After talking to four different customer service agents on the phone and getting no where, I went to a store to talk to a person face to face. He was able to fix my account that the phone agents messed up big time. Now everything is working great and at the correct address. I highly suggest going into a physical store instead of calling Customer Service with this company.
They have great customer service, but I only have Internet and the bill continues to go up!!! I pay $75 a month for Internet!
They were very helpful with most information and cable box problem. I was considering changing to their mobile phone service, but found out that I was not given the correct information about one of the phones I was going to transfer. I was told it was not going to work with any service and would be turned off which was not correct. I went to Verizon and got the correct information and stayed with them.
After the terrible service with customer care and approx 35 hours with them in 3 weeks it was a pleasure to work with them here. They stayed professional and took the time to help and listen. Been back twice (for previous mentioned issue) and each time has been a great experience.
Nice facility but unfortunately I didnt get accomplished what I had made my appointment for. I had to call the toll free line.
They five dollar you to death, when you sign up with them you dont get all the stuff you get from AT&t, you have to go back and get it for five more dollars, I left spectrum the first time over this and already wishing I hadnt come back
We bought 2 phones but after the sale we had problems seeing them up. These young men (there was only two of them) worked hard until the job was done. It is so cool that these guys really worked together. Even between customers. Thank you for your time and sorry during this brain fart.
Finally got things resolved with the move problem after about a week miscommunication mishaps. probably best to be upfront about personal circumstances. They may or may not work with you depending on your personal circumstances. If you need to get anything done just be honest. Very Professional.

Like the service but sick of my bill going up every couple of months. I dont understand that cause we get same service an same reruns an no new channels but higher bill!!! I think the bill should stop going up cause people cant afford this. Give us a break Spectrum!!!!

I was told over and over my internet was going to be $34.99 a month. And I could try out a 30 day TRIAL of TV. I get a bill for $75.00 for internet and $53.23 for TV?!?! WHAT?!?!?! And I tell them I want to cancel my 30 tv trial and they say well because you are canceling your trial, your internet will now be $75.00 a month!! Apparantly they are already trying to charge me $75.00 a month for internet after I was plainly told by 3 separate people that it would be $34.99. I called back and spoke with someone who said they dont even HAVE $34.99 a month internet?!?!? I have them on recording offering it to me not once not twice but 3 times!!! I am about to cancel the entire thing.
Sneaky fees to make your bill seem less then it actually is. SCAM. the ever increasing broadcast fee is a joke, its not mandatory by law, only the bill makes it seem like a tax, when in reality its just a tacked on charge by them to get more money. Broadcast tv is free with an antenna, yet I cant have other cable tv channels without also paying this bogus fee.
