When we were forced to move due to a change in circumstances due to a medical situation, we had to drastically downsize our living arrangement. We have some things that, while not valuable, were very important to us. We had to get a storage unit. Secure Storage was near our old house and we stopped in during our search. We were very pleased with the security and friendliness of the staff.If ever a question comes up, the staff does what they can to answer the question. If ever a mistake is made, we are all human after all, every effort is made to correct the mistake quickly and fairly.I do have to single out one employee, Tracy. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the customers are well taken care of. When thinking it may be easier to move my things to a storage unit closer to my house (I now live 45 minutes away) it is the facility and employees, the manager Tracy in particular, that keep me staying with Secure Storage. Keep up the good work guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SECURE STORAGE FOR ALL YOUR STORAGE NEEDS!

I initially used it to park my rv. I saw what I perceived to be a better place that was being rented but not apparently used. I asked Secure Storage about the space and they informed me that the renter was paying monthly. A few months later they remembered my inquiry when the original renter decided he did not need the spot and they called me asking if I was still interested in that spot. I told them heck yes, and I moved. My rental rate was the same but parking it was easier in the new spot. They could have tried to give this spot to a new renter, but took care of their original customer. They remembered and informed me of the spot I was seeking and gave me first dibs. What customer service!

Super quick rental process- started online then in and out in maybe 10 minutes!

The on site manager is extremely friendly and does everything she can to make this facility run as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, her corporate people limit what she can do.We have rented a parking spot around back, against the fence for almost 2 years. In the spring we noticed the bushes from the neighboring property had grown over and through the fence, and were rumbling against out trailer scratching it. I cut down several limbs, and asked that the company finish so that they wouldn’t grow back. After a couple of months the manager cleaned the fence line herself because her corporate folks wouldn’t pay any landscapers. This is what we were told.Last weekend we went and checked on our trailer, and discovered someone had cut the wires to the battery, and had stolen it and our propane tanks. Since we signed a park at your own risk paper when we moved our trailer in, we were told nothing than can do.If they had said they would put up cameras pointing at the parking areas, or added more lighting we would have stayed. They have no such plans. We also found homeless people living around back in a pop up camper.Again, the manager is as great as they come. The corporate folks evidently limit what they spend money on. There are to many facilities in town that have proper lighting, cameras, no abandoned vehicles, with windows busted out, or homeless folks living there to have to rent from this place.

Tracy Cooper, was very cooperative and very quick to help me during my dilemma of trying to find an available storage unit and the prices are very reasonable. She was very helpful, and I will definitely use this storage unit in the future.

I noticed the property was taken over by Devon self storage and they plan on doing a lot to keep up with the property and the GM Courtney Burns was so wonderful and kind and gave me all of the information I needed and really went out of her way to find something that worked for me !!
