Would not recommend this place to anyone they truly do not know how to be kind and courteous. I actually have put on multiple pages not to go with these people. Rude rude rude

A very nice couple runs this storage facility. The facility is clean and well cared for. Their prices are very competitive. There are a lot of storage facilities nearby, due to the proximity of MTSU. This location is efficiently sitting away from all of the traffic on Rutherford Boulevard, making it very convenient to access. I highly recommend this place!

Shady business practices!! Drove to my storage unit (never missed a payment) to collect all my things in storage and move out. After leaving farrer brothers I called to tell them I have moved out and wanted to see about getting my deposit back. I was then told that they saw me pack up my unit and didnt notify them first.... so, that was the reason I didnt get my deposit back. Even though the storage unit was paid at the beginning of the month, meaning I had the entire month to do whatever I wanted...... super shady place!! Go else where

You don’t have to buy a proprietary lock, it’s gated and the staff is nice.

The people are nice at first but if you have a question about billing or there is ever a problem with anything and you tell them your concern, the lady there immediately gets defensive and is unwilling to look into anything or help you figure out a resolution. If you ask who the owner is she gets defensive about that too and rufuses to tell you who owns the place. This is a very unprofessional place when it comes to looking into things and resolving problems. It seems really strange as if they are hiding something.
