I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, the employees, and the owner. When my car didn’t fit in the garage they didn’t turn me away, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it work. I had more than just an average experience I had superb one. Everyone working was incredibly nice and made my experience unforgettable. I’m not really sure why people think this place is overpriced. It’s about $3 more for the basic wash compared to a mechanical wash but IT’S DONE BY HAND!!! Hello! That’s worth a lot more than $3 if you ask me. Car enthusiasts know how invaluable this is. For a regular everyday person who doesn’t care if their car gets tiny microscratches all over it from a standard car wash shouldnt be coming here.

Horrible. Extremely overpriced. employee that meets you at your car is VERY pushy and rude. Tried to quickly get me out of my car and telling me I should get the next package up “ok?” And just want wanted me to agree. No thanks. Save your money and go somewhere else. I came home and my husband didn’t believe me that I actually got the car washed because it still looked dirty. Outside of the car had dirt and streaks tires were still dirty. Insane price (over $40!!) to also get basic vacuuming of the interior which was done so quickly and terribly. Employees seem genuinely unhappy and this is probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had. Will not be returning and WILL be telling my friends and family in the area to never come here. I see management also frequently needs to address horrible reviews which is a sign of bad business.

Moses and Winston detailed my car like it was their own! Very professional. I feel like if the crew had some music to listen to my car would be ready for the show room. Plus it be nice to listen to while waiting outside.

$45 for a carwash only for the guy to say do you want the $55 wash it’s a better job on the wash. Not that it includes wax and stuff just a better wash. Turns out he wasn’t kidding. HOW DO YOU NOT CLEAN WINDOWS OR WINDSHIELD when doing a carwash!! Horrible, pointless, waste of time, waste of money. Step up your game if you want those prices and for the type of cars you clean in this area.

This place is overpriced for the quality of service they provide. Its rushed and the car doesnt get cleaned or dried properly and theyre really rough when it comes to cleaning your wheels with with brooms. The cheapest option is $27 is dollars with tire shine and it doesnt even include interior cleaning, its only exterior. They offer a $19 option apparently without tireshine which is also a complete joke for just exterior only. Definitely not recommended.

Many hands make effective clean. To minimize damage to my ceramic coating when I can’t wash it myself, I pop here and get the silver package. They always do a great job outside and in.

Horrible wash. Got the Gold $55 package and still had exterior stains, dirt on the mats, dirty windshield, and whatever greasy residue they use all over the interior. Asked the guy multiple times to reclean it but still not worth anything close to $55

Hard working crew that keeps your car immaculate they have a monthly fee that allows you visit as many times as you want. Only wish they had a monthly family plan. I am completely satisfied with the work these folks do.

Just got back from this car wash. It was exceptional and by far the best car wash my Jeep has ever gotten. The inside is immaculate. Didn’t get her name but the woman with glasses is a superb worker. She was incredible! Def will be back. Get The Platinum package! Worth the 50 Bucks!

Have been taking my Tesla here for 1.5 yrs because of they are brushless and the Tesla manual recommends brushless washing. Always a good experience. They take their time. One time I had something eat into my clear coat and their sister property nearby buffed it out without any issues or delay. Always super nice.

This place is over priced compared to others, such as Gus and Buckys (Sommerville and Bedminster).

The rims were still filthy with splotches of clean spots after they dried and had tire shine sprayed all over them and the roof and hood still had dirt down the middle because they didn’t wipe all the way across the hood and roof.

Jordan the manager treated me like I was the VIP customer and show me the value of a great monthly plan. The only negative thing I have to say is when I went up to the front desk receptionist was a little bit rude and did not match the level that I was greeted at the vacuum area. I would recommend this place just ignore the receptionist

Just left this car wash and I spotted a scratch on the driver side door. Clear as day, gray scratch. Does not come out!!!! I know that was not there before. Also mats were barely cleaned still have dirt/snow marks on them as well as the car. Mats were not left to dry before putting back into vehicle so my seats got wet as the cause of that. Asked for full service and clearly was not given that for my money’s worth!!! Also one of my car fresheners is missing and I deliberately had 2 of them so where is the other one??? Staff not professional at all. Do not treat the cars properly and my heat was turned all the way up when I got inside for what. Would not return.

Expensive car wash to me. Outside only nothing else was $18! No vacuum,tireshine,or extra detailing done. Ill stick to rt 10 Exxon where regular wash is $6! Good enough for me.

Friendly customer service. Car looks so clean! I can see some streaks on the windshield when the sun blinds me, but I do think they did their best to make it streak free. Overall Im pleased.

Got my car washed last week and noticed right after I left there were two nasty 8 horizontal scratches on the driver door. I get my car washed weekly and there isnt a single scratch on the body of the car. I went back and spoke to Mike the manager who stated his workers if they drop a towel to get a new one and this would never happen. Total BS. They clearly dried my car with a rock caught in the towel and didnt own up to it. Just no accountability. Mike stated there are cameras everywhere and hed call me right back after reviewing the film. Total crock. Crickets from him. Will never go back.

The cleaning wasn’t bad, but took a very long time. The real downside was the guy behind the counter trying to push the unlimited car washes a month subscription to every customer. Made things weird on how he would go about it. No one should hassled when they just want to pay for their wash. Never going there again.

The car wash folks do a good job. Paid for Platinum ($51) and they do a near full detail. Dog fur is always hard to remove but they gave it a good try. But those helping in the shop were painful. Lacking any customer service (would it kill you to smile?) and was a total transaction like experience. And don’t use the bathroom. It’s disgusting !!!

Time and time again, I make the bad decision and come here out of pure convenience. Yet every time, I need to point out the lack of vacuuming and wiping down to management. While they are very kind and remediate it, it’s not worth the aggravation.

This was my first visit and I have to say I was very disappointed with the $40 service.First let me say I prefer a hand wash over a machine wash but when the two gentlemen that are tasked with doing the hand wash are so old and slow and sloppy Im not seeing the benefit of a hand wash if they cant keep up with the already slow moving conveyorI mean there was just so many areas they missed andand it was really disappointing because the person that had to dry off the car is going to be rubbing that dirt into the finishIm going to suggest that the owner either slow the conveyor down more or have those guys start washing a little earlier dont wait for the car to get Midway through the tunnel.

Great car wash. I like they use hand brushes and take care of your car. Theyre very detailed cleaning the inside of the car if you get that.

They have a great attention to detail, take their time to give the service you requested the time it deserves, the people are customer service focused and very nice. Great value for your Dollar! 45 dollars for unlimited washes. You cant beat it. One of the few hand washes in the area and they do a fairly decent job. Beats paying 20 dollars at the other local car washes for a single go through.

I just had my 5 year old car detailed here. They did a fabulous job and the car looks brand new! Since the new owners have taken over, the car wash is a lovely place to go.

Stopped going a month ago, one of there employees curbed my rim, I pointed this out to the owner and he said he would not fix/replace the rim... Thats fine, all I know is I have been going to his 2 car wash spots for the past 5 years spending around $1200 a year which I will NO LONGER BE DOING!!!!;)

This car wash used to be a real trash hemp. New owners have made it a very nice place to get your car washed. I have one of their unlimited monthly packages, and I find myself going there 3-4 times a week just to keep my car always looking showroom new. This is a hand car wash and no machine is used to wash your car. I always have spectacular results every time! I will be a long time customer. Keep up the good work.

I brought my recently decreased brother in law car in for a platinum package and hand waxing. $85 + $20 tip. As I was driving the car home I couldnt help getting annoyed at the poor job they did with the windshield cleaning. At this point I also noticed that the interior was not cleaned at all. I returned to informed them that they did not complete the job. The one guy apologized the other guys kinda just wiped down the inside with a dust rag. No cleaning agents no interior treatments. They told me the car was finished for the second time. I motioned to them that the interior needed vacuuming as I was on a phone call. I interrupted my phone call to show them that the interior was not vacuumed. Needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment. Very disappointed with whole experience

They trick me to purchase monthly membership for $69 plus tax.They did OK job on first time, I came two times more and car was not vacuumed inside at all, very poor job with wiping car interior. This was twice. I have been told if I want to cancel account I have to give them 2 days notice. I gave them 4 days notice that I want to cancel membership, woman at the register said that she entered info into the system, but my credit card was still charged. Do not let trick yourselves into buying membership, and generally, there are car wash places in the area with prices for service being much less.Yelena Tsuladze.

Quickly pulled my car out of the car wash with the parking break on. Then took the parking break off feet from the road to return the car! Could smell my clutch and breaks all the way home. Have people who know how to drive handle the cars. Never returning. Do not go to this place, plenty of better car washes around.

Now closes at 5 instead of 6 pm. Business needs to update their hours on google and store window.

Good wash, takes too long when getting more than just a basic car wash.

For $29, there should not be very clearly visible dirty patches all over my fenders and doors after the wash...and I definitely shouldnt have to ask to have it done properly...and I DEFINITELY should not be made to feel unreasonable when I ask to go through the car wash again because of it. Never again.

Made my first visit on March 13th... I have to say my expectations for the $39 gold wash package and what was received were a huge GAP.The exterior crew that physically washes the car are on the slow side and do a sloppy job... what is more cringe inducing is they dont rinse their mits before they begin washing the next car (Car wash uses a conveyor) so if they just finished a dirty salty car they dont dunk and rinse the mits and move right onto the next vehicle so any benefit from a hand wash is wasted as the mits may have fine, but course particulate in the fibers that scratches the paint.So the process isPrep (SOmeone hoses down the car with a pressure washer.)Vehicle begins its journey on the convey, passes a pre-soak arch.It then meets the 2 guys who do the hand washing, they go over the car while it is moving along the conveyor, these two older men are slow... like maple syrup slow or freshly open heinz ketchup bottle slow.Then the vehicle passes through the triple foam and simoniz wax arches, then the same two guys with the dirty wash mits do a sloppy job of slather the way into the paint. (now dont get me wrong, I like the idea of the wax being worked into the finish, but not with the same hand mitts you used to wash the car, this should be a separate set of hand mits.After this the car passes through the final rinse arches and the dryers.As I noted the two guys washing are too slow, and the conveyor is already moving pretty slow but they just look past their prime to be doing a hand wash like this... If youre going to use them youre better off just putting machines in.Now, as for the interior cleaning, I would give it a C. WHile the job they did was passable, for $40 I should not be seeing streaks in my windshield and to be honest I would have expected someone to wipe the dash down and the center console.and seriously, when did the back window stop being included in cleaning the windows. I have a 4door sedan it is not like youre crawling in some small 2dr coupe to do the back window... this is a full blown full size sedan.Anyway, the plus is the staff is at least friendly... but the services provided versus cost... you would be better doing it yourself at home with a bucket and sponge.UNless they seriously work on their gaps in the process I cannot recommend this car wash.

Got my car washed there yesterday. They missed washing several areas. When I pointed out the many areas, the manager started spraying glass cleaner on my paint to remove the dirt. Then he caught an attitude with me when I questioned his use of the cleaner instead of rewashing the car. The worst customer service I experienced in my life. The only positive was a worker inside came out and cleaned some of the other missed areas with soap and water and a clean towel.Although they hand wash the cars, the cars moving on a belt and the washers are trying to keep up. Id recommend going elsewhere for a hand wash.

One of the workers stole my bottle of Chanel Bleu cologne out of my car. I specifically leave it in my center console so I can spray it on before work. Management did nothing about it.

The girl behind the counter had a serious attitude problem when she initially snatched the receipt out of my hand... And i missed and forgot to give my coupon cause she was so rude. Then the guys never came to give me the key to tell me the car was ready. The first time they forgot to put amor oil then again when i noticed no one was at the car and when i got in my car the key was on the floor. They also left the brake clutch up. Very bad business. Dont recommend. There is another car wash right up the street on MLK blvd. Go to them.

Only car wash place where you leave with your wheels dirty. I asked to have them cleaned and they said they can’t clean inside the wheels only the outside surface. Si you pay for a wash, but they inform you that they can’t complete it. How does that make any sense?

I took my wifes 2015 subaru outback for a wash and considered their monthly silver package. Paid $30. They missed a few spots, door jams not whipped, still had salt on the mats and gum wrapper that I deliberately left for a quick visual check. I would expect this type of service for an $8. wash. How could you ever get repeat customers. Any other car wash does a much better job dont wash your car at morris county hand wash. Terrible job, if you wait for it to rain would give you the same result. THEY SUCK AT CAR WASHING

I just got back from a lunch time car wash. Very displeased. The gold package is 49!!! who would pay $49 for a car wash!!!!! I got the regular car wash with an added Tire shine, since there is no package with a wash, vacuum and tire shine. This cost me 26 dollars. Once I got back to work I checked out the back (which I specifically asked to make sure was clean, bc my kid spilt something) when I opened the door I saw it wasnt even wiped down!!! $26 for a car was and there was still dirt all inside. The mats were only removed and cleaned they didnt clean the actual carpets. The outside looks ok, but as a driver I mainly see the inside. Very unhappy will not return. Do yourself a favor and go to the one around the corner on Hanover Ave.
