John Phillips did an excellent job at making me feel like I was part of the family and taking care of everything. Mike in finance, made that part of the process as easy as it could be. I mean no one likes that part, but he kept me in good spirits during the entire process! The only regret that I have, is that their dealership isnt any closer!! I looked for a month for a jeep wrangler 4 door, I went everywhere trying to find the right one at the right price. I did find one that would work, so we had it shipped here from out of state from carlot to carlot but we were waiting forever for it. Then Mr Phillips calls from Morristown Chevrolet and he does all the work for me and I dont ever step foot on the lot. My daughters vehicle was delivered to her at work as a surprise. Its a better jeep to then the one we had found. It also now has a lifetime power train warranty

After searching online and visiting several dealerships in East Tennessee, I finally found my 2014 Mustang GT. I had some really bad experiences over the past few weeks but the staff at Morristown Chevrolet really changed my mind. I started my journey by submitting an online request for more information. Scott was quick to answer my questions and even sent me pictures and videos. I took a leap of faith and decided to let them acquire financing for me as well. I couldnt be happier, they were able to get me the rate that I needed and the payments were just right. I decided to take the advice of the General Manager Mike, and get the Gap Insurance and Powertrain warranty. I wanted to be fully protected with my investment. Finally, Spencer in Sales had my paperwork to me to sign digitally by Saturday and on Monday, my Pony was sitting in my driveway. They delivered her right to my door! You guys really made this purchase the easiest and the most pleasant experience. Thank You!

This review is for the service department: I called to schedule service on my vehicle, it needed the air conditioner fixed and the heater core hoses replaced. I called and asked what the hourly rate was and they told me they didnt know. So, thinking it was comparable to local garages I scheduled it since they would not tell me how much it costed per hour. It took a week to get it in and I was scheduled for Thursday at 1:15... they didnt touch it until Monday and then they did their evaluation, which costed $150 including tax to tell me what I told them(the air conditioner needed repaired and the heater core hose replaced). Then John proceeded to tell me its $138 PER HOUR to work on vehicles. 2 heater core hoses was $350 for parts, and 1.5 hours to repair it was another $350..OUTRAGEOUS!. The whole repair at a local garage is $290 including parts! . this was the worst customer service Ive had in a very long time. No upfront transparency on pricing, price gouging on parts, labor, and diagnostic testing. BE PREPARED to pay triple the local rate for anything here and you wont know anything until they charge you $150 to tell you what you already know... they wont even work with you. BEWARE

Was very pleased with my experience with Morristown Chevrolet. Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Trax-----actually took my test drive to my house to let my brother-in-law check the car out. Yes--- I would like to have gotten more out of my trade-ins but all-in-all I feel I got a good deal. Salesmen were exceptional--Sadie especially. He went out of his way to accomodate me. Paperwork was done on line (Mostly) that part was easy - Only spent 20 minutes in dealership and I had my car and drove away - that was very nice/ However, my salesman was not the most chatty or happy person, acted uninterested for the most part - another salesman tried to tell me a noise I was hearing was normal which it was not (Turned out it was a exhaust manifold leak that had to be repaired immediately) - then I didnt get all my paperwork - I called and emailed for days until finally Buddy sent me a copy, so I was happy to see someone there acted like they cared. I dont know, maybe because we arrived late in the evening and everyone was tired that we just did not feel too welcomed.......In and out and super easy, vehicle is now great - but overall experience wasnt that great

First of all, I was getting calls nearly everyday about scheduling my oil change. I am very busy and dont need harrassed everyday. I told them to stop bugging me. It made me not want to use your dealership. Even though I have bought 4 vehicles there. The last oil change that I received at your dealership was $50 something. I received a text during the service for Iserviceauto.com stating that the estimate was $65.80 including taxes and fees, and I approved. Then I received an invoice for around $86. I showed my text and they adjusted to the $65.80 plus tax and fees. My adjusted invoice was around $75. I told the maintenance person and the clerk that I understand some increases but that was excessive, they did not care. They said that the ownership had changed and things will be done differently. Dont expect my business anymore.

A female should never visit this dealership without a male at her side. I had been in an accident which totaled my car. I suppose my despair was entirely too evident! I was convinced to sign documents at 16% interest. If not for my credit union, I would be in a heck of a fix! The video sent to me stated the interior was in great condition. I was too tired to pay close attention to details such as the dash board, a broken sun visor, a key that does not work so I have to manually lock the doors, among other things. Wow! I was so tired, distressed and in pain from the drive. Never again will I buy a used car under such circumstances.

Everyone was very friendly and got our vehicle in right away for service. The only problem was when they returned the vehicle to my wife, the drivers front in channel vent visor was loose and eventually came out. They tried to reinstall but no luck, they only had one of the hardware clips to hold it in. My wife brought it home and I reinstalled it, hopefully it holds, if not we will be contacting the service dept since there wasn’t a problem with it when she brought the vehicle in.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I went to buy a truck. We wanted a truck to pull a camper. The salesman knew this !!! I ended up with a Blazer that wont pull anything. The salesman Scott is no longer there and now i am stuck with a vehicle I did not truly want... Tim Hardy is a salesman there. He is amazing. He tried to undo Scotts bad work and unfortunately he could not. 😔The finance department wont help either. I will never shop there again.

Wanted to say thank you to Mike and Scott for a wonderful experience at Morristown Chevy. We had visited a local Chevy dealer and our experience was not positive. We heard comments like inventory is low, cant let you test drive more than an hour, and the manufacture might be discounting but we dont have to participate . Literally, we started considering another brand but as a last resort, I went online to Chevy.com and built the perfect Equinox and one popped up at Morristown Chevy. Put in an inquiry and was contacted by the GSM Mike and within 30 minutes we had agreed to a purchase price and trade value. The next day we worked out the purchase details and then he offered to delivery our SUV to our home in Etowah NC. Thats when we met Scott; he brought the Equinox to us and went over the paperwork and vehicle functions. The following weekend we made a trip over to Morristown and Scott installed our floormats and cargo liner. Just a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend working with these two professionals. We love our 17 Chevy Sonic/ 21 Chevy Equinox and now weve found a home dealership to work with; heck, well even drive over for the 3 free oil changes and lunch at the Chop House! Again our many thanks!

When I bought my new truck I went to a different dealer because they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock. However, I ha e had all of my warranty work done there and the service department seems to be great! Otto is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Hopefully with the new management in there now they might actually get some cars on the lot.

Do not buy vehicles from this dealership I bought a equinox from them in December and already had it back in the service department twice which is also terrible they kept the vehicle for weeks claiming they was waiting on parts I have always been a chevrolet person but this experience has seriously made me considering to start buying Ford

First off our salesman was great. The management not so much. I purchased a 2017 silverado and it broke down within 18 hours of me driving it off the lot. I later found out that it had never been inspected at Morristown Chevrolet, but just detailed after being traded in. I agreed to bring it back and purchase a 2021 Silverado. I was charged over $3000 to bring back the truck that they never should have sold. I do love my new truck but will purchase else where from now on.

I found a suv that I really like here, applied told I was approved and everything was good to go. I stressed myself out making sure I had the down payment and all the proof they need for address ect (because I was at work during the process) drove to Greeneville tn just to be told that the car wasnt saleable it didnt pass inspection but to my surprise 3 days later its back on their used cars for sale and I havent even been contacted by anyone. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is that the salesman was super nice and they did offer to work with me on the down payment.

John Phillips was our salesman and he was awesome! I would rather plan a funeral than car shop but he made the process so easy. He was not pushy at all and helped me find the right car for me. I was planning on downsizing from my Toyota Sienna but I had no idea what I wanted. He helped me weed through the options and pick a 2020 Chevy Equinox that I LOVE! He also took me seriously when I told him what I could afford and what I expected out of the vehicle I was trading and gave me a very fair offer for it. Spencer in the finance office was courteous however I felt like he rushed us through the process and like most finance people I feel like be didnt explain everything that we agreed to. However, he did help with the loan process and communication with the bank. Overall I give this dealership 5 stars!

Morristown Chevrolet is the worst Chevy dealer I have ever been to. After making an appointment to have my oil changed in my 2018 Trax, I arrived only to be left standing next to my car for 20 minutes....no greeting, no what are you here for, nothing. After some dirty looks and alot of clearing my throat, a guy finally came out and wrote up my car.. They finally put my car in a line, and over 2 hours later they bring it out from somewhere. The service guy John was rude....no excuse for the length of time, no apology, nothing. I will never go back there for service, and I sure as hell would not buy a car from their extremely limited stock!!

Did a great job on my 45,000 miles scheduled maintenance for my 2016 Silverado. Service Manager has a good personality and ensures quality work. Truck was dirty when I brought in due to moving so he cleaned it up for me. Also, pricing was better than I expected.Thank you!

I needed to have the recall on the Engine Block Heater completed and due to the fact that the Fuel Filter is in the same location, I assumed I wouldnt be charged a lot of labor to change it because the tire and fender well panel needed to be removed to access the block heater anyway so I opted to replace the fuel filter well in advance of he need or scheduled replacement, I also had an oil change done. When I got my $306 dollar bill I was floored that I was charged 135.99 in labor to replace the fuel filter. That is ridiculous especially when the access to the filter was already open due to the recall work being complete. I have always had all my maintenance done at Morristown Chevrolet but I will have the rethink that decision going forward.
