We contracted Elements with Design to paint our kitchen cabinets from dark brown to bright white. I cant overstate how impressed I am with the entire experience. They were prompt, communicative, and highly skilled. They are possibly the most professional contractors I have ever hired. We had some of our ceilings painted, the previous owners were smokers and some of the ceilings were very yellow. The crew was on time, did a great job protecting our furniture. My husband and I looked for companies around Cosby/Newport, TN to pressure wash and stain our 3-story home. The first company who came by was a husband and wife team who sounded great, but when we saw their quote half of the stuff they had told us they would do was not on the quote. When we asked to add those items on the quote, they then significantly raised the quote claiming those items were not discussed. We felt that if you can’t trust a company from the get go you best not hire the company and thank heavens we didn’t hire them. On the other hand EWD by Morales was very honest with us from the get go. They sent us a quote with detailed description of everything they verbally discussed with us; they gave us a fair quote, always showed up on time, the crew was very nice and knowledgeable, they actually went above and beyond what they said they would do and we ended with a beautifully stained home, clean roof, and are very satisfied. We recommend this company a thousand times. Very professional, all around.
