I have used this Verizon over and over again because they go the extra mile to always help! I was recently in Red Bank and the Verizon there- had no interest to help me when my phone failed, their interest was to sell me anything and get me out. I then returned my forced purchase to Morristown and Shannon and Andrew were able to restore all my info on old phone and pe-sell me with 13 to get the most discount when they pop up. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. That’s customers Service at its BEST! Thank you Shannon and Andrew❤️

So - OK I am not an easy lady to impress but Adriene makes this store! I am sure the manager is also amazing but I have not had the pleasure of meeting him on 8/1 when I went in for a new iPhone. Adriene is great - polite, not pushy - and great customer service skills - I ended up getting the blue iPhone 12 Pro- and it just so happens I had some questions a couple days later and when I called to speak to Adriene - he was JUST as polite and did not rush me off the phone - he actually made sure! I had the email I called about before hanging up the phone - keep this guy happy!’ he’s a total asset to your company AND this store

I was at the Verizon store in Morristown, NJ Tuesday, July 27th to pick up my brand new Galaxy S215G. They had an amazing trade in promotion going on where you trade in your old phone and get $800 off your new phone. Therfore, I traded in my Galaxy S9 and got a brand new Galaxy S21 for FREE!The guy who helped me was Adriene and he was the most professional, helpful, kindest, patient person I have ever encountered at a Verizon store. He helped me in every and any way possible! Anytime I have a question or anything to do with my phone, if I dont call Verizon I go to the Morristown store and ask to speak with Adriene since he always takes care of my questions I have.I have been with Verizon for 3 years going on four and I would never leave Verizon. I have even convinced my 3ntore family to transfer to Verizon. I absolutely love them! There has never been a time where a Verizon employee could not help me or help me fix a problem I had. Verizon is the best cell phone carrier ai have ever had, and there isnt enough stars or compliments I could give them because that many dont exist! However, if you do not gave Verizon, I would suggest you switch cell phone service as soon as you possibly can! They are the absolute best in the entire world!Sincerely,Danielle Meisner

What quality service! Fernando, the store manager of this particular location, helped me today. Immediately as it started to get busy, not one customer walked in with out hearing a hello. As it got increasingly busy, Fernando multi-tasked to help everyone of his guests effortlessly. I can confidently say that every problem Fernando came across (including my own), was solved with ease, patience, and genuine concern. Adriene was wonderful to work with . He stayed open for an hour after closing so that I would have a proper transfer for my new phone . He had patience and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with Adiene when you need a new phone or have any questions.

I recently visited this location to purchase a charger only. I told the young man who assisted me that I only wanted a charger, nothing else. No high pressure sales pitch for a new phone. JUST A CHARGER. He said not a problem. In order to purchase just a charger, you have to give your cell phone number, drivers license and PIN for your account. I asked why he needed this information. Again, I only wanted to purchase a charger...no phone. He told me this was their policy. Of course after pulling up my account, here comes the sales pitch that my phone is getting older, I should think about replacing it sooner rather than later, its going to start giving me problems. Again...I JUST WANTED TO PURCHASE A CHARGER....NOTHING ELSE. After the fourth time telling the associate this, I said I was done trying to purchase a charger and I got up to leave only to find the front door locked and it had to be unlocked for me to exit.I purchased a new charger on Amazon. They didnt question me or try to sell me a new phone. Parenthetically, it took me TWO YEARS to pay off this phone. Im not in a position to take on another 24 payments.Terrible experience, like visiting a used car lot.

I went in for an upgrade, and there was only one person working. He told me that there was an appointment ahead of me and it was only going to take 5 mins. However, I ended up waiting 45 mins, and was not helped at all. I ended up leaving and making an appointment somewhere else, and was very unsatisfied.

If you are working with Richard or Ahmed (May June 2020), you might as well go to another store. The two of them make a duo of disaster at that store and dont seem to know policies. I had to go to Apple to deal with my phone because they refused to acknowledge my warranty even though the phone is covered by it. They were rude on the phone and blatantly ignored customers. Itd be nice if Verizon could hire employees who didnt have a total disregard of their customer base but I see thats too much to ask of them.

I have been in customer service for over 15 years and boy oh boy, I experienced a true gem tonight. First of all: If you call the store, you WILL NOT talk to the store. Verizon apparently has an asinine system that directs all calls to a regional call center. First strike.Brief backstory: I was hit by a text-and-driver last year and Im still unable to drive myself places.I attempted to call the store to tell them that my Uber had been delayed to the point that I wouldnt arrive to the store until about 1-5 minutes before closing time (7pm) and being in customer service as long as I have, I hate to ask people to stay open even a second past closing time.At this point my call connects to one of the most condescending people Ive ever spoken to, and I wish I got her name. I explained my situation and told her its a bad practice not to allow calls to individual merchants for reasons exactly like this.Her response FLOORED me. Sir, all calls are routed to a regional call center. Our employees do not stay a second late, they have been there all day and want to leave as much as you want to leave your job on time.Why are you talking down to me!? I JUST SAID I CANT WORK. And for the record, when I ran my own store years ago, I would routinely stay open 5-30 minutes late on a case by case basis because shocker! I signed up for customer service and I know that THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ENTAILS!!!Icing on the cake, I arrived at the store at 6:58 to locked doors and nobody in sight in store.6:58pm according to my VERIZON PHONE.I might change carriers over this. Absolutely unbelievable. I am very angry.

Morristown Verizon is never as crowded at East Hanover and therefore can dedicate more time to their customers. With phones being capable of so much these days it takes more time setting up a new phone. I would suggest making an appointment before (if you’re shopping for a new phone) and backing up your phone prior as well! Justin & Richard were knowledgeable on devices and helped me save money on my plan. They even had the patience to troubleshoot backing up my phone 3 different ways when it wasn’t working initially. They thoughtfully bounced ideas back and forth between each other to get me hooked up! It was actually a pleasant experience for once. It was, dare I say, FUN and not the chore I had been dreading to do. Save time and get one on one customer service at Morristown Verizon, they know their stuff!

Ive been here a few times for getting a pre paid phone activated on to my parents contract since I continually destroy phones. But I finally got a real phone the Google pixel 3 yesterday and got a case and screen protector and a battery pack that I absolutely did not plan on getting because I dont have the finances (like anyone does) but what Michael did was really above and beyond he hooked it up and put the cases and everything on and warranted them all so I didnt have to. What took him ten minutes literally would have been an hour at least for me. This store is really great though and I have had great service from every one I have ever encountered. I never review anything either, so if you need any help with your phone definitely bring it here. They arent always trying to sell you what you dont need or want either, they listen ! Thanks so much again!!!

The man there was very nice and helpful (which is consistent with other reviews) - but they charge 2x-3x the price for everything. Charged me for a case and screen protector, and threw in and external battery which he made it seem like it was complimentary - he charged me $50 for it when i looked at the receipt later.Very dishonest and their own employee reviews even say that they are thieves

Oh my gosh, Michael & John too, were BOTH TERRIFIC! I had severaĺ problems & questions to ask & they just helped me soooo much. I have to contact your 611 corporate office tomorrow (Sunday) or this Monday because I HAD another Verizon phone that I handed over to them almost 5 months ago and I just realized a little while ago that I am still getting billed for it almost 5 montha latër along with this phone and the original phone they said they would replace the glass & give it to a battered womab, which I thought was great because I came from an abusive marriagr. So Im still paying for a phone that I havent held in my own hands in almost 5 months. At $42 and change a month, thats over $200.00s yóure going to owe me this coming Oct 12th or 13th. These people scammed us. We were supposed to get two free (or low cost) phone upgrades... weve had a family plan w VERIZON many years. After we got our no cost phone upgrades the bill comes a month later 2 phones are costing $650+ each... we would never spend that on a phone... called Verizon customer service and they explained this store is a third party carrier not official Verizon store and we were basically SCAMMED and stuck w the phones and cost since over 30 days had passed. I recommend an official Verizon store not these know-nothing rip off artists...
