The lady(she works retail parts) at the front desk grilled me with the look of disgust when I first pulled up in my car and when I got out and walked to the desk she ignored my existence(considering it may be because I’m black) continued to have a conversation with another staff members as he looked me up and down and grilled me with disgust as well and they continued to have a conversation even while I was standing there waiting to be acknowledge, it took for the gentleman working the retail parts desk next to her to accompany me and my needs associated with my car! Definitely won’t be returning since that’s the attitude that will be presented towards black people. Totally disgusted.
I went to Premier Nissan in order to get my air conditioning fixed in my car. I must say, it was the best experience I have ever had in getting my car serviced. The big guy Dan was extremely personable and helpful when it came to questions I had about my car and we had some good conversations. Marcus also was great, he was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome when I came in. I will only be going to Premier Nissan for my car to be serviced from now on.
Absolutely loved these guys! Dan and Marcus were very friendly and welcoming. They listened to my issues and got me right in for service same day. Car runs great now. I Absolutely recommend!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation, which are prepaid. I know for a fact, that the tire rotation did not happen. I know this because the front passenger side tire had mud on it. Guess what. The passenger side front tire still has mud on it. Not very happy with the service today.
