My car was hit in a hit and run and I was in desperate need of a fix. I couldnt even open my driver side door. They only had my car 2 weeks.(including a holiday even) I just got my car back and it is better then new. Im impressed and happy!!!! Couldnt have asked for better work.

I have an older vehicle that had hit a rail guard a while back. Because the vehicle is so old I paid out of pocket. They are extremely forthcoming about quality of work and prices. I was told that because I am opting in ordering aftermarket autonomy parts and my original paint job was faded, that the new pieces will not match perfectly, and the new paint on the new auto body pieces may not match my old paint. They informed me, however, they will try their best with what they are given. Upon receipt of my vehicle (after about a week), I couldnt be more than happy! I expected a stark contrast of my old paint vs new paint, but they did an EXCELLENT job in replacing my damaged hood, bumper, and other damaged parts that you can hardly tell a difference they ordered aftermarket parts. The paint also matches my old paint for such an older vehicle (2002). I couldnt ask for a better auto body mechanic with great prices, honestly, and quality of work! Thanks so much again!

I didn’t believe auto body shops like this still existed. I googled “best auto body shop” and google came through! They took me in immediately when I had to file a claim. They fought for me, they kept me in the loop every single day. Their turn around time is amazing. Their customer service was amazing, they do not treat you like an inconvenience. The fix your car correctly, not the cheap way the insurance companies want you to fix it.Tommy educated me on so much when it comes to car repairs and insurance. I could go on and on. Best in town, hands down.

Honestly have had nothing but awful experiences when it came to car shops until my most recent experience with Donnies. Highly recommend. Tommy did everything he could to accommodate me when I had a tight deadline of having to move and getting major body work done. He made sure I was in the know and Im so happy with how everything turned out.

Very happy with their service!! Couldnt have asked for anything more than what I got there. The staff friendly and very helpful. Answered questions about my car that didnt have anything to do with the reason I was there. They actually saved me $, lol. Imagine that!! I highly recommend this place.

Went there for a quote without an appointment and they were very accommodating with my request. Friendly service and the quote was very fair. Had time to see finished work in lot while waited and the paint work was excellent. Over heard a conversation with another customer over the phone in the small office, wasnt trying to listen but the way it was handled made me feel very happy overall!

Tommy went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect quality. He truly cares about the quality of his work and making sure your car looks brand new. Everyone who works there is so incredibly nice and always kept me informed. I recommend them 10/10!

Donnie’s Body Shop is the BEST! I’ve had many car troubles in the past and haven’t had the greatest of experiences. At Donnie’s they’re very professional on making sure to communicate on everything they’ve done and showed me what they’ve done. My car looks brand new! I’ve had my car for a little 4 years and over time have had little dents, scratches, and even the paint color was fading. I hit a terrible pothole a few weeks ago and it ruined the whole front of my car. They fixed my car with all the manufacturer parts plus fixed everything else that was wrong with my car, and detailed the inside and even helped me pay for my rental car! Hands off the best service i have ever encountered in the business of auto repair. The cliche is you never know how you can be conned when it comes to fixing your car. Not here, guys. Tommy was helpful beyond the duties youd expect: guided me how to deal with previous shop, where the car was fixed prior, and even called that fraudulent shop to confront them. This is the kind of place, that you should treasure and hopefully generations in family would be coming back to this place. Truly, these guys make car care easy, pleasant and highly professional. They were great. My wife was in a car accident in December of last year, and they took our car in and did a great job with our car. They went to bat for us in getting our car paid for by insurance for quality work, and treated us very well. I would totally go there again to have my vehicles worked on.

This is a place that you can feel safe sending your daughter to! My daughter a WVU student needed some work done and were 8 hours away. They were outstanding to deal with. Customer Service, Timely Turnaround, Fair Price and the job was done well.

Brought my car in to assess some damage to the front end. The guy was up front with me about what a repair would entail and that he could give me an estimate but he wouldn’t know until he could take the bumper off. Hood wouldn’t latch either and so when I told him My dad wanted to take a look and I’d be back, he said okay hang on. He went and got a few tools and quickly fixed the latch on the spot because he didn’t want me to drive around with it not working. The estimate he gave me was fair and customer service unrivaled. Awesome experience! I will definitely be back.

After searching long and hard to find a shop that does custom exhaust, I found Donnie’s. I have known about Donnie’s for many years, but they had slipped my mind. Not anymore. The professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work was outstanding! I will be taking my vehicles to Donnie’s for much of my vehicle needs from this point forward. They are a lot more than just a body shop. Very impressed and recommend 100%!

I can’t say enough good things about Donnie’s. The estimate was great but better than the estimate was the complete understanding that we had. Tommy and Stacy understood that what I wanted was all the rust they found to be abated. I drive an 80 series land cruiser. It’s the vehicle I’ve always wanted. These vehicles are 20 years old. They all have issues. Mine had a dent in the right rear quarter panel, a dent in the right rear window panel, and substantial rust at the top of the windshield. I didn’t just want it fixed by anyone. I wanted it fixed by someone that understood that if the estimate didn’t cover all the damage then the goal was to restore the vehicle not complete the estimate. Stacy found additional rust in the windshield frame. There was some rust in the left rear window frame. They fixed it. It was additional. They confirmed that I wanted it done and did the work. The work is impeccable and done to icar standards. They even detailed the cruiser inside and out. Their communication is great. I trust these guys with my classic land cruiser. This is the place to get you car fixed up! Amazing service, and everyone that works there are so nice! They are affordable and they do a terrific job. I messed up my muffler and had a dent in my bumber and the fixed the number right up and the muffler is good as new! I seriously recommend this place. The owner is very nice and understanding!

I went in for an inspection. I cant speak for collision and repair work, but they took me in without an appointment and were very polite and great at multi tasking. I will go here again.

Dont even consider going anywhere else. Tommy is the guy to ask for. Donnies will represent you very well to the insurance companies, who are only interested in the cheapest possible repair. My car looks better than it did before the accident!

Did a great job repairing my car after hitting a deer on the interstate. Quality work and the car was clean when it was picked up. The only issue was when we were told the car was finished, we drove up from Fairmont and discovered that the repairs were not complete. We had to come back several days later to pick it up.

They did great work. They did a great job working with our insurance. Very fast. Two days to install a new hood, grill, and paint entire front of the car. I will absolutely use them again.

Donnies Body Shop has repaired my SUV both for mechanical problems and for body work. They know how it do it right! After the body work, the repair looked perfect and the brake repair work was completed excellently.

The owner Tommy was very helpful and my Hyundai Tucson ended up looking great after hitting that 6 point buck.

Estimate changed 3 times, by large numbers, did not include personal fees and parts in his first 2, may seek legal counsel while I pay out of pocket for this huge bill and cannot even take my car home. Office is disorganized, Secretary does not seem proficient with the computer or programs she is required to use. Ive had a very disappointing experience and do not feel that every thing was on the level.

Their greeting was friendly and kept us i formed of any new information that we needed to be made aware of.
