The staff is friendly-when you do have to interact with them. The owners/ management seem to be constantly updating equipment and seeking to improve the efficiency of their compact space. Im fairly certain (but not 100%) that they use reclaimed water to be more eco-friendly. I keep a Fast Pass on all of our vehicles to bypass having to touch the machines. Seems weird to have a favorite car wash, I think, but this IS my favorite car wash that Ive ever used.

I love the ease and convenience of using this car wash. The free vacuums and glass cleaner are a nice plus. This always gets my SUV clean and if it misses some I just tell them. They have done a wonderful job of taking care of us.

*edit* in response to the comment they made to my review: They are still lying(not shocking). I NEVER signed anything!* *original review as follows* I went a got a basic wash. They offered me an upgraded wash to try it. Then I paid with a card... big mistake. The next month they charged my card 40 dollars. I went up there to let them know so they could fix it. They were calm and said it was a mistake in their system. They said they fixed it and the money would be put back on my card. A week later I went again because I was not fixed. They said they could not fix it and I needed to call corporate and they would fix it for me. I called corporate. They told me they could not verify any of my story and that they would not refund the charge because they originally signed me up for automatic payments on the card that I used to pay. I asked them to call the manager that I spoke with to verify everything. He was conveniently “out of reach”. So a simply “mistake in their system” turned into me being called a lier and having 40 stolen off of my card. We will see next month if they steal even more. Rude. Inconsiderate. Dishonest.

I couldnt figure out why my ultimate shine pass wasnt working the past couple times I went, and the guy that was working, Devon, saw that I was having trouble with it and came over to help me. He went above and beyond to help me get my car washed. Turns out it was a simple issue of renewing my debit card that had expired, but I appreciate the fact that he took the time to help me. The best automatic car wash Ive been to...in my opinion...I purchased the monthly subscription service so I can have my car looking like new anytime I want...as long as they are open (of course)

Excellent but I do wish the west end had a do it yourself wash like the one on the east end does.

I like the car wash but at times completely misses parts of car. The attendant will allow one to go back in.

Love being able to keep my vehicles in pristine condition! We have it in all 3 and being able to vacuum and wipe them down right at the facility is great!

Worst management of a facility I have ever seen in my life. Their equipment cracked my windshield. They saw on camera that the was no scratch when I entered. Then, they saw the Crack when I left on camera. They refused to take care of it. So in short.. this establishment lost a long time customer and potentially a thousand dollars over the next year or so. Prices are very high. I can do a better job washing my car myself and save the money and potential damage to my car. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Does a pretty good job of cleaning car. They have had issues with some chemicals not running properly but continuing washes. You should also be able to buy washes online and cancel a monthly pass electronically. You can do that with almost anything else that you buy today. You shouldnt have to go into the store to cancel especially in the middle of a pandemic.

Half my SUV still had dirt/salt on it. Then when the vacuum stations were full and I was waiting for on I got told to leave because I was holding up traffic. I was over far enough to get a semi truck between me and the vacuum station. So I want home, washed my SUV, cleaned the wheels which looked like someone wiped once with a broom and vacuumed it out with my house vac. I had even sent an email and never even got an Im sorry. So if I could give it no stars I would. I will never pay $25+ for services that a child asking $10 can do better.

They will damage your vehicle then do everything they can to avoid fixing it. Use this place at your own risk. For the price they charge it does not do a good job. Down the road it is 8.00 dollars and a better job.

Thought Id give Ultimate Shine a try. The bugs were still on the front of my car after the 1st wash which I paid $17 for. Told a nice gentleman and he had me go through again. This time they used a bug remover solution and a brush. It got more of the bugs off but I still had to get the rest when I got to the Vacuum area. Not what I expected for $17. I wont be back. Synergy does a great job and gets ALL the bugs off for $8. Ill go back there from now on.

Pretty expensive for a car wash and the line is always horrendous. They do offer free self service vacuuming after you get your car wash.

Best place to clean your car, inside and out.I do recommend getting a membership. You can go through every day if you want to and cleaning the inside is free. They even supply the towels and glass cleaner. I love Ultimate Shine Car Wash for cleaning all 3 of my vehicles. In Greeneville, TN and in Morristown, TN.

It would be okay if they would actually be opened at 7:30am per the sign. Get there at 7:40 and the door is closed and chain still up. One day they decided to do maintenance at the same time they were suppose to open. I pay monthly for something that is becoming more of an inconvenience.

First time I have been to this car wash. They could have told me that my sun roof was cracked open. I had it in fin mode. Dont waste your money on the $12 car wash unless your vehicle is just nasty. The $8 would have done just as good. The free vacuums were nice and they had plenty of rags and cleaner for final detail. I would definitely recommend this place. I would have given you a 5 star rating but I got wet coming thru so...these are things the staff need to warn people about before they go through. JS

Good place to get your Car Clean

This is a decent car wash. The staff has been friendly the few times in have went. When I have a coupon it never works outside and they have to come and get your card and take it inside. It gets my car pretty clean. For the price they should have someone to vacuum it out also, but the vacuums are included in the price of the wash. I was impressed at how shiny my tires were.

I would have preferred giving 3 1/2 stars. Attendant on duty ran my card and charged me for the highest level car wash which I asked for,however, they also charged me for an additional $10 for my next wash which I didn’t ask for. When I asked he said it was automatic. I let him know I didn’t want another since I was just in town for the day. He went to his manager and refunded the difference.I also had the full treatment with the scrub but when I came out I still had bugs along the front. Gonna give the benefit of the doubt as I probably had a bunch.What I loved was this place had the most powerful vacuums I’ve every experienced at a car wash plus they had the small nozzle as well. In addition they had towels, free glass cleaner to use and the cool automatic mat cleaner.I would recommend this place overall with the caveat of check your receipt.

Took my brand new 2020 Avalon threw it one of the strings on their cleaning rollers got hung on my mirror and just about ripped it off flip the mirror backwards. After I put my mirror to its original position I noticed the glass on the mirror was scratched all up dude there claims theres no way it could have happened there my car is only 8 days old very upset.

Only car wash I use in town. Just takes a few minutes to go through. Can pick and choose which type of wash you want. Vacuum always free to use along with towels and cleaning supplies. Also a floor mat cleaner to use which is free. They also have wash packages to choose from.

My husband brought our 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 to the carwash. During the drying process, the machine malfunctioned and our antenna was torn off. My husband was told by Brandon that the machine shouldnt have done that and looked at a part of the machine and further mentioned that a part on the dryer was bent, which caused the damage. Brandon apologized and stated since the machine malfunctioned our truck would be fixed. Brandon stated he would have the manager, Patrick, call us. Patrick called us and said it was our fault for not removing our antenna as there is signage and would not honor the verbal contract of Brandon to fix our truck. Be wary, if you have a Dodge or Toyota, per Patrick they are notorious for having their antenna broken off. Per Patrick this why they have signs and therefore will not be paying to fix our antenna. If this part isnt covered under the Trucks warranty, we will be hiring an attorney as we received a verbal acknowledgement that the machine malfunctioned and a verbal agreement to fix our truck. Also we had to call 3 (Three) times before Patrick would return our call.

Went through the wash & the front still had bugs all over it. Drove around and spoke to the man at the office & he sent it right back through, paying special attention to the front. He made it right.

One stop wash. Cleans the outside of the vehicle pretty well, vacuums are nice and strong and included in the wash package with no coins needed. They supply cleaning solution and nice cloths to use which they keep up with the washing and drying of cloths so you dont have to worry about residue. No wait for the vacuum area and clean

I have the monthly payment plan. I love this setup, you can always keep your vehicle clean, no matter how many times you need to go through it. The only reason for 4 stars is that when I pull up to the scanner, it takes about a minute before it will scan and lift the gate for me to pull through. I see other people pull up and it raises immediately. They said they set my account that way, but it still takes a long time. Also, it is hard to pull in and out of their parking lot on West AJ Highway, a LOT of traffic.

Automatic car wash not so great but the self serve is very nice. Unlimited water, soap, wax, etc. Free vacumes, windex & rags. You can spend as much time as you want on your vehicle.

Great car wash, plus I love the fact you can vaccum your car for free. My car shined like new.

Last couple times I’ve paid for the $20 wash expecting to get the dryer brush which is included and it never works. My car has water marks all over it afterwards. Shouldn’t charge for drying if the machine doesn’t work properly.

I really like the car wash, I think the one on the west end of town does better than the one on the east, however gets a little crowded and some take too long at the vaccum and customers are waiting backing up the lines

Was pretty good washing my car however at the end my left mirror was pushed forward had to re adjust it after wards. Very clean place has free vacuuming and trash cans to place your trash.

Does a pretty good job of cleaning my car or truck

At first, I thought this was a very nice car wash and fun to watch. But, be cautious going here because when I left I noticed the back piece of the mirror on the passenger side was tore off. The rubber piece on the top of my windshield was pushed up. So, I went back to see if they had my mirror piece and they did. The old guy standing at the entrance brought it back to me and told me I tell you what Im going to do Im gonna let you have this back and go to advance auto parts and get some glue and it should fix it because one of the snaps is broken. I think that the brushes are too rough on cars. Well, that was my experience.

I will never go to another carwash! you cannot beat having all of the time you need to wash the exterior & clean the interior of your vehicle.
