Ended up not needing the unit. Never even picked up a gate code. So I paid Admin fees and a months storage that they got to keep. All good until the phone calls and texts about owing another month because I did give a 10 day notice before moving. HEY FOLKS I NEVER MOVED IN! YOU GOT ALMOST A $100 FOR DOING NOTHING ALREADY!

I rented my unit online and paid for it online on a Thursday. I rented a truck and went to move in on Saturday. I was to get my gate code and to see my unit then. There was no one there. There was no signs on the door saying they were closed. The only signs on the door stated that they should be open. I called several times with no answer. I even called the online number and got no answer. I left several voicemails with no response. I even emailed them.I was left with a rented truckload and had to rent from somewhere else. It is now Tiesday and i have not recieved any response regarding my voicemails or emails.I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

Very clean and professional space. Manager showed me multiple units and offered to show me more to make sure we had the right unit for our needs. Explained the entire lease, pricing, insurance and process from start to finish before we signed anything. They have locks and packing supplies available for purchase in the office. Very satisfied with our unit and really like that there is a code activated security gate you must pass through to get to the units. Security cameras everywhere for everyones benefit. Very pleased with our choice of unit and business.

Bad experience we called them an hour before they was closing since we was on our way showed up at 5 they walked out the door as we was pulling up 30 minutes early and it was just an overall bad bad bad place

Jason and Mikaya were awesome! They were able to get my storage space needs met in less than 20 minutes so we could get our truck back on time. They also advised on locks, insurance, and supplies that was very helpful.They rock! I would definitely recommend this company and this location. Best rates for the biggest space too!

The staff is very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile with offering help to find someone to take an old piano that we couldnt move, when moving out of the unit. Thats really good customer service. Thanks yall.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Jason was very accommodating. He showed me two different sizes and helped me choose the best one for me. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was two fold: the fact of having to purchase your insurance and having to spend $18 on your lock so it went with your insurance. The second reason was I had picked your facility based on 1st month being free. However, I was told that wasn’t possible because it was based on how many were available. I am not a fan of “small print”.

Great place to store your stuff! I had both climate controlled units and regular units. They have many sizes to choose from. Accessibility is easy with large driving area and turn around areas. The staff are professional and thorough. They will go over your agreement so there aren’t any surprise charges and also explain the ground rules. The place is clean and the tenants are generally friendly people. If I need storage in the future, I will definitely use CubeSmart again!

Awesome service. Even took extra time to share info about other properties that may have suited my needs within the CubeSmart Brand for my business expansion and growth. Amanda was great to deal with. As a business owner I can tell when someone knows their business and really cares about what they do and in my view she’s a company expert!

This place is absolutely terrible. I moved out of my unit in early April and called to inquire about a refund as I had prepaid for May. I was advised they dont do refunds, I said okay fine, I asked if I needed to do anything other than have a clear unit, they advised me that was all. Fast forward to end of May and they are telling me I owe for June, I explained I contacted in early April, they stated because my lock had not been removed they would continue to charge me. I asked them why they didnt advise me of this when I called in April as I would have removed the lock when I removed my items, they apologized and stated they would escalate my ticket. I got a call from the district manager who assured me he would personally send me a lock cut form to remove the lock and I would no longer receive notices and would not owe towards the unit at all (even though I offered to mail them the keys or have someone come remove it). Today is now June 18th and I receive a default notice that I owe $150.72 mind you I have continued to call at least once a week because I receive automated calls about my balance the last person I spoke with said she would make the calls stop but had to notate my account as an agree to pay I advised her I would not being paying anything as I had already paid for a month I wasnt even using the unit. I call weekly and always get referred to the call center who tries to reach the location and never can and they put in another note/email. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. They will do nothing but try to continue to charge you even when YOU over paid them to begin with and wont offer a refund and will not fix your issues. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office and company and I am the head of a large medical office in Murfreesboro and have dealt with many other places. None of which compare to the lack of competency in this company. I again called ten mins ago and spoke with Denesha who put in another message, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she told me only the site location manager or regional manager were the ones I could speak to, both of which were unavailable.UPDATE: STILL have heard from absolutely no one, called again today with no response and also looked through my documents and turns out when they switched from Cube smart to SROA they had everyone do a new lease which I never signed and had also called regarding that too. Again, if you want effective communication don’t go with this company.

Kristina Foster, GM, was very helpful and secured me a spot (I park a camper) in no time. I park in the gravel and theres a bit of standing water that doesnt drain off after a rain. Itd be nice to see that graded to carry the water off. But aside from that its a good place to store my camper.

Love everything about it! The process was very easy. The place is kept very clean. The hours you can access the gate are very accommodating. The vacate process is a breeze. The employees are very helpful and caring! Would for sure reccomend to others.

Can I give this 6-stars?Our closing date for the home we are purchasing was recently delayed, and my family of four will be without a house for a couple of weeks-- with less than a weeks notice-- thus the need for an unexpected storage facility. I priced many units around town, and this CubeSmart location had the best rates.Seeing that we are needing to store the contents of our entire house, I requested (2) large units when I called the main (non-local) call center. Each unit was put on hold, but upon arrival at CubeSmart, Kristina went out of her way to try to get us (1) even larger unit-- that would both give us more space AND save us A LOT of money. This larger unit was on hold for another customer who had not shown up to claim it the prior week, so she was making phone calls and sending emails to try to make it work for us.While waiting with my 7-year old and 2-year old, Kristina was exceptionally sweet to my boys, offering them coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied when she saw they were becoming impatient. After having been to other storage facilities that morning with employees who would barely give this tired Momma a time of day, this experience was certainly a breath of fresh air!Not only did she ensure we get the larger unit, but we were also offered their 1st month free promotion, so we are only having to pay the small Admin Fee and Insurance Fee. During a time of stress, chaos, frustration, and (more) stress, I can say this experience has been a Blessing to our family!I cant speak in regards to the other employees here, as we have only dealt with Kristina each visit, but I would highly recommend this CubeSmart location to absolutely everyone. They are affordable and very friendly-- a rarity these days. I appreciated them having my familys best interest in mind, when they couldve easily charged me for the two smaller units, made a lot more money, and been done. Thank you, CubeSmart & Kristina!(*Also, as we returned with our lock later in the day, Kristina offered a free ride on the golf cart to my 7-year old while I drove my car to the unit. It made his day!)

My payment isnt even late and Ive set up a payment day and my access has been suspended and unit has been locked with their lock but apparently they do this after you are one day past your due date their website says they have a 10 day grace period. It is actually 8 according to them and we are at 6 and I have it all set to pay tomorrow. My husband walked to grab a coat from the unit because I am 18hrs away and it is cold and no one would even walk him back to let him grab just his coat. We have been there for 4 months paying almost $200 a month. Ive worked with other storage facilities for over a year and never been through anything like this. I would find somewhere else to give your business that actually cares about their customers. **edited to say I contacted them and still have yet to hear anything back

Waited for months to get the unit I wantedIt finally came available. The door was not functioning properly. Now its going on three months waiting to fix the door so I can move in crazy to think a door would keep them from wanting to earn my business..

Its perfect if you need to store a vehicle or boat... the yard is a decent size, just think they should pave the entire thing. However, thats not complaint, the prices are great and I like it... I pay $120 a month for boat storage

Kristina and her team provided a level of customer service that I am happy to say is superb. They were happy, outgoing, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I rented a space to park my RV, and it is large enough for my tow dolly also, is pull through, and has access hours that work well for my scehdule. I look forward to my continued used of their facility for as long as I need it. GREAT WORK YALL!

We have been trying to rent a unit since March. First they were waiting on the move out. Unit was finally open in September when were learned the door was broken and needed to be fixed before we can move in. Now I am told that more doors have to break in order for it to be worth the money Corporate has to spend to come to the facility to fix it. So now the unit sits empty and unrented... how is that making corporate money???? Ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This review has nothing to do with the people who work here, both were nice and professional.This has to do with the rental rates that go up without notice and are not standard. The last rate hike was 27.00! I called the main number for the company and they could not tell me why, they said talk to the people at the facility I was using, unacceptable and unprofessional! I did find out that rate changes are based on real estate value in the area so if the market is hot where your facility is located they screw you. Also if you move out of your unit you get ZERO refund on your monthly payment so I paid on the first and moved out the 8th and they kept every penny even though they can turn around and rent it right out and double their profit! I recieved an military discount when I first rented the place and the company got bought out by Cube Smart and stopped the discount.As for this location it does not provide carts or have automatic lights. Other locations have a flat cart you can use located in each section/blog and the lights come on automatically when you walk in verses having to keep turning them on yourself after they time out and shut off while your in the middle of moving your stuff.

We literally only rented from this place because of the free truck rental that we were told about when we purchased our unit. Once we get back to the place today to pick up the truck to move, we were told by the manager that we couldn’t rent because my CAR insurance doesn’t cover a commercial vehicle and we were ABSOLUTELY NOT told about having our own commercial insurance to rent the truck (we were only told about the $100 deposit). Not only that They themselves don’t have any insurance on the truck that you can sign up for while you’re which is pretty stupid! To say I’m pissed is an understatement! So now we’re up craps creek without a truck to move and will probably have to pay an extra hundred dollars when we leave because Of the extra days we are now FORCED to rent! Definitely will never rent from Cubesmart EVER again!

So two girls that sit in the office simply sit there and do nothing several occasions it was pouring down raining really hard I have been there for several years the same trailer and truck when you pull up and its thundering and lightning the one girl sit there at the window looking at you and instead of pushing the button to open up the gate you have to get out in the storming weather and put your code in when she knows who you are by truck trailer vehicle and your personal name I find those two young ladies to be extremely trifling and lazy

Clean unit, Malika is wonderful, but lights didnt work for 2 weeks and YOU CANNOT USE THE FREE TRUCK!!I only needed the storage unti for 3 weeks. I picked this particular unit because they had a sale on the climate controlled units AND it said that you could use their truck if you rented with them. When moving into the storage unit, I was told the truck was unavailable. However, the truck sat in front of the storage facility ALL DAY! First day, the light infront of my unit did not work. The next week I go in there and the whole row of lights were out. I didnt feel the safest, not to mention that my phone doesnt work well in there. That same week I asked about getting the truck to move my stuff out. I was told the truck was under maintenance and should be ready next week. I decided I would just wait. I call back on Monday to see about getting the truck, again told it was under maintenance. BUT this time was told it would be 2 weeks. When I went back on Wednesday the lights were working again. Thank goodness! There is NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS TRUCK other than they dont have insurance on it. THEY DO NOT LOAN IT OUT! DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Go rent somewhere that is honest about the perks.I usually dont write bad reviews, but I dont want anyone else to let the you can use our truck be the determining factor for their unit like I did.UPDATE AUGUST 2, 2019: CubeSmart reaches out to me concerning my experience with their facility and the moving truck. They apologized for the mix up on the truck and explained what the situation was. They also reimbursed me for my Uhaul rental to make up for everything. Once again, great customer service. Thank you CubeSmart for making things better.

Unsecured, rock and gravel strewn, potholes big enough to qualify for Great Lake status. The yard where you store your RV looks like a World War One battlefield! If you love your RV, PARK AND STORE IT ELSEWHERE!!

The payment scheme was not straight forward. I used the truck they provide, which was nice, but the shop was closed during operating hours when I arrived to return it. It seems were under staffed, and the lone person working that day had gone to lunch. I had to wait for that person to get back before I could return the keys. The whole business made me uneasy. I got my stuff out of there as soon as possible.

Kristina was a delight.. The day of my visit Id had a hectic day, and I made it to the location at 4:58. (They closed at 5) when I made it the doors were locked and no one was in sight. I waited at the door while I called CS cust serv. At the same time Kristina was coming back in her cart. Im assuming that she was assisting another cust. I explained to her and apologized for what time it was. By this time it was 5:07. She then said Any other day Id say no. But come on. I was estatic. She listened to my problems while filing the proper paper work. We went around to the unit and I proceeded to attempt to move a full size couch and love seat alone. Kristina then came and asked if I needed help. I was so pleased with her even renting me the unit I initially declined her offer. But she insisted. So not only did she help me in a desperate time of need but she also helped me move into the unit. My experience was great. And Kristina was more than a pleasure. Cs price is not the cheapest but their cust service is amongst the greatest..

Never been inside or use their services but I hear good things about them.

Didnt get all the requirements sent to me prior to renting. Didnt know that I needed a lock on the day of rental $20 charge, didnt know that I needed to show proof of insurance from my home owners policy, $17 per month tacked on plus admin fee of $24 dollars. Paid $60 more up front than I was ever told about. Not too happy so far.

Was coming back and forth to pick up my stuff left lock off so I wouldnt have to keep unlocking it and they put a manager lock on it. Now its 615pm on Friday and I cant finish until I can see the office Monday. Thanks!
