I WILL BE BACK AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL?Update. Needed some warranty work. They honored there warranty. There word was good. Hassle free. I said before they were solid dudes. They are that and then some. Truly RIGHTEOUS AMERICANS.

If your in West Virginia or Wisconsin? Lol (funny but not funny) And need a transmission? This is the dude. We were stranded with a broken down GMC Yukon in Morgantown and they helped us get towed to the shop and dealt with a lot of anxiety on our end! Answered all our questions, they were patient and thorough and helped in every aspect of being stranded 800 miles from home. We left it all in their hands. The mechanic was awesome( can’t remember his name), Dave the owner now was very helpful and kept in close contact through the fix through all my phone calls. Helped arrange with pick up on an off day and storage til we could go back and get it. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend it’s like I have a brand new truck now :) Price appears to be as should be with research and other opinions!

I towed my 2001 ford ranger truck to Melvin’s to get fixed the owner and employees were very courteous and helpful. They rebuilt my transmission and the price was very reasonable.

Called a couple of times for parts great staff friendly service answered all my questions very reasonably priced would recommend them to anyone for service

Great Service.Living 600 miles away in Chicago while my two children attend West Virginia University in Morgantown, Melvins has been great.In 2009, the transmission on my sons car failed while away at school. At the recommendation of the AAA tow truck driver, we took the car to Melvins. They did a great job with the rebuild and did me the favor of replacing the drive shafts.This week, the tail light on my daughters car burned out. After Autozone refused to help her with the replacement, I called Melvins. My daughter took the car to Melvins and they replaced the bulb immediately.It is nice to know there are still places that you can depend on.Thank you
