I was turned away at enterprise because I was using a debit/credit card. I went to empire and was treated very good. Using a debit/credit card wasnt an issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice cars, very clean and well maintained. Empire will be getting all of my rental business from now on.

Staff is wonderful and the cars are in great condition and always spotless. Great prices. Cars always clean. Couldnt ask for anything more than an ice cream cone but I would bet you they would get it for you. They will come pick you up and take you back home.

Usually I am very happy with this place. However, I reserved a car- giving a specific car I wanted. I wasnt given that car. I was given a smaller car that didnt have good tires. So, I drove 1000 miles in the rain and wind- sliding the whole way.Not too happy this time. While I was there another customer had to exchange a car because of tire issues.

My family needed a suburban to take a long car ride with an infant in tow. I love that Empire allows you to reserve a specific vehicle in advance. Hertz and Enterprise dont let you do that! The suburban was clean and new and drove great. Would recommend Empire, especially if you have a specific vehicle you want to rent!

Rude and impatient

So helpful and I couldnt have gotten better service anywhere else. They even let me exchange rentals just because the head rest felt uncomfortable. Quick in and out. Empire has made having to put my car in the body shop a little easier to deal with . Thanks Empire 😀

This place is way to over priced on their vehicles especially when they only allow a limit on miles I mean go to enterprise they have unlimited miles and cheaper prices when booking online

Great company to rent a car from. Car was lean and spotless. Interior was immaculate Fast registration. I left my garage opener in the car and Empire was very kind and mailed it back to me (I live 3 hours away from Morristown, TN).

I rented today due to an issue with my car dealership. The staff was friendly, explained the whole process, even picked me up when I didnt have a way to get to their office. The prices were very reasonable, the car was clean, and the staff showed me where everything was in the car before I took off. I will for sure use this again and recommend it to family, friends, or travelers.

In need of a vehicle due to a breakdown of my own while on a mini vacation, I found Enterprise to be very short on customer service. I decided to go local and was extremely pleased with the service, vehicle selection and cost at Empire. I was in my rental very quickly and the office hospitality was top shelf in every way. The transaction could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this rental company for your vehicle needs.

Our family is mourning a sudden death. My daughter needed to get home. The corporate car rental agencies FAILED to accommodate me to accept my credit on behalf of my daughter. Really?! So this is a huge shout out to Rhonda and her family-owned business who understood and worked with me in the midst of our heartbreak. I just gave 5 stars so it would show, but theyre horrible. We reserved a SUV about 5 months before our trip, took our money and a day before our trip they told us they were not going to rent us because of an issue with insurance they did not specify they needed at the time we reserved. They waited until the last minute so we would get their insurance which was $500 deposit plus $20 a day. We had to come up with 500 in less than 24 hours. We left next day and the tires from the SUV were poorly maintained, it was shaking the whole trip since we took it from their lot. We called and they told us to take it to get it fixed. On top of that we had to take it to get an oil change because they did not change the oil and it only had 12%.We were trying to enjoy our trip, not spend our vacation finding a mechanic. This place is a joke
