I was looking for another auto service center after having had enough of dealerships and the national chains and I decided to give Milellis a try. I met Steve, the owner, and was he was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the prices and options for parts. Work was completed quickly and I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the price! They also have a towing service, which is good to have in an emergency. I highly recommend Milellis and will be using them again!

I have nothing but highly positive interactions with Milellis. Steve and Victor are top-notch, focused on their customers and most importantly, honest. The mechanics are good, and Steves son Nick is following in the footsteps here as well.Ive had multiple interactions with them where they recommended low-cost repairs (or no work) when someone else would charge up as much as possible.They take care three cars in my household (one of which seems to be always in trouble). They always make time and take care of our issues right away.Ive also had emergency issues that they dropped everything to fix. I had an issue a few months ago when we had just started on a long road trip to a wedding. Had a flat, the spare was rusted in. We had to get towed to the shop. I called Steve and asked for some urgent help. They took us in, cut out the spare, fixed the flat and gave us a spare tire in case we had an emergency. All within an hour.They are good people. I highly recommend them!

I was taking my mom for surgery at Morristown hospital when as we pull into the parking garage my brakes fail.. I live over an hour away. I googled Auto Repair near me and Milelli’s Auto was an option. Since they had 4.5 stars I chose them. Well I would give them10 stars if I could!!!! Steve went out of his way to help and try to get my vehicle done before he closed so I can drive home and not take an Uber which would cost $50. If you are in the vicinity of Morristown and have trouble with your vehicle I would recommend Milelli’s in a heartbeat!!!!!!!

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I go here for all of my auto needs (Mercedes and Chevy). Started out needing a tow to the dealership and when the dealership quoted over $700, Milelli’s offered to pick up my car again only bring it to their shop for a much more reasonable service fee. I have been using them ever since and recommend to anyone.

Towed me in from 287 stuck in the left lane with a dead battery and shot alternator. Got me up and running in less than an hour after arriving at their shop. Really nice owner, honest mechanics, can’t go wrong with their service! Would recommend to friends and family!

I have been a customer here for over 15 years. Not once have I been disappointed. Not one time. Straightforward estimates, repair time estimates, and on the off chance your car will be taking longer, you will get a phone call well ahead so you can plan. If you do not need it fixed, Steve will tell you. No added on service that is not necessary, like the highway dealers. This business makes its money based on one principle: Do it right, the first time. You will be happy, you will tell your friends.

He fixed my car and spent way more time on it then charged for and it passed inspection miraculously and he wasnt sure it would even pass, well it did. So thank you and I will be going back very soon. I have an older 2004 Hyundai for anyone wondering what type or model of car I took to be repaired.

I have now been to Milellis on 3 separate occasions, and I cant say enough about the exceptional service I received each time. Here are a couple of quick anecdotes that shed some light on the kind of people they are:1. On one occasion, I couldnt get my car to start so I called Milellis to come tow it. They couldve just showed up and towed it without even seeing what was wrong with the car, as that wouldve made them more money. Instead, they successfully attempted to start my car and allowed me to avoid the towing charge. I cant imagine many businesses have that level of integrity.2. Another time, I brought my car in on Saturday towards closing time. If I didnt get it back that day it wouldnt be ready until Monday and I wouldnt have been able to get to work. Steve had no obligation to do so, but he stayed late that day to make sure I got my car back in time. Not only that, but he never tries to squeeze extra charges into my bills.In summary, I see a number of reviews describe Milellis as honest, fast, and reasonably priced, and I couldnt agree more. Id highly recommend Milellis to anyone who needs their car serviced in the Morristown area.

My family and I were with Tom of First Choice Motors for over 20 Years and during his retirement transition he merged businesses with Milellis Auto. Naturally we were inclined to move with him and we are glad we did, to no surprise, Steve and his team have the same values and ethics as Tom did at First Choice. The service is the best because his team has excellent experience and care about the work they perform, unlike the dealerships who just have (unqualified) bodies. Steve has a team which care about properly diagnosing the problems and correctly fixing them, not just throwing parts at your car and hoping for the best. If there is an issue, he takes care of it period. His prices may be a bit higher than others in town but there is a reason he has loyal repeat customers and an influx of new ones. The saying holds true you get what you pay for. Treat them with respect and youll get 10 fold. If this wasnt enough, I highly recommend Milellis.

Steve and his crew are the best, most honest, most reasonable mechanics in Morristown. They work on all types of cars, including foreign automobiles. I take my cars there religiously and I have always been 100% satisfied.

Great honest service.

Needed a headlight fixed and they charged me 146.00 after they told me that it should only be around $40.00. It was a different kind of bulb that is a lot more expensive and they never called and informed me that it would be around 100.00 more then I was willing to pay.Went back to complain they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and they did admit they doubled the price of the bulb. NEVER will I go back here because of horrible customer service, and high prices.
