. Lastly, a means of providing gratuity should be implemented for service well-given.

Changes stink!!!! Detailed car washs are not considered important and pushed into another line. Monthly payees are given priority!! My last time there, others companies appreciate my business!!!!

I brought them a car that was pretty dirty. I had a lot of dust from working construction and living in the desert. Prompt did an excellent job cleaning the interior. Very impressed and they took the extra time to do the job right. Really pleased with the detail service and the customer service through out the entire process.

Brought my 2001 Tacoma in here to get a good detail before I tried to sell it. I got the full detail where they keep it for the day. Felt I needed to as my German Shepherds had deposited some serious fur in the velcro like flooring. Also had never washed it. Prompt spent the day with it, brought the exterior to an actual shine I never thought possible, cleaned rust out of a few hood rock chips, and completely got rid of some hard water stains on the glass I thought were permanent. Im sorry I forgot the name of the manager but when I showed him a couple areas were missed, he was totally cool about it and ran out himself and spent time after closing to make sure I was happy. I ended up selling my truck over book value, mostly cause Tacomas rock, but the awesome detail sure didnt hurt. I was so impressed Ill be buying a monthly wash pass from these guys when I get my new car here soon.

They are honest and hard working. I bought a used car which required an interior detailing. As I shopped online, I found Prompt car wash with good review. I talked to Alex before heading to his place to make sure what I want and he looked honest to me. He advised me to leave the car for whole day if I really wanted a good job. Though the place was a bit far from my home and I didnt have a ride, I decided to do so. And yes, his team did an outstanding job. They made the interior like new car, no stains, no bad smell etc. Highly satisfied job indeed!! He even did some extra exterior job without any extra cost. Alexs policy is not only business but also customer satisfaction. He likes smile on customers face. I really appreciate their hard work and hospitality. Ill definitely go again if I need and also strongly recommend to others.

After reading all the good reviews I decided to stop in and talk with Alex about getting my truck detailed. I left my truck with Alex and his team for the day and what a great job they did. We were so impressed! Great prices for what you get. The team takes special time and attention to drying the car down thoroughly so you don’t have water marks. Even cleaning in the gas tank compartment, grill, etc. You can stay in your car even for outside only. They went around the car three times to makes sure they got every water spot and didn’t miss anything. I paid $12 for the car wash and this amazing dry down service.

The service was really good but perhaps we chose the wrong package.. so we left with some spots to clean ourselves.

Make sure to confirm your appointment! I showed up for my detail appointment to find out my appointment was never scheduled. After loading 3 kids in the car and having to schedule things around this to find out they didn’t even have my appointment. I had nothing to prove it either because of they don’t sent you anything. Super inconvenient for anyone.

We have driven past this great carwash almost daily but never really noticed it unril about a month ago.We love yhat it is touchless but more importantly the staff are superb, they do an excellent job of drying after the wash and are very accommodating.We have had three cars fully detailed and the service was extraordinary, had no idea you could make 15 year old cars look brand new, including the floormats!We now have monthly passes for all of our vehicles, they have never looked so good.BTW, I can assure you any of the negative reviews have to be from people who are impossible to please.Side note, their dry cleaning is just as good.

I recommend this car wash to anyone who loves their car, AND loves to be treated like a valued customer! The care that is put into their work when they clean your car, and also how they treat you in the office is remarkable, especially in this day. The employees working on the cars are all respectful, smiling and courteous. The inside waiting area is clean and comfortable, but most importantly, my car looked amazing! They also give you a 2 day re-wash guarantee with the $25 inside and outside cleaning. I wont go anywhere else again!

I come here often and today nobody was wearing masks. Super disappointing. The process is that you have to roll down your window and talk to someone to get your wash started. Stay away unless you want to risk getting sick. Please let us know once you implement a mask policy and I will update my review to 5/5. Otherwise its a good car wash but Im not risking my parents lives over a car wash.

I got a car detailed here and they far exceeded my expectations for a fair price. They got rid of upholstery stains that I never thought would come out. The car looks factory new! They also let you choose detailing services a la carte so you can tailor your costs to your needs.

I spilled a stock pot full of chicken soup on the carpet in my car. I spoke with Alex who was able to get me in right away for a full interior detail. The man knows his stuff and is a master of his craft! His staff was able to restore my interior. They even peeled back the carpet for a deeper clean in the problem area. My husband and I are so impressed! 10/10 would recommend this company with their superior customer service and quick turn around time.

These guys know how to clean! I came in after my daughter spilled RED drink on my tan interior. The guy was honest when I pulled up and talked about how he wasn’t really sure if he could get it out but that he would try his best. I really appreciated that. But sure enough when they gave me back my car it was all gone. You couldn’t even tell there was a red drink even spilled there. I regret not taking a before and after but I promise you these guys won’t let you down!

A Great find. My new favorite car wash, great in every way. I really like that it is a touch free wash. When I asked them if they would use my microfiber towels to dry the paint, one of their managers was very nice, explained that for safety their company doesnt let them use outside stuff to clean the cars, he showed me that a) they only use microfiber towels (only wash Ive been to that does this), & b) how they clean their towels leaves them just a little moist so the hairs are soft & wont scratch my car. I was already extremely impressed by that point, with the touch free & very polite crew. I go inside, very nice girl at the counter, I pay and wait about 20 min, which was really quick considering how packed they were. When they come to let me know its ready, a nice young man looks over my car with me real quick and it was great. I paid around 23$, & I got a better job than some places in town that charge about a time and a half that, and give me half the job of this place. Very well ran and organized car wash. Will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Overall outside wash was amazing! We had to go back to have them correct the interior not being completed properly and thoroughly but the manager made it right and then some. Good service, awesome manager.

I absolutely love Prompt. They are in a convenient location. Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. Only reason I rate them 4/5 is because sometimes you have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for someone to even come up to your car and ask what they can help you with. Other than that I enjoy the employees and the results I get each and every time I go.

This place is a great quality for the price. And the staff are friendly and helpful. It is one of the few places in the greater salt lake area that does a full service interior clean. But they are NOT PROMPT. The staff are quickly overwhelmed by more than a few customers. So make sure you budget your time. It always takes longer than 30 minutes for a full service interior and exterior wash (no detailing).

I ask myself, why would I ever have my truck detailed again.For under $40 and in less than a half hour, you couldnt tell the difference.#Likenew
