Byrider in murfreesboro helped me get in a new vehicle after I lost my other vehicle a week prior to a fire.

Bought the car the mornin after it got there they said everything was checked and ready to go here we are 2 months later I’m goin to change my oil and the oil pan drainage plug is completely stripped out, what mechanic does that? Then says it’s good to go. I’ve done everything to get it off and nothin has worked
