Okay I want to give them 4.5 stars because the company made some guffaws with my costs but I cannot settle for 4 stars because Kelsy, McKenzie and Nikki were all SUPER HELPFUL with fixing everything. The units and property are clean and hallways well lit; its in a safe, accessible location. I am glad I chose them. I checked in online and they were available all masked and socially distanced safe when I went in the office. Such a convenient process.

Went in to pay on my unit at this location yesterday and it was very clean and Stacey was very helpful when I asked questions on my account.

Dangerous- they have cutouts in the concrete where it looks like they need water to drain(not marked with paint or flags... Trip hazard!... People are moving stuff!!). The units toward the back flooded. I fell in the parking lot where the pavement was repaired and and still in pain days later,..... While I need to pack and move). Positive note was Kelsey .... She is super nice. I asked her 3/30/21 to have someone call me about my injuries... 4/3 no call yet. Trying to wait for x-rays when back to place I moved...bad fall!!

This place is great. It takes a bit of ninja skill to live here but you cant beat the prices. Plus all my stuff fits into a secure drive up unit. Would recommend to others.

Nikki was awesome. I had to switch to a different unit from what was initially auto assigned to me. So made it quick and easy. Have two different units here and will continue to use.

The storage place was my first stop here in this state. Nikki was amazing, already made.me feel at home. Polite and good laughs for all the 20 mins being in there. I recommend going to see her for all your storage needs.

I love working with this Public Storage, especially this location on Fortress in Murfreesboro. The manager Nikki was extremely kind and helpful. The property is clean, secure and top notch! Highly recommend!

Ive had this before they took control. Since they took control rates are raised exorbitantly. Went from $85 a month to $134 a month in a year and a half. Service is horrible. They dont answer the phone. I tried to talk to district, but he would call from home (heard dogs in background) and not leave a number for me to call back. He only called during the day when Im working. They had a problem with their auto pay - it stopped and they blamed me. Horrible. Im stuck and cant move the stuff out, but I would change if I could.

Kelsey is super friendly and helpful!!! The location is priced fair and super clean. They are also doing a great job with the social distancing practices. Check them out!!!

I was helped the other day by Kelsey. She was a sweet girl. They have the area set up for social distancing, which is smart with this virus still going around. And the place is clean and well kept.

Nikki ai Public Storage was very nice and helpful.

They are very nice at this location. We started storing here a month before they bought A+ Storage. They honored the special price that we received from A+ with no problems. The manager was more than happy to help and told us to give him a call if we had any problems. I highly recommend them 👍👍

Just rented a unit here today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Me and my wife came looking for a 10x20 but Kenneth showed us a better size at a better price. Great staff real helpful

Public Storage Murfreesboro has been great to work with. They are always extremely helpful and polite. We have options for storage facilities in the area and their customer service would make me recommend them to anyone! Unit was also clean and ready for use when we moved in.

Ment to do this weeks ago. But I only stored here for a little bit and the ladies there were so nice. The place was clean and taken care .

Visited today to inquire about rental options and availability. Instead of assisting - she provides two unit #s and let me go in search of said units. Unfortunately this left me locked in the gates with no way to gain assistance. Thankfully another customer was able to help me and I was able to leave - I never located either unit for rent - and will no longer be using nor recommending this business.

5 Star review for 5 star customer service. Larry assisted me throughout the process & made sure I had everything that was needed to get my unit today, while adhering to all social distancing measures. Thanks again Larry Legend!!!
