Thanks to Jose for being so accommodating. I needed detailing work within a day’s notice when all detailing shops were inundated with work due to the recent storm. He was able to transform my 18 year old car that’s been sitting on my driveway looking abandoned for years to looking like I’ve been maintaining it for years. He also went out of his way to drive me to a nearby Starbucks where I needed to be when I dropped off my car. The car was also done half hour before the promised time and I was notified 2 hours before the new ready to be picked up time. Overall, we are very pleased with how he cleaned our old car given its condition. Jose is also very pleasant to deal with. Thank you again, Jose. Highly recommended.

I wanted to get my Honda civic detailed. After doing my research I found Jose at Express Auto Detailing. I can only say great things about my experience. He first suggested I bring the car to see the amount of work and provide a quote. The price was fair and we scheduled a date for detailing. I arrived 8 am and he was ready to take the car. Jose did an excellent job detailing my Jeep. I had only requested an interior detail and he kindly cleaned the outside of the car as well and polished the tires. My interior leather felt brand new and was conditioned nicely - he even removed some markings on the seats that had come off of warm plastic (paint). We have a short haired dog and Ive tried everything to remove his hair from the carpeting of the trunk (which I had given up on) and Jose got all of the hair out! I could not be more impressed with the gentlemen at Express Auto Detailing. As soon as I booked my appointment I received a phone call from Jose to talk a little bit about what was going on with my car and what I wanted to have done. Unfortunately due to bad weather we had to reschedule our appointment time, but Jose continued to maintain amazing contact throughout the entire rescheduling process. He showed up promptly at 8am to pick up my car for me (a huge plus, especially since Im working from home and unable to drop it off) and returned exactly at 11:30 as he promised.The results were absolutely phenomenal. My car looks in better condition now than when I first bought it! All of the stains were removed without a trace and the floor carpeting has never looked cleaner. If you are reading this review, you must be looking for a detailer and are familiar with the pricing. Auto detailing is not inexpensive but Jose’s pricing was by far the best. Not only was the pricing great but his work on my car was amazing. I have a 7 year old Mercedes that had many scratches just from normal wear and tear, not to mention dog claw marks on the driver side doors from my big dog that are now gone. The interior is now immaculate after two kids, a dog and a husband leaving their crumbs in every crevice. He also cleaned the engine and my car looks like the day I pulled it out of the dealership. I’ve used many other auto detailers over the past 15 years, but Express Auto Detailing service is really the best. They cleaned and waxed areas that had always been overlooked before, both interior and exterior. When I picked up my car, my engine looked like new, my seats were completely restored and the outside looked like glass. I am very, very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

There was one spot Jose was not able to resolve and he was honest enough to highlight it and explain the reason why it cannot be resolved. Wow! Imagine what your minivan would look like with 2 sets of twins (ages 8 and 6) and a hairy Husky. That was my van. I gave my Honda S2000, model year 2000 to Express Auto Detailing to do a full detail. To my surprise, Jose came to my house to pick up the car...nice service. He promised that the car would be ready in 4 hours, including his travel time back to the shop, it was ready in 4 hours. When i arrived to get the car (yes, Jose offered 3 times to drive it to me) I was surprised how good the car looked, both inside and out.
