I only rated 3 ⭐s bc of the final cost. I couldve paid a reg car wash for the price I paid to wash it myself. (I clean for a living, so Im no snail at getting things done). Theres SEVERAL choices of wash & the scrub brush works fantastically, soapy & all. The presoak actually does its job!! Just keep enough quarters to use a scent bomb or any extras after the initial wash. Those machines dont take cards like the car wash does.

First off its a nice place and well kept !!!!!!They have the works as I wash my car myself and several times a week sometimes .On the far end they have shammy blowers to blow your car after you wash it which I wish their was one in each station but its ok.All in all I love the place its very very clean and maintenance very well and never have any issues their at all.The vacuums need a little work as in the head piece to the vacuums kept falling off thats the only small very small complaint .I would not go anywhere else but here as I said its well taken care of,cleaned and up to parve always. So Good job !!!!!

I was wanting to work at Murray Auto Spa, so I filled out an application and brought it in. They called me about 3 days later and set up an interview, and I had very adequate experience and enthusiasm about the job. They claimed they’d go over my info and get back to me... I then did not receive a call back for 8 days. I called them and they said they’d get on it. Another week goes by and nothing. Not only is that SO unprofessional, but it is apparent that the main reason they refused to hire me is because I am a girl. Don’t try to work for them unless you’re a man, I guess!

Took a truck through the touchless service and it was a complete waste. the truck wasnt even real dirty just standard road grime and it got nothing off. I used the self-service wash on a motorcycle and it was so so.

Best place, hands down, to get your car washed in Murray. A Hispanic male helped load our vehicle on the track and scrubbed the dirty & buggy spots. He was super fast, but thorough, and very nice. The manager is on top of even the smallest issues to ensure the absolute best customer service experience.

Great place to wash n air dry your motorcycle...2 bays for bikes, only place in murray that has air blower to dry ur bike off after you get it washed !!!

Great place to get your vehicle clean, plus free vacuums. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The automatic does a good job with my truck. I have a few places that dont get hit with the brushes that their attendants typically hit, but there are a few that get missed (step assist is the most noticable).

UPDATE: I have spoken to the owner in person and have been in contact with the manager. Both men are extremely professional with the way they conduct their business. I found out that they have a clean car guarantee; if it isnt clean, go through again. The issue for me was new employees missing parts of the vehicle and not informing me of the clean car guarantee.For the $8 I was extrwextr unsatisfied. After the wash I still had bugs all over the front of my hood and windshield. Along the body I still had dirt and oil that I had to clean with a towel. Im not expecting my car to shine after an $8 wash, but I do expect it to be clean

I love that one of the selections are dilluted pre soak wash soap wax all of it. And also that you can use a credit card I do not always have cash and never have coins
