Every time I visit Carolyn at the salon I leave a whole new woman. Not only is Carolyn extremely friendly and outgoing, she’s educated and respected as well. I’ve witnessed her teaching her other co-workers as she’s coloring my hair, and all of her co-workers are amazed by the final product. She’s talented, loves to teach, and enjoys the beauty she creates. HIGHLY recommend her. She’s my go to gal for the wild and vibrant colorful hair. Salon Botanique is my go-to salon. I see Valerie exclusively because shes great and so nice. The front desk staff is efficient and helpful. Easy to make an appointment. The assistants are so friendly and give very relaxing massages. Its wonderful! The Kevin Murphy line they use smells fabulous and its all organic!

I’m only inspired to leave reviews when they are extremely good or in this case, terrible. I’m vegan and appreciate the natural products they promote so have been here 3 times. My 4th time I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment and didn’t tell me until after I drove 20 mins to get there. The 5th appointment is during COVID, I got there at my apt time was told to wait outside and I will be called with my toddler. I wait, I wait, I wait, 30 minutes pass. I call them and they tell me they sent the Stalinist home bc they didn’t see me. I was never called. What a waste of my time!

Where do I even begin!? I will never come anywhere else to get my hair done. The salon is super clean, very chic, and everyone who works here is the absolute sweetest. Carolyn is absolutely amazing at what she does. I highly suggest her for whatever your hair needs/wants may be! This salon is just great at what they do! I promise you won’t be disappointed with anyone you could see for any service!

Im sure that the others are wonderful too, but I love seeing Cheryl here. The products they use smell so wonderful and its great to rely on that big parking lot out back!

Would highly recommend. Very professional and friendly. Opened up early just so that our weddings party could get through on time. Started and restarted started my hair two more times to make sure it was perfect and would stay up. Didnt just leave it the first time. Worked tirelessly to give us perfection that would hold for over 24 hours. Very pleased.

I have been a client at Salon Botanique Eco-Chic since it opened, and I cannot imagine having my hair done anywhere else. There are lots of places I could go that are closer to my home, but if any place is worth driving to, its this salon.My stylist is fantastic, I put my hair and my trust in her hands, and I always walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks. She takes the best care of me. I also see how the other stylists and assistants operate, and they are all excellent at making clients look and feel their best.The atmosphere of the salon is perfect - chic yet comfortable, professional yet relaxed. It is a first-rate salon with a down-to-earth soul. Possibly the best factor of all is that the products they use on my hair are of the best quality, never tested on animals, and are not full of harsh chemicals. To me, that is priceless.

I will only ever go to Jess Jenkins! She is by far my favorite stylist!! Being able to have my hair styled and colored by her is truly a treat. She has been doing my hair for years now!! She even did my hair for my wedding and also cut my husbands for that day! She really knows and can anticipate what I want done, even when I am not sure what I want to get done. I have very long hair that is not easy to work with that can make appointments very lengthy. With that being said, Ive never felt like Jess has rushed my appointment and really takes the time to listen to what I want and gives a great consult! Shes so full of personality and so extremely talented at her craft that I cant even explain how much I look forward to seeing her! Once you go Jess, you never go back!!

Ive been seeing Val at Salon Botanique for years. I never have any clue what to do with my hair. Shes always giving me fresh ideas on how to give my hair some style. Shes also continuously furthering her education and introducing new trends in hair to me that I never hesitate to try. Im loving balayage! I love the Kevin Murphy product line they carry. I use it at home. Its also comforting to know since they are an organic salon I can continue to color my hair even if I get pregnant.

Jess Jenkins is absolutely amazing! She did my daughters hair for her communion and I was blown away by how awesome her hair was! My daughter was thrilled and it made her feel like a princess! If you need your hair done for any occasion Jess is definitely the person to do it!

Salon Botanique is a fantastic natural and organic salon. I began coming here because I had a terrible reaction to hair dye at another salon. This was only place in area that offered anything natural in the area in 2009. Lucky.me, since I have been happy ever since. I highly recommend Shaun, Stacy, Val (for curly hair) or Jess. They have lovely products and I am huge fan of their Kevin Murphy line. You will not be disappointed!

My wife Stacy has been in the hair business for over 29 years. The salon strives on service and continual education. The salon received numerous awards to include service awards from 2011-2016. We appreciate the positive reviews from Google users but you have to wonder about some one that posted negative reviews under an anonymous user account. As business owners we stand behind our work and never allow a customer to leave unsatisfied!!

I have been going to this salon for about 8 years now. I have been with Jess Ullman and she gives me amazing hairstyles and colors. I love to change it up and she always has something fun to do with my hair. My kids both go to Carolyn and they love her. She listens to them and gives them great cuts. Great atmosphere, everyone is so nice and the products they are using are the best and smell sooo good. No chemical smells (yay!). Myself, my Mother, my Sister and even my boyfriend all see Carolyn for all of our hair needs. I drive well over an hour to see her and it is SO worth it. I went for my first time to this salon last week, to get my first ever DevaCut. I was scheduled with Valerie. She cut my hair curl by curl on dry hair (as it is supposed to be), while she was doing this she talked to me about how to care for my hair, how to properly style it for my curl type. she gave me suggestions and advice to get through my healthy hair journey, which I started 8 months ago. She answered any questions I had, she is definitely very very knowledgeable about curls.After cutting she washed my hair and proceeded to do a treatment with melt into moisture and deep sea repair. She styled and started diffusing my hair, after a little bit it was time for her to get to her next client, so I was placed under heat. (which I am trying to avoid, but a business got to do what it got to do). After a little while my hair wasnt drying because of its low porosity, so Valerie had an assistant diffuse my hair instead. This was the only part I didnt really enjoy, because this assistant didnt have curl experience, or at least I thought she didnt. She started touching my hair all over while diffusing it, which means FRIZZ!!!. Day 2 hair was amazing!!!! after I controlled the frizz with some bouncecurl gel!Overall my experience was great and I did learn a lot from Valerie, I would strongly suggest this salon for DevaCuts.

I’ve been seeing Val at Salon Boutanique for some time now. I always get a great Deva cut! She’s given me great tips on how to style my curls and recommends quality products. This is the only salon I have been to for a color where my scalp doesn’t itch afterwards. Again... quality products. A great eco-friendly salon with fabulous customer service.

I visit Amy regularly for color and cut and she is just the best! I come to her with crazy requests (and sometimes crazy hair) and she always makes me look and feel amazing. Shes done my hair purple, peach, dark chocolate brown (after I home-dyed my very blonde hair with a temporary blue/green color and it wouldnt wash out) and weve been working on getting it back to blonde blonde. She knows her stuff and explains the process of how well get to the color I ask for and always makes sure to use the products that will keep my hair from being damaged. Im so happy to have her as my hair professional and love visiting Salon Botanique for her expertise! Plus, the Kevin Murphy products they use are cruelty-free and smell amazing!!!!

First let me start by saying, I am very surprised there are not more reviews of this place. I was so nervous to try a new salon after getting my hair done in the city at a top salon for years. I made an appt with Jessie Hsu and from the moment I started talking to her, I was completely impressed not to mention at ease. She was so knowledgable about cutting curly hair and color, I was shocked. I have been bouncing around from place to place trying to find a decent stylist and I am definately here to stay. Their concept and products are amazing. The whole salon is gorgeous in addition to being environmentally friendly. During the few hours I was there, I never heard any off color discussions or gossip, no whispering and negativity like in most other salons, which for me is a real turn off. Biba waxed my eyebrows and did A FANTASTIC JOB. Getting a facial from her soon. My hair came out amazing, I felt like a new person. The women at the front desk were so sweet and yet professinal. I cant say enough good things. I really loved this place. Definitely try it out you wont be sorry.
