I just have to rave about my experience with Murfreesboro Hyundai. I donβt purchase a new cars very often, so when I walked in to check out an SUV my wife wanted I was surprised to find that I wasnβt pushed or prodded through a sale. I actually felt very taken care of and that my needs and wants for the right vehicle were listened to. Manny Gonzalez took care of me with his thorough professionalism! I canβt say that I have ever truly had a sales experience that was so exceptional.
Other than the manager pretty much calling me a liar and then hiding in his office for the rest of my visit, my sales experience was fine. But here I am looking silly at the DMV 31 days later with expired temp tags. They dont know what happened and will get the paperwork sent over as soon as possible. Thats super helpful....if you live in Alabama this dealership cannot handle your business.

First of all this is my second time purchasing a car from this dealership because they do have good inventory. HOWEVER, this place lacks customer service and patience ( I walk in and eyes are just peeled without greeting you), and this place does nothing but add extra fees here and there. I had to pay $1200 for a safety package that they told me I HAD TO HAVE. Not to mention, they added a safety feature called Kahu App for another $300 that they failed to mention. The finance manager, Bob, rushes you to sign and seems perturbed if you ask a question because he is so hasty. I called them to remove the safety app because I know I wont use it and they said it was optional. However, now they are saying they cant do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.

I bought a new 21 Sonata on 6/10. Excellent customer service from finance with Josh M. He went above and beyond. Things went down hill when the less than interested salesman was put in charge of delivering my new car to me. As Iβm going around the vehicle, before signing paper work, thereβs damage to the rear end. The salesman denied doing it, but offered to get it fixed. 5 trips to Murfreesboro later and 3 hours in service the car is still not brand new looking. I understand mistakes happen and the service guy was nice (considering it wasnβt his problem) but I donβt like how this situation was handled. There should have been more care, concern, and organization to this issue. I Was offered no compensation for fuel, time off work, etc to keep running back and forth down there. And again, it still doesnβt look brand new you can tell the paint is not original. My review would be 5 stars had the car not got damaged on the way to me

.This is not the same dealership that I have dealt with a few years back, I have purchase 2 vehicles from them, both purchases were great, experience was top notch but not this time. However, the only exception was Alex and his brother, our sales team, they were not pushy and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, they were not the issue. Our experience turned south with the manager, we were lied to and from it seems got taken advantage of, they thought that we would do anything to buy a car from them, they were incorrect. We went to another dealership the following morning and bought a way better trim level for almost the same price. Murfreesboro Hyundai just lost a long time customer.

The Salesman, Sim, was excellent. His service was impeccable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to provide answers to my questions and to ensure our experience was an enjoyable one.The credit manager however was awful. He did not wear a mask and had the nerve to say to my wife and I, Dont worry, youre safe with me, I already had the virus. His office is no larger than 8 by 10 in square feet. We were so concerned we may have contracted the Corona Virus from him do to being on a foot or two away, we went to get tested the very next day.Also, I ask of him to review the closing cost itemization on paper because he was moving too fast through each item on his tablet. He agreed to but never did so. I had to continuously beg of him to scroll backwards whereby I can read the details of what he was asking me to sign. Each time I attempted to read the details, he would strike up an unrelated conversation with me in his attempts to divert my attention. It was his attempt to prevent me from seeing cost which either wasnt shared with me, or those of which I did not agree to in the negotiation with the sales team. The experience with the credit manager was a nightmare.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer back in January for my wife. Needless to say, we will never return and will never recommend to anyone. We were told that we were approved through a lender and drove it off the lot. We received a letter from the lender about a week later saying her loan had been declined, due to a paperwork flaw from the dealer. After that was resolved, it took nearly 3 months for us to receive her tags. It is impossible to get anything out of anyone at this place as it seems that no one ever knows what is going on. And it seems like there is never a manager on site when you ask for one. And to top it all off, my credit score took a 70 point hit this week because it took this dealership so long to pay off her original loan. We traded in January, and the loan wasnβt paid off until the middle of March, and I found this out from the customer service rep at Wells Fargo that informed me of the dealers screw up. We spoke to someone about it at the dealership this week and I was told they would send the information to their accounting department to report to the credit bureau, but I am not hopeful.BUYERS BEWARE!
I bought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from here in May! I get told you will have bumper to bumper coverage if you get this warranty. So I did and then not even 2 months later my AC fan goes out I call bc let me remind you I have warranty right? No wrong they inform me Iβm paying for motor and transmission only warranty everything else is not covered. And it will be almost $800.00 to fix my AC fan. This place is a RIP OFF! they will screw you anyway they can. They knew I needed a better vehicle and knew I needed it ASAP for my children and they took advantage of the situation! Do not buy from them! They are not honest!

I had the pleasure of working with Kris on the purchase of a New 2020 Sonata. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, just an overall great person that provided a great experience. The buying process was smooth and enjoyable.As with most dealers these days, the **Online Price** has the caveats of special occupation (first responder, military, etc.) and other discounts that not many qualify for. While I would be tempted to knock-off a star for how this dealerships website hides those caveats more than most, the fact that even with those incentives removed they still beat every new Sonata price by ~$1000 in 100miles kinda makes up for it. =)
I just bought my first new car here on Monday. Alex and Mike were both very helpful! Alex showed me all the features and took me for a test drive the Saturday before, and I had to come back Monday to get it! Mike was very nice helping me get all the paperwork set up and helped me get Bluetooth set up in my new Accent. I did not feel pressured to buy during the test drive either. I bought a car from them in March. My registration was up in June so the sales guy told me I could keep my old tag and just reregister it in June or I could just get an entirely new tag that would be good for the normal yearly timeframe. So I took the second option and they kept my tag and gave me a temporary tag good until April 30. On April 30 I can and ask if my tag was in yet. They said no so they sent me another temporary tag. They say the county clerks office is backed up. This continues every month until August 30 when the temp tag expired. Mind you I paid for the new tag in my finance agreement.I called them and they say they canβt send me temp another tag. And that they never kept my tag because they donβt do that. I told them you definitely kept the tag because I donβt have it. Why would you keep sending me temp tags if you never kept my original tag?Ok whatever I go to the county clerk and she tells me that they just switched the registration of my old tag to the new car. They call them and they tell her they lost my old tag. And could order me a new one. But the clerk canβt give me a new tag because the car is already registered in with my old tag. I have to wait until next week for the dealership to order a new tag.They finally sent me a tag and itβs expired.

I do not recommend the service shop and my experience has made me realize I will never buy another Hyundai. We brought my car in for service for a known issue that is covered under warranty, it took them 3 days just to diagnose it and there is a lack of communication they never called to update us, I had to keeping call them. When we went to pick up the car we were charged a diagnostic fee of $180 for an issue they fixed that was under warranty. DO NOT USE the service shop.
I will never return to have my car serviced here. The service department started working on my car when they didnt even have the part needed. On top of that they failed to properly connect my battery back.

He answered all of the questions I had, and also stayed in touch with me regarding a couple of small issues after the purchase.Unfortunately, only three weeks into owning the new car, someone pulled out in front of me, causing an accident, which ended up totaling the car.After trying to go through the local dealership in my county, they couldnt find the vehicle that I wanted. I decided to go ahead and call Kris, and after asking if I was okay from the accident, he went to work on finding the vehicle that I was looking for.After roughly 10 minutes, he called back and told me he found the exact vehicle that I was looking for, and that he could have it delivered to the lot. In only a day or two, he called me to let it know that it was ready for pickup.Kris customer service has been great throughout both transactions, and while I know I can be a difficult customer in certain situations, Kris service has exceeded my expectations. I dropped my vehicle off to the Service Department when I started to experience some problems with the engine running rough. The service manager was very courteous and provided a ride to my home.I received a call when the vehicle was repaired and we discussed when I could pick up the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and the work that had been performed was fully explained to me. The vehicle ran great and I was completely satisfied with the work performed.
